Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and employee performance and the influence of motivation on the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. Work discipline is an attitude that is indispensable for everyone to improve performance in order to achieve organizational goals. Motivation leads to disciplinary attitudes, high motivation for work discipline can affect employee performance. This study uses simple regression analysis and interaction test or Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) The population in this study includes employees at the Inspectorate Office of Musi Rawas Regency. The sample of this study amounted to 68 employees, selected using a saturated sampling method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), as evidenced by the value t_count for the Work Discipline variable (X_1) is greater than the t-table value. This indicates a significant influence between Work Discipline (X_1) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Inspectorate Office of Musi Rawas Regency. So it can be said that the hypothesis is accepted. The next result is that the motivation variable is a moderating moderating variable in the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. Motivation as a moderation variable affects the relationship between Work Discipline (X_1) and Employee Performance (Y). So, Motivation (X_2) as a Moderation variable has an effect on the relationship of Work Discipline (X_1) and Employee Performance (Y) at the Inspectorate Office of Musi Rawas Regency. Thus it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. So it can be said that the Motivation variable (X_2) as a Moderation variable affects the relationship between the Work Discipline variable (X_1) on Employee Performance (Y). Motivation as a moderation variable has an influence on the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. So, giving motivation to employees is important so that giving motivation should be further improved at the Inspectorate Office of Musi Rawas Regency so that employee performance can increase even more.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the highest percentage of respondents' answers from the level of service quality as measured by the level of reality and expectations of the community according to the dimensions of Tangible, Emphaty, Reliability, Responsiveness, and Assurance (TERRA) of each service in the environment of Lubuklinggau municipal government. Based on the results of the calculation of the frequency of service quality variables on the reality and expectations of the community, all dimensions of service quality are show that on the average community answers satisfied while viewed from the expectations of the average community the answer is very important. The results of the Chi-Square calculation of service quality variables Towards the reality and expectations of the community seen from the Tangible, Reliability and Responsiveness of the Chi-Square calculation results of all Offices / Agencies there is no difference in Tangible dimensions to the reality and expectations of the community, it's just that the Office of National Unity and Politics of Lubuklinggau has differences in the dimensions of Tangible, Reliability and Responsiveness to the realities and expectations of society as well as seen from Emphaty and Assurance: the results of the Chi-Square calculation of all Offices / Agencies, there is no difference in the dimensions of Emphaty and Assurance to the reality and expectations of society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan dan sikap keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan dengan locus of control sebagai variabel mediasi pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Bina Insan Lubuklinggau. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 297 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Bina Insan Lubuklinggau. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap locus of control dengan thitung = 5,754. Sikap keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap locus of control dengan thitung = 2,735. Pengetahuan keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan dengan thitung = 4,487. Sikap keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan dengan thitung= 3,264. Locus of control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan dengan thitung = 7,918. Pengetahuan keuangan dan sikap keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap locus of control dengan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000. Pengetahuan keuangan dan sikap keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan dengan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000. Pengetahuan keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan dengan locus of control sebagai variabel mediasi dengan thitung sebesar 4,36. Sikap keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan dengan locus of control sebagai variabel mediasi dengan nilai thitung sebesar 2,56.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence competence has on employee performance with the work environment as a moderating variable at the Lubuklinggau City Youth and Sports Office. The method used in this study using a questionnaire and observation. The data analysis technique used is simple regression test, correlation coefficient, t test and moderation analysis. Testing the first hypothesis, namely the competency variable (X) on employee performance (Y) shows that t count produces a coefficient of 9.612. With a sample size of 39, it was found that df = 39 (39-2) at a significant level of 0.05, the critical t-table value was 1.687. With these results it can be said that competence has a significant influence on employee performance because t count (9.612) > t table (1.687). Testing the second hypothesis, namely the Competency variable (X) on employee performance (Y) with Work Environment (M) as a moderating variable shows that t count produces a coefficient of 4.791. With a sample size of 39, it was found that df = 39 (39-2) at a significant level of 0.05, the critical t-table value was 1.687. With these results it can be said that competence has a significant influence on employee performance with the work environment as a moderating variable because tcount (4.791) > t table (1.687). Based on the research results, it can be seen that to improve employee performance there must be competence so that it can control employee performance in completing its performance capabilities so that it is supported by an adequate work environment so it has an influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Dua Putra Aditya Musi Rawas.. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana, uji korelasi, uji determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan data yang telah diuraikan dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji t dapat dijelaskan bahwa Variabel Komunikasi (X1) terhadap Kinerja (Y) menunjukkan nilai thitung = 3,448 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (2,020) dengan tingkat signifikansi sig. = 0,05. Artinya secara parsial variabel Komunikasi (X1) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja (Y) karyawan PT. Dua Putra Aditya. 2) Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji t dijelaskan bahwa Variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja (Y) menunjukkan nilai thitung = 3,291 yang lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (2,020) dengan a tingkat signifikansi sig. = 0,005. Artinya secara parsial variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja (Y). 3) berdasarkan rekapitulasi hasil uji regresi linier berganda diketahui bahwa Fhitung yang diperoleh sebesar 9,015 > Ftabel = 2,33 dan taraf signifikansi simultan sig F sebesar 0,000.

Abstract

Desa Sindang Panjang memiliki potensi yang besar, namun belum dapat dikenal dan diketahui oleh wisatawan asing luar daerah karena belum adanya pemanfaatan media digital dalam pemasaran dari pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif. Tujuan pengabdian untuk memberikan pelatihan Strategi Pemulihan Ekonomi Melalui Pemberdayaan Pelaku Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif di Era Ekonomi Digital pada masyarakat Desa Sindang Panjang. Metode kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalah dengan cara melakukan pelatihan dan sosialisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Para pengusaha di desa Sindang Panjang mengapresiasi kegiatan amal ini karena dapat membantu mendorong pengembangan dan inovasi produk serta meningkatkan kesadaran merek dan pentingnya nilai tambah produk untuk bersaing dengan bisnis kuliner lainnya dengan produk sejenis dan marketplace. Pelaku bisnis yang terus tumbuh di tengah perubahan preferensi konsumen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and measure the effect of financial literacy and financial knowledge on financial management behavior in active students of private universities in Lubuklinggau City. The total population in this study was 8,071 students and the sample technique used was random sampling using the slovin formula. Data was collected using a questionnaire method from 381 students who were the sample in this study. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test (outer model and inner model) with the help of the PLS version 3.0 software program. The results of this study indicate 1) that financial literacy has a negative and significant effect on financial management behavior in active students of private tertiary institutions in Lubuklinggau City with a statistical value showing a number of 1.600 which is <1.96 and it can also be proven that the P values ​​are 0.110 or called more greater than 0.005 2) that financial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior in active students of Lubuklinggau City Private Higher Education with a statistical value showing a number of 14.446 which is> 1.96 and it can also be proven that the P Values are worth 0.000 or are called smaller of 0.005 and 3) that financial literacy and financial knowledge have a positive effect on financial management behavior in active students of private universities in Lubuklinggau City. This is evidenced by the R-Square value of 0.628.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of work discipline and compensation on employee performance, with work motivation as a moderating factor. Addressing critical challenges in public sector HR management, this research aims to understand how these variables interact to influence performance. A quantitative approach was adopted, with data collected from 62 respondents using observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analysis methods included simple linear regression, correlation coefficients, t-tests, determination tests, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The findings reveal significant positive relationships between compensation and employee performance (tcalculate = 3.636 ≥ ttable = 1.670) and between work discipline and employee performance (tcalculate = 4.722 ≥ ttable = 1.670, R = 0.521). Furthermore, work motivation strengthens these relationships, amplifying their overall impact on performance. These results highlight the importance of timely compensation, robust disciplinary practices, and effective motivational strategies. Practical recommendations are provided for HR improvements within the Musi Rawas Public Works Department, and future research is encouraged to explore additional factors such as leadership and organizational culture.
