Abstract

Kinerja organisasi adalah totalitas hasil kerja suatu organisasi yang dicapai oleh suatu organisasi secara menyeluruh melalui usaha – usaha yang sistemik dan meningkatkan kemampuan organisasi secara terus – menerus untuk mencapai kebutuhannya secara efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Kinerja Bank Sampah Induk Terhadap Kinerja Bank Sampah Unit di Kota Mojokerto menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuisioner dan analisis data kuantitatif dengan perhitungan korelasi spearman dua variabel. Hasil penelitian ini : (1) Pengaruh Kinerja Bank Sampah Induk terhadap Bank Sampah Unit di Kota Mojokerto adalah sebesar 99,2% yang berarti bahwa variabel Kinerja Bank Sampah Induk mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel Kinerja Bank Sampah Unit di Kota Mojokerto adalah sebesar 99,2% sedangkan sisanya 0,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel diluar model penelitian ini. (2) Korelasi antara Kinerja Bank Sampah Induk dan Kinerja Bank Sampah Unit di Kota Mojokerto adalah sebesar 0,099603 artinya ada korelasi yang positif dan sangat kuat. (3) Uji Hipotesis Statistik yang menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan atau nyata antara Kinerja Bank Sampah Induk dan Kinerja Bank Sampah Unit. (4) Pelaksanaan Kinerja Bank Sampah Induk di Kota Mojokerto adalah dalam kategori cukup bagus. (5) Pelaksanaan Kinerja Bank Sampah Unit di Kota Mojokerto adalah dalam kategori bagus. (6) Indikator yang paling rendah dalam variabel Kinerja Bank Sampah Induk adalah Indikator Pendampingan Pembentukan. (7) Indikator yang paling rendah dalam variabel Kinerja Bank Sampah Unit adalah Indikator Keorganisasian Kata Kunci : Kinerja Organisasi, Bank Sampah

Abstract

The spread of the Covid-19 virus allows people to reduce their activities or activities related to outside the home in order to reduce the spread of the virus. The development of science such as hydroponic growing media is very helpful for household scale that does not have vacant land to grow crops so that even narrow land can be used to grow other than that it can meet food needs. Hydroponics with a wick system are recommended for beginners because the basic principle is only to use water capillarity, in addition it does not require special maintenance, is easy to assemble, portable (can be moved), and is suitable in limited areas. Besides that guaranteed crop freedom from pests and diseases, plants grow faster and use of fertilizers more economically. The existence of this article is expected to be able to educate the public, especially in the village of Kedung Asem in terms of growing the hydroponic system to meet household scale food needs while in this pandemic. Abstract

This research is based on the phenomenon of the rural-based Lamongan people's economic development movement program, by providing assistance in agriculture, namely Alsintan (handtractors. The existence of a movement program to build a rural-based Lamongan people's economy is expected to be able to provide economic improvements to the people of Lamongan, especially those in rural areas by developing potential the potential is available in every village, with the assistance of alsintan in the form of village community handtractors, they have the opportunity to improve their quality of life, especially to improve the economy, and to carry out a program to develop rural-based Lamongan people's economy, namely to reduce poverty in the Lamongan Regency with a target of 12% in in 2021. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The location of this study is in the Village Lawanganagung Sugio District Lamongan Regency. The focus of this research is based on the theory of Budiani (2007) cited by Amrizal, Dalimunthe, and Yusriati (2018: 59) namely (1) accuracy of program objectives, (2) program socialization, (3) program objectives, and (4) program monitoring. Data collection techniques by observation, interview, and documentation. The results obtained from this study are (1) the accuracy of the program targets, to determine the targets in the rural-based Lamongan people's economic development movement program that is on target and is effective, namely the active farmer groups. (2) program socialization, in the rural-based Lamongan people's economic development program movement has been effective and good, in accordance with information received by farmer groups by submitting the conditions for requesting proposals, how to use hand tractors and how to care for them. (3) program objectives, with the implementation of the rural-based Lamongan people's economic development movement program aimed at improving the economy of rural communities with faster processing of land tractors and reducing costs, so that rice productivity increases. (4) program monitoring, for the rural-based Lamongan people's economic development movement program has been effective, all agencies carry out monitoring / supervision / monitoring for the hand tractor assistance.
