Abstract

This study was motivated by a phenomenon that appears in madrasa, namely: 1) the low quality of graduates, in MAN 1 with an average result of UAN 58.5 and MAN 2 57.8 from a maximum score of 100; 2) inconsistency in planning, implementing, evaluating programs to improve quality. The purpose of this study was to identify: work programs, program implementation, evaluation of program implementation, program impacts, and supporting factors inhibiting the improvement of the quality of madrasa. The approach of this study was qualitative-naturalistic, with a descriptive research type. This research method was a case study, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation study. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used the interactive Miles model. The results of this study showed: evaluation of quality improvement which is carried out through an evaluation of needs assessment, assessment of input, assessment of processes and assessment of results.

Abstract

Model Kepemimpin Visioner merupakan kemampuan pemimpin untuk mencetuskan ide atau gagasan suatu visi selanjutnya melalui dialog yang kritis dengan unsur pimpinan lainnya merumuskan masa depan organisasi yang dicita-citakan yang harus dicapai melalui komitmen semua anggota organisasi melalui proses sosialisasi transformasi, implementasi gagasan-gagasan ideal oleh pemimpin organisasi.  Dalam mengimplementasikan model tersebut kepala MAS Mu’allimin Manba’ul Huda Kota Bandung memiliki cara tersendiri, diantaranya menciptakan pola komunikasi yang baik dengan semua pihak, menjalin kerjasama dengan stakeholder, terjun langsung kelapangan untuk memotivasi bawahan dan peserta didik serta mencari tahu dan mengasah kemampuan yang dimiliki peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif-kualitatif-analitik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan berdasarkan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan menyalin dokumen dengan kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah bidang kurikulum, bidang kesiswaan, bidang sarana prasarna, dan tata usaha, bahwa implementasi model kepemimpinan kepala madrasah MAS Mu’allimin Manba’ul Huda sesuai dengan visi madrasah yaitu unggul dalam prestasi, berakhlakul karimah, serta bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Konsep kepemimpinan yang digunakan oleh kepala MAS Mu’allimin Manba’ul Huda adalah menerapkan kepemimpinan persfektif Islam yaitu bersifat sidik, tabligh, amanah, dan fathanah.

Abstract

Manajemen adalah proses kegiatan menyusun, merapihkan, menertibkan serta mengatur yang dilakukan oleh seseorang individu atau kelompok, sehingga mampu mensistematikan, menata, mengurutkan, menertibkan dan merapikan hal-hal yang diperlukan dalam mencapai suatu tujuan yang sudah ditetapkan. Proses pembelajaran bahasa, metode dan teknik pengajaran bukanlah satu-satunya faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan-kegagalan proses pembelajaran bahasa. Ada faktor lain yang turut mendeterminasikan keberhasilan proses pengajaran bahasa, salah satu faktor tersebut adalah tersedianya lingkungan yang menyenangkan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Perencanaan pesantren bahasa program studi pendidikan bahasa arab meliputi perencanaan administrasi kegiatan, rapat intern tim pelaksana, penentuan pembimbing, pembagian kelompok dan penyusunan jadwal. Pengorganisasian memenuhi kriteria yang berorentasi pada keterampilan berbahasa. Pelaksanaan diawali dengan pembekalan kepada pendidik dan pemandu, pelaksanaan program, penentuan materi, penetuan metode pembelajaran. Pengawasan program bi’ah lughawiyah yang dilakukan meliputi monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap hasil pembelajaran.

Abstract

The most urgent demands in the development of quality education and relevant to the needs of the community is increased capacity. School principals should be able to give birth to innovative ideas that are useful for generating policy alternatives in building. The education system is an efficient, high quality and in accordance with the needs of society in various fields of life. Effectiveness of management functions in learning activities with the application of the principles of lesson planning, organizing functions in learning, actuating functions in learning, and monitoring functions in learning activities. Learning management application that includes lesson planning, organizing learning, learning implementation, monitoring/ assessment of learning. Learning management can be seen from the number of new students who are always growing, produce learners who excel both in academic and non academic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Manajemen Pembelajaran di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Falah Gedebage Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis observasi,wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran ditetapkan oleh Kyai Pimpinan dengan menunjukkan kitab-kitab apa yang harus dipelajari dimulai dari kitab yang dasar sampai pada tingkat yang tinggi. Pelaksanaannya seluruh materi pembelajaran dapat tersampaikan dengan baik,Para ustadz/ustadzah menyampaikan materi dengan metode bandongan, sorogan, hafalan, ceramah, tugas belajar, latihan, dan bandongan terbalik. Evaluasi pembelajarannya berbentuk tes tulisan, tes lisan, hafalan, dan tes secara langsung ketika pembelajaran. Hasil Manajemen Pembelajaran Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Falah Gedebage Kota Bandung ustadz/ustadzah dapat memberikan stimulus kepada santri untuk aktif dan dilatih untuk mampu membaca,memaknai,dan menghafal Al-Qur’an dan pemahaman kitab kuning. selain itu santri memiliki prestasi yang cukup dalam bidang akademik maupun non akademik. tentu pada pelaksanaan Manajemen Pembelajaran tidak terlepas dari faktor penunjang yaitu faktor ustadz, santri, sarana dan prasarana. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu tugas ganda Kyai Pimpinan dan lingkungan.

Abstract

Keberhasilan kepemimpinan Kepala kementerian Agama disandarkan kepada salah satu teori atau model Manajemen Stratejik. Manajemen Startegi mencakup tahap pemindaian lingkungan, tahap perumusan strategi, tahap implementasi strategi dan tahap evaluasi strategi. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Manajemen strategi untuk mengelola dan mengatur sumber daya yang ada di lingkungan Kantor dengan menggunakan strategi kepemimpinan yaitu merumuskan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi hasil strategi. Pencapaian visi, misi dan tujuan menggunakan Strategi operasional dengan mengoprasikan semua sumber daya manusia dan memberdayakannya dengan segala kemampuan yang dimiliki disertai dengan adanya kebijakan-kebijakan yang dikeluarkan dalam setiap pengambilan keputusan yang mengacu pada kebijakan yang ditetapkan. Terealisasinya prgram dan anggaran yang diselenggrakan mengacu kepada prosedur. Pengukuran kinerja yang dilakukan terlihat dari laporan hasil kerja karyawan setiap bulannya. Startegi yang diterapkan sangat mempengaruhi proses kepemimpinan untuk mewujudkan visi misi dan tujuan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Garut.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the implementation of teacher competence, the practice of Islamic teaching, supporting and inhibiting factors of the implementation of teacher competence policy. The research used qualitative approach, and was conducted at MAN (Madrasah Aliyah Negeri/Islamic Senior High School) 1 Bandung, MAN Cipasung Tasikmalaya, and MAN Ciwaringin Cirebon. The data were collected through observations, interviews, documents, and questionnaires. The study found that the implementation of a policy in Islamic schools model had been running effectively.  The teachers’ competence had complied professionalism standard. The practice of Islamic teaching had described the dimension of religious practices dynamically and systematically. The supporting factors consisted of a qualified manpower, adequate structures and infrastructures, the atmospheres of excellent academic and spirituality, and the support from all elements of madrasa. The implication of the policy implementation of teacher competence in cultivating the practice of religious teaching in madrasas contributed to the improvement of madrasa quality, teacher competence and performance, and students’ good deed and achievement.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought many transformations and adjustments to our daily activities, including the learning process. Counseling guidance service is a supporting element in the learning process. Teenagers, especially students during the Covid-19 pandemic, face many psychological problems, which result in the need for assistance to help alleviate their problems. One of the forms of assistance is by providing guidance and counseling services. This study aims to understand and identify the management of guidance and counseling services based on cybercounseling in the new normal. The research applies a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, and the type of research is library research. The technique for collecting data is to study various reference sources or literature studies related to cybercounseling. The study results stated that the management process for guidance and counseling services based on cybercounseling was the same as the face-to-face counseling process, only that it was necessary to pay attention to the preparation of the equipment used. The advantage of this service is that it can be accessed anywhere and anytime based on mutual agreement. In comparison, the weakness is that students who have never attended counseling before have difficulties developing and predicting appropriate intervention techniques.

Abstract

Leadership is an essential element in organizational speed. Mastery of leadership theory can make a significant contribution to the madrasah principal. This research aims to examine the influence of the transformative leadership of madrasah heads on teacher performance in two madrasahs in Bandung. This research uses a qualitative approach. Collecting data with interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Informants in this study involved the head of the madrasah, the deputy head of curriculum, teachers and students. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, presentation, conclusions, and validity testing. The study results show that the madrasah principal uses a leadership strategy that builds teacher commitment through regular supervision and monitoring. The madrasah head provides inspirational communication, motivates teachers with the afterlife goals, and instils discipline through habits. In dealing with criticism, the madrasah principal is open and democratic and involves all madrasah members in policy-making. This transformative leadership approach shows a constructive and honest intellectual stimulus. The head of the madrasa awards teachers who excel and offers advice to teachers who need it. This research emphasizes the importance of transformative leadership in improving the quality of teachers and realizing Madrasahs that are akhlakul karimah.
