Abstract

Cepatnya pertumbuhan teknologi khususnya dalam teknologi data menunjang kegiatan manusia yang lebih efisiensi. Di dunia kerja sekarang ini teknologi menjadi pokok utama dalam melakukan segala bentuk perkerjaan dengan menggunakan sumber energi yang ada pada komputer serta jaringan internet. Point Of Sale atau disingkat (POS) bisa diterjemahkan bebas sebagai sistem kasir, adalah kegiatan yang berorientasi penjualan yang terjadi di sektor bisnis retail. POS merupakan bagian krusial karena merupakan terminal yang menerima uang dari pelanggan. Salah satu sistem aplikasi berbasis website yang diperlukan pada Pandita Coffee yaitu Point Of Sale, karena pada Pandita Coffee sistem kasir masih menggunakan cara manual. Sebuah sistem dengan tingginya tingkat dinamis, sementara anggaran biaya serta waktu pengembangan yang tersedia sangat amat terbatas. Metode pengembangan sistem perancangan yang dipakai peneliti untuk merancang Sistem Aplikasi Point Of Sale dengan model waterfall yang didefinisikan Pressman suatu model klasik dalam membentuk software dengan sifat  yang berurut.  Pada model tersebut ialah satu arah dari awal persiapan hingga perawatan. Dalam pembuatan sistem Point Of Sale sangat membantu dalam proses bisnis terutama di proses transaksi, inventory, dan laporan keuangan

Abstract

Devan Petshop merupakan salah satu toko hewan peliharaan yang menjual produk kebutuhan hewan peliharaan juga jasa seperti klinik hewan. Media pemasaran Devan Petshop yang belum menggunakan media elektronik maupun online menyebabkan para konsumen yang ingin mengetahui apa saja yang ditawarkan pada Devan Petshop harus mengunjunginya langsung ke toko. Untuk mempermudah konsumen dalam pelayanan yang ditawarkan seperti memesan kebutuhan hewan, memantau kesehatan hewan, perawatan hewan, serta penitipan hewan maka Devan Petshop membuat perancangan sistem informasi berbasis web. Dengan dibuatnya perancangan sistem informasi berbasis web ini untuk mempermudah Devan Petshop dalam penjualan dan juga untuk memperluas pemasaran produk. Sistem informasi yang dibangun juga dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat sesuai dengan keadaan aslinya yang dapat diakses dimana saja dan kapan saja. Dalam membangun perancangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode Waterfall yang didefinisikan Pressman suatu model klasik dalam membentuk software dengan sifat yang berurutan dari atas sampai kebawah, yang diartikan jika proses di atas belum selesai maka tidak bisa melanjutkan ke proses berikutnya. Membangun web tersebut juga menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman HTML, PHP, CSS, CI3 dan MySQL.

Abstract

The scarcity of cooking oil is the main factor for PT LION Superindo Jatibening to make provisions for limiting the purchase of cooking oil. Of course, some people use this to commit fraud in purchasing, namely, buying cooking oil beyond the predetermined limit by repurchasing it after a few hours from the previous purchase. Of course, some use this to cheat on purchasing cooking oil over the predetermined limits of repurchase within a few hours of previous purchases. Thus, the governmental tribunician is disproportionate to other customers, so many are not getting cooking oil and using RFID (radio identification) technology to create an automated system as an authentication medium and security system. The system is a card reading that contains the user or item data. This technology assists in limiting purchases to greater efficiency, safety, and protection of people against the repurchasing of cooking oil. Fry oil distribution systems use IoT devices by applying PHP programming language based on websites that can be accessed and integrated with MySQL databases as data storage. For IoT devices, the primary device uses NodeMCU esp8266 as a microcontroller and rc522 RFID reader as modules to read an RFID card configured using microcontroller software.

Abstract

Sebagian organisasi sudah menerapkan manajemen persuratan yang berbasis komputer. Penggunaan komputer dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas kerja dalam menunjang kegiatan organisasi. Karang Taruna Bambu Apus merupakan salah satu organisasi yang dituntut untuk menggunakan komputer dalam setiap kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan surat menyurat. Terdapat beberapa masalah yang terjadi pada karang taruna Bambu Apus yakni masih belum memahaminya dan kurang nya kemampuan dasar dalam penggunaan serta pemanfaatan aplikasi Ms. Word dalam menunjang proses kegiatan surat menyurat. Oleh karena itu, Pengabdian Masyarakat terhadap instansi ini diperlukan agar dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan dasar dalam kegiatan surat menyurat dengan memanfaatkan Microsoft Word. Pelaksanaan Pemanfaatan Microsoft Word dalam kegiatan surat menyurat ini bertujuan untuk menambah kemampuan di bidang komputer khususnya bagi Perangkat karang taruna yang terlibat dalam kegiatan surat menyurat dengan konsep praktek langsung menggunakan fasilitas komputer dan aplikasi Microsoft Word.

Abstract

The selection of the best employees aims to spur employee morale in improving employee performance and dedication in the company. The selection of best employees is selected based on company criteria. PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (PERSERO), the best employee criteria applied by the company are Work Quantity, Work Quality, Attendance, Teamwork, and Initiative. Employee assessment is carried out every month by the assessment team (Vice President (VP) and Manager). The problem faced is determining the best employees with criteria and alternatives that are calculated manually. This system is a Decision Support System (DSS) built using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Previously, the evaluation process for selecting the best employees had never been done. Some of the problems encountered were the absence of an employee performance appraisal process, no appropriate selection method, and a Decision Support System (DSS) was not available that could make it easier to assess the selection of the best employees.

Abstract

Rukun Tetangga yang selanjutnya disingkat RT adalah Lembaga Kemasyarakatan Kelurahan yang dibentuk melalui Musyawarah Rukun Tetangga setempat dalam rangka pelaksanaan pelayanan pemerintahan, pembangunan dan kemasyarakatan yang ditetapkan oleh Lurah. Sebagai lembaga yang ada di desa/kelurahan, RT/RW harus berperan aktif dalam mendukung visi, misi dan tujuan pembangunan pemerintah di daerah. RT/RW harus mampu menjadi dinamisator dalam rangka meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat, peningkatkan pelayanan pemerintah kelurahan, pembangunan, dan pemberdayaan di masya rakat Rw 02 Kelurahan Bambu Apus merupakan salah satu dari 5 RW (Rukun Warga) yang ada di Kelurahan Bambu Apus Kecamatan Cipayung Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur, RW 02 Kelurahan Bambu Apus Kecamatan Cipayung Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur Mempunyai 13 RT, Untuk membuat naskah para ketua RT di Rw 02 Kelurahan Bambu Apus masih banyak yang menggunakan tulisan tangan atau manual belum menggunakan aplikasi presentasi seperti Microsoft Powerpoint, sehingga terdapat masalah jika diadakan rapat atau pertemuan warga saat hasil laporan kerja atau rancangan kerja akan ditampilkan secara langsung menggunakan layar Proyektor, hal ini menyebabkan kurang maksimalnya dalam penyampaian materi dari ketua RT ke warganya. Dengan pelatihan tersebut diharpakan dapat membantu menambah pengetahuan dan keahlian dalam menyusun dan menyampaikan paparan baik di acara formal ataupun informal. Abstract

An information system is a system within an organization that collects data management needs, supports operations, has important management and strategy in organizational or institutional activities, and provides reports to certain parties by using computers as a means to access the internet. To be able to manage data in the form of a database, it is necessary to develop a web-based information system. For that we need an information system that can facilitate the sale of a sales transaction and as a promotional event, so that it is expected to improve the company and compete with other companies. Public relations can be interpreted as relations between publics, indicating that there are many publics who have to do these relationships, and because there are many publics, it means that there are many relationships. The purpose of making this web program is to facilitate service sales transactions so that they are more efficient, fast and easy without the need to be hindered by distance and time.

Abstract

The context of this research is that erratic rainfall can disrupt community activities, especially for traders who want to make sales. In addition, information about rainfall is also needed by farmers in determining planting patterns to get maximum yields. The purpose of this research is to be able to help farmers predict rainfall to get maximum crop yields. One method to be able to predict rainfall is Fuzzy Logic. This research will use the Tsukamoto Fuzzy method. In the research conducted this time, the author conducted monthly rainfall forecasting in Sleman Regency. Rainfall data in Sleman Regency from 2015 to 2022 will be used in this research. This research succeeded in getting a MAPE value of 49.31%. The result of this research is the highest monthly rainfall prediction in November, with a rainfall of 713.78 mm. At the same time, the lowest occurred in August, which amounted to 36.47 mm. This research only gets a MAPE value of 49.31%. So, it can be concluded that the Tsukamoto fuzzy method cannot predict rainfall well.

Abstract

This research aims to identify business needs related to inventory management of goods at Ellisya stores. Developing a goods inventory information system starting from designing, developing and implementing an information system using information technology principles in managing goods inventory. Increase the accuracy of inventory predictions by assessing information systems' ability to predict inventory needs accurately. Assessing data security and protection by ensuring that the information system complies with data security standards. It provides adequate protection against potential threats to the security of inventory data. Provide recommendations for developing a website-based goods inventory information system. The research method used in this research is the Waterfall development method. This method was chosen because of its clarity and structured stages, which greatly support technology integration to increase inventory management efficiency and accuracy. The research results show that applying technological knowledge in the Goods Inventory Information System using the Waterfall method positively impacts operational efficiency, more accurate inventory predictions, data security, user satisfaction, and financial well-being. Therefore, applying science and technology is an important step to improve the performance and competitiveness of organizations in managing inventory. The research results provide practical implications for improving operational efficiency in inventory management. S&T integration enables real-time monitoring, automation of administrative tasks, and more efficient stock management. The application of science and technology results in stronger data protection, having a positive impact on company reputation and customer trust. The novelty of this research lies in an integrative approach between the application of science and technology and the Waterfall development method. It provides a new perspective on how technology can be applied in the context of structured system development, namely by developing a website-based inventory information system for goods at Ellisya stores
