Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of asset structure, debt management, accounts receivable management on the profitability of tire companies listed on the BEI 2010-2020 and analyze the asset structure, debt management, and receivables management simultaneously on the profitability of tire companies listed on the BEI 2010 -2020. This study uses quantitative research methods because the data obtained in the form of numbers (numeric). The population used in this study are companies engaged in tire companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) since 2010-2020, totaling 4 companies. The technique for determining the sample in this research is using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study are only receivable management (ARTO) which has a significant effect on the profitability of the tire company studied, while asset structure and debt management have no significant effect. Therefore, receivable management is the receivables turnover ratio which is the main variable in increasing the company's profitability.

Abstract

In the industrial world, especially in fabrication industries, problems related to work and conditions triggering hazards and risks of workplace accidents can arise. Workplace accidents can be caused by two main factors, namely unsafe acts and unsafe conditions. Based on the preliminary study conducted by researchers on 15 production employees at PT. CF in Serang Regency, the results showed that 66.7% of employees have poor safety behavior. This study aims to determine the influence of safety climate and safety leadership on safety behavior among production employees at PT. CF in Serang Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative research approach. The population of this study is all employees in the production department at PT. CF. The total number of production department employees is known to be 203 people. The sample size to be used in this study is 134.7 rounded to 135 employees in the production department at PT. CF. This study uses data analysis method with smart PLS software version 3.0 Partial Least Square (PLS) test. The results of the study show that there is an influence of safety climate on safety behavior among production employees at PT. CF in Serang Regency, as seen from the p-value of 0.002. There is an influence of safety behavior on safety behavior among production employees at PT. CF in Serang Regency, as seen from the p-value of 0.000.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh Kepemimpinan Pemberdayaan dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kebermaknaan Pekerjaan dengan Job crafting sebagai Mediasi pada PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk. Populasi dan Sample yang dipilih dan diteliti berjumlah 58 karyawan di Bagian Kustodian dengan menggunakan tehnik non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Dimana tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data diproses dengan SmartPLS 4.0 sebagai alat ujinya. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Pemberdayaan dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Job crafting dan Kebermaknaan pekerjaan. Job crafting juga memediasi pengaruh keduanya terhadap Kebermaknaan pekerjaan, menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi yang baik meningkatkan makna kerja melalui peningkatan Job crafting.

Abstract

Menurut WHO (World Health Organization), Rumah sakit adalah integral dari satu organisasi sosial dan kesehatan dengan fungsi menyediakan pelayanan paripurna (Komprehensif), penyembuhan penyakit (kuratif) dan pencegahan penyakit (Preventif) kepada masyarakat. Dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang maksimal, rumah sakit memerlukan system manajemen yang bisa menggerakkan semua sumber daya manusia yang ada sehingga akan berdampak pada pencapaian kinerja di rumah sakit itu sendiri . Pencapaian kinerja dalam sebuah organisasi sangatlah tergantung pada kualitas sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki. Kualitas sumber daya manusia tersebut sangatlah dibutuhkan dimana semakin tinggi sumber daya yang dimiliki maka semakin tinggi pula kinerjanya dalam sebuah organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, beban kerja dan system kompensasi terhadap kinerja perawat rawat inap di RS MMC. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian deksriptif. responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 orang menggunakan metode Nonprobabilty Sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh. data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah 41 pernyataan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi dan system kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat rawat inap di RS MMC. Sedangkan Beban Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat rawat inap di RS MMC. Saran dalam penelitian ini diharapkan Rumah Sakit dapat Meningkatkan kualitas kompetensi perawat, Mengevaluasi beban kerja perawat setiap lantai, Meningkatkan dalam pemberian kompensasi sehingga diharapkan terjadinya peningkatan kinerja karyawan dan karyawan dapat termotivasi dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai karyawan di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between heat stress, worker characteristics, and work conditions with fatigue in toll road construction workers. Using a cross-sectional quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 workers through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis using Spearman Rho showed that heat stress, worker characteristics such as age and experience, and job aspects such as duration and intensity, were significantly correlated with work fatigue. These results revealed that hot work environment conditions, worker demographics, and workload had a significant effect on fatigue levels. Based on these findings, interventions are proposed to reduce work fatigue, including educational programs on fatigue management, provision of rest facilities, reduction of dust and temperature in the work area, and provision of sanitation facilities. These interventions are expected to improve worker welfare and reduce fatigue in the construction environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how processing, packaging, and shipping affect the price of mercury waste management services, identifying the most dominant factors. The methodology in this study uses a quantitative design with Partial Least Squares (PLS) regression analysis using Smart PLS 4.1.0.9. Data were collected from four upstream oil and gas operations in Indonesia in 2010-2022 to identify the dominant factors that affect service prices. Mercury waste management data collection was carried out in four locations, with an initial population of 16 unique data according to the contract, which then increased to 43 after being adjusted for the implementation period and contract validity period. The results of the analysis show that indicating processing, packaging, and shipping have a p-value of less than 0.05, indicating that all significantly affect service prices. Among these factors, processing has the highest t-statistic of 16.47, making it the most dominant predictor of mercury waste management services.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and examine the impact of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Work Facilities on Job Satisfaction and their subsequent effect on Work Productivity at PT. Elnusa Tbk Field Sanga-Sanga. This study employs a quantitative research approach using a survey method and causal statistical analysis through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data collection was carried out using a non-probability sampling method with an incidental sampling technique. The sample for this study consists of at least 93 employees from PT. Elnusa Tbk Field Sanga-Sanga. The results indicate that Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Work Facilities have a positive and significant impact on Job Satisfaction. Furthermore, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Work Facilities also have a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, while Job Satisfaction significantly influences Work Productivity.
