Abstract

This study investigates the impact of internet and technological advancements on millennials (born between 1981 and 2000), particularly focusing on their adoption of digital payment systems, notably the DANA platform. It examines whether millennial satisfaction with digital payment services, amidst FOMO trends, influences their loyalty to the platform. This research utilizes quantitative methods and Smart PLS for analysis with 108 millennial participants, emphasizing gender distribution and age range. The results indicate a significant correlation between electronic satisfaction (E-satisfaction) and electronic loyalty (E-Loyalty) among users, suggesting that higher satisfaction leads to increased loyalty. These findings highlight the platform's sustainability amid evolving millennial behaviors and FOMO trends, offering valuable insights into consumer dynamics and digital payment platforms' success.

Abstract

This research explores the growing internet usage and rapid advancements in information and communication technology. Indonesia has witnessed increased adoption of digital financial technology, particularly in the form of fintech and digital payment systems. It is crucial to differentiate the characteristics and advantages among Indonesia’s top three e-wallets: GoPay, OVO, and DANA. This study employs a comparative approach to analyze the relationship between user preferences and factors within GoPay, OVO, and DANA e-Wallets in the context of digital payment systems. Using a quantitative research approach and statistical verification. Data analysis employs SEM with the PLS method, involving 150 respondents whose results are compared across the platforms. The study finds that electronic service quality significantly impacts consumer loyalty and satisfaction across all three platforms. In GoPay and OVO, it notably influences satisfaction, but less so in DANA. Customer satisfaction mediate loyalty in GoPay and OVO but not in DANA. Responsiveness is a key component of e-wallet service excellence. Loyalty is influenced by referrals (GoPay and OVO), regular use (DANA), and pricing (DANA), whereas customer satisfaction (GoPay), pricing (DANA), and convenience (OVO) determine contentment. Limiting the study to three variables and three e-wallets may restrict the comprehensiveness of factors affecting consumer satisfaction and loyalty, potentially limiting the generalizability of findings to other digital payment platforms or market contexts. The novelty lies in the direct comparison of investigative outcomes among these three subjects within the context of digital payment systems, selecting high-value study indicators and advancing the prior research.

Abstract

This research aims to provide deeper insights into user preferences and the factors influencing their choices in using Digital Payment Systems, particularly in the context of the DANA e-wallet as an alternative to BI-Fast during service improvement periods. The study focuses on key variables such as E-System Quality and E-Loyalty. The findings indicate that the constructs of E-Loyalty and E-Service Quality demonstrate high levels of validity and reliability, and there exists a significant relationship between electronic service quality and electronic loyalty. Data analysis also identifies specific dimensions of DANA e-wallet service quality that have a significant impact on user preferences and loyalty levels. Factors such as compensation, ease of link access, and ease of contacting customer service are aspects that need attention to enhance service quality. Thus, the research conclusion provides valuable guidance for other Digital Payment Systems owners or managers to improve their service quality and strengthen customer relationships, akin to what is done by DANA e-wallet. These findings offer valuable guidance for other e-wallet owners or managers to enhance their service quality, focusing on aspects such as compensation, link access convenience, and ease of contacting customer service. The importance of improving electronic service quality to achieve higher customer loyalty should be emphasized by stakeholders in the digital payment industry, with specific steps that can be taken based on these findings to strengthen customer relationships and maintain competitive advantages.

Abstract

Research Originality: This study offers a unique exploration of how capital access mediates the impact of financial literacy and fintech peer-to-peer (P2P) lending on the sustainability of micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in traditional markets, utilizing SDG-based indicators. Research Object: This study examines the effects of financial literacy and fintech P2P lending on capital access and sustainability of MSEs in traditional markets. Research Methods: The study employed a quantitative approach, utilizing Structural Equation Modeling analysis, using 232 MSEs in Jakarta. Empirical Results: The findings indicate that financial literacy and fintech P2P lending have a positive impact on both capital access and the sustainability of MSEs. However, capital access did not significantly affect the sustainability of MSE or mediate either factor. Implications: The Financial Services Authority (OJK) must enhance legislation protecting MSEs from fintech risks and promote financial literacy. The OJK must coordinate P2P platforms, cooperatives, and MSE offices. Creating an inclusive fintech ecosystem for traditional market MSEs, with microloans and mentorship, is essential for viable financing. Abstract

Good Corporate Governance constitutes a framework that positively influences a company's financial performance. This research aims to ascertain and analyze the impact of Corporate Governance, company growth, and debt policy on technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021. The research utilizes secondary data extracted from annual reports accessible on the IDX website via www.idx.co.id covering a five-year period (2017-2021). Statistical analysis is conducted employing SPSS Version 25.0. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the F test and T test. Partial results indicate that the independent board of commissioners (DKI) and company growth (PP) significantly affect financial performance (ROA) among companies listed on the IDX during 2017-2021. Conversely, institutional ownership (KI), managerial ownership (KM), and debt policy (DER) demonstrate no significant impact on financial performance (ROA) within the same companies and period. Thus, it is advisable for companies to sustain and enhance their financial performance to achieve profitable outcomes, involving all stakeholders in the process.
