Abstract

E-commerce is a payment system that is currently booming with e-commerce, so all sales systems that were offline go online and sales systems that were only in one region can be around the world without time limits and where development is compressed so high that it causes There are many changes from the traditional sales system to the internet. Therefore, this study will determine the effect of goods prices and buyer trust on the e-commerce sales system for purchasing goods online. The method used in this research is quantitative methods using a questionnaire that will be distributed in order to obtain data that can be used as research data so that the data can be used as a reference for current research and future research using the questionnaire method so that we will be able to get real data in the field because it is based on data directly obtained from e-commerce customers. The e-commerce system has begun to be developed in the 2000s but has not been used maximally but after the Covid 19 pandemic, now the e-commerce sales system has been very, very developed because of the limitations of the place and time of the Covid 19 pandemic resulting in the prohibition of physical contact. from sellers and buyers, therefore the e-commerce system speaks to the problems that already exist today with the existence of e-commerce so that sellers and buyers can still transact with online media. In this study will be able to produce data that can answer the problem in this research in this study will answer the problem of how the relationship between low prices and customer trust in the e-commerce sales system based on online shopping with online media, therefore this research will use quantitative methods. as an appropriate research method.

Abstract

The objectives of this action research were to describe the students’ prior knowledge profile, to modify theirmisconception into scientific concept, to improve their scientific attitude, to improve the quality of learningoutcome and to describe responses of 30 students of Administration Management at semester II in academicyear 2010/2011 of ASM BSI Jakarta towards the teaching of Advanced English by using contextual approach.The data about prior knowledge profile, misconceptions and learning outcome of the students were collectedby using test, while those of scientific attitude by using questionaire method, the students activity byobservation, and the students responses by questionaire and interview. The data was analyzed descriptivequalitatively. The findings showed that: (1) at the first cycle: 33.93% of the students’ prior concept was aboutmisconception; the mean of the pre-test was 48.57. After the action was caried out, the misconception became5.73%. The score of the learning outcome was 73.3. While the score of the students’ scientific attitude was68.24; After the second cycle, there was 53.51% of the prior knowledge of the students was misconception,while the mean score of the pre-test was 63.3. after the action was conducted, the misconception became10.40, while the students response towards the teaching was 78.6. Their scientific attitude was about 75.40,while their response to this teaching were very good. Based on this finding it was suggested that lecturerswho had problems on the students especially to those who had low achievement, and their scientific attitudecould apply the contextual approach to degrade the students misconception. An analysis of the students priormisconception should be done, the result could be used as the basis when designing the teaching program.Key words: contextual teaching and learning, misconception, scientific attitude

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus kepada kepuasaan konsumen terhadap layanan E-Commerce Shoope Food dengan pendeakatan metode IPA dan CSI untuk menganalisa data lapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen kuisioner dengan jumlah sampel 200 responden dengan teknis penarikan sampel adalah insidental sampling. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah layanan Shopee Food memberikan kepuasaan kepada konsumen Shoppe Food dengan indikator nilai CSI yang berada di angka 72,32 serta atribut kepuasan konsumen berada di kuadran 2 atau B artinya bahwa Shopee Food harus mempertahankan kinerja yang ada dikarenakan telah membuat konsumen Shopee food merasa puas terutama dalam masa pandemi Covid 19.

Abstract

Halal certification programs for various types of products, both food and non-food, have become a necessity at this time, as a form of corporate responsibility in marketing products that are safe for use. It is believed that halal labeling on each brand will be able to be a determining factor for consumers to buy goods. However, to what extent is the effectiveness of this, it is necessary to research to prove it. This study aims to find the relationship or influence of halal labeling and the quality of non-food product brands on purchasing decisions, especially Teflon Maxim products. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative using correlation analysis techniques that determine the level of relationship and influence between variables. The results showed that partially the halal label (X1) and product quality (X2) variables had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as well as simultaneously the two variables showed a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as well as answering the proposed hypothesis.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to answer the question on how small group discussion strategy could improve thestudents speaking skill. The research was conducted at the seventh grade students of SMPN 3 Ciawi in academic year2019/2020. This paper used descriptive qualitative method. The data were collected through observation duringteaching learning process. To add important data and resource, the researchers also did library research and internetresearch. The theory that support this research is based on the theory of Giri in (Rahmat 2017). This research consistsof plans, how to develop and improve students speaking skills ability using small group discussion strategy. It alsocontains the preparation, teaching-learning process and the evaluation. The result of this research indicated that:(1)small group discussion strategy could build confidence of students’ in speaking; (2) engage students in work groupdiscussion communicatively; (3) the students have the opportunities to improve their speaking skills. Keywords: small group discussion, teaching, speakingPenelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk menjawab pertanyaan bagaimana strategi diskusi kelompok kecil dapatmeningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa kelas VII SMPN 3 Ciawi tahun ajaran2019/2020. Makalah ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasiselama proses belajar mengajar. Untuk menambah data dan sumber penting, peneliti juga melakukan studi pustakadan penelusuran internet. Teori yang mendukung penelitian ini didasarkan pada teori Giri dalam (Rahmat 2017).Penelitian ini terdiri atas perencanaan, bagaimana mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswadengan menggunakan strategi diskusi kelompok kecil. Selain itu juga berisi persiapan, proses belajar-mengajar danevaluasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) strategi diskusi kelompok kecil dapat membangun kepercayaandiri siswa dalam berbicara; (2) melibatkan siswa dalam diskusi kelompok kerja secara komunikatif; (3) siswamemiliki kesempatan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara mereka.Kata kunci: strategi diskusi kelompok kecil, mengajar, berbicara

Abstract

The objective of this research was to understand comprehensively about the child’s perception towards parents’ parenting and self-concept with responsibility environmental behavior on college students of academy of management and secretary of BSI in Central Jakarta. It was a quantitative research conducted in a private educational academy in Central Jakarta. The data were collected through participant observation using questionnaire. The data searched by the researcher use correlational approach with survey technique. The data analysis and interpretation indicates that (1)the correlation between child’s perception towards parent’s parenting and responsibility environment behavior on college students are positive and significant with the result of correlation is 0,327.(2) the correlation between self-concept and responsibility environment behavior on college students are positive and significant with the result of correlation is 0,360. Some efforts which have to be done by parents dealing with child’s perception towards parenting are keep communicating with children as many as possible frequently, put trust well on them doing their lives, keep controlling by distance so that parents still understand what they are doing outside, etc. Regarding to self-concept there are many ways to be given to students such as giving training, counselling, put confidence on them, giving them skills well, etc.

Abstract

Excellent service isn’t a new term in the world of work. The company must be able to give the best service to consumers so as to give satisfaction to consumers. Consumer satisfaction serve as the main key in maintaining the existence of a company. The research aims to determine the influence of excellent service to consumer satisfaction. This research use quantitative method. This research use quantitative method with 90 samples research with nonprobability sampling technique, especially purposive method. Based on data analysis, the result of research on the correlation coefficient show that 0.183 indicating that there is a very weak relationship between excellent service to consumer satisfaction. From the determination coefficient test obtained the influence of service excellent variable on cosumer satisfaction variable is 3.4% and the remaining 96.6% influenced by other variables not examined by the author. The result of simple regression obtained Y = 27,072 + 0,168X which result if excellent service is considered constant then consumer satisfaction will be positive and significant. And T test results, excellent service influence on customer satisfaction with t count > t table = 1.750> 1.662, then Ha accepted.

Abstract

Parking pool or parking area is a place provided for parking of motorized vehicles outside of the road whih is provided by individual or institution, including motorized vehicle storage and motorized vehicle garage. In managing the parking pool, the parking owner must have a system to facilitate the processing of the parking area. The existing parking system at Palma tower building Jakarta is still manual, that is by entering the vehicle number into the computer by operator, then printing. The parking ticket provided is only a form of paper containing the vehicle number and vehicle entry time. Payment transactions method made by parking operators are currently not efficient, because the level of officer error when calculate parking fees and change money is high. Deal with these various problems, an idea arises to create a subscription parking system by using an automated parking system. This automated parking system is named with an RFID system (Radio Frequency Identification). The design of this automatic parking system is the best solution to solve the problems that are already running. This computerized system is better than a manual system because this system can run more effectively and efficiently and it is more conducive than the previous system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan (1) persiapan penguasaan strategi belajar, (2) pelaksanaan penguasaan strategi belajar, (3) membatasi dan mendukung faktor penguasaan strategi belajar, evaluasi (4) dilakukan melalui penguasaan mempelajari strategi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dalam studi ini adalah guru. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan pedoman manual pengamatan dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) persiapan penguasaan mempelajari strategi adalah untuk merancang serangkaian kegiatan dalam bentuk rencana pelajaran (RPP) dan silabus yang didasarkan pada kurikulum KTSP (kurikuler dari Unit tingkat pendidikan) belajar. 2) strategi penguasaan pembelajaran di kelas VIII di SMP Al Muhajirin Aren Jaya Bekasi, antara lain: a) pengenalan karakter siswa yang dilakukan oleh guru, melakukan pengelolaan kelas, dan penyesuaian deskripsi bahan, b) metode yang berbeda untuk mencapai penguasaan belajar target yang telah ditetapkan. 3) membatasi faktor: a) keributan yang dibuat oleh para siswa selama penjelasan, b) fokus bahan, siswa yang tidak bisa tenang untuk waktu yang cukup lama. Faktor-faktor pendukung: a) media sudah cukup didukung terutama buku panduan yang sudah ada pada siswa, b) metode guru dalam menyajikan bahan yang cukup, menyenangkan c) materi yang disampaikan oleh guru diadaptasi untuk beragam potensi siswa. 4) evaluasi dilakukan melalui penguasaan belajar, yaitu: a) tes tertulis, sebagian besar dilakukan dalam kegiatan belajar dan pelaksanaannya ketika penjelasan bahan berakhir, b) tes lisan kadang-kadang dilakukan khususnya pada ketrampilan verbal dan latihan siswa yaitu keberanian siswa berbicara di depan kelas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Path Analysis dengan penggunaan SEM. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 170 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel, yakni purposive sampling. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengguna Shopee Segar yang berada di daerah Salemba Tengah Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa determinan loyalitas pelanggan ditentukan oleh kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai 18.8 %, dan kepuasan pelanggan terbangun oleh faktor harga dengan nilai 51% dan factor kualitas layanan sebesar 41%. Variabel promosi tidak memberikan pengaruh sehingga tidak menjadi determinan loyalitas pelanggan.
