This study to evaluate the application of accounting information system of credit sales in an effort to improve internal control that has been carried out by PT. XYZ (Mitsubishi Official Dealer Semarang Branch) is a company engaged in the trading business. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the accounting information system of credit sales implemented by PT. XYZ (Mitsubishi Official Dealer Semarang Branch) has presented the information needed by the company precisely and accurately although there are still weaknesses that need to be addressed, like the separation of cash receipts and recording functions, and the separation of sales admin and stock admin functions. But overall internal control at PT. XYZ (Mitsubishi Official Dealer Semarang Branch) is adequate because it meets the elements of internal control.

This study analyzes the performance of LQ45 shares before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This study uses the monthly LQ45 stock price on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis uses two different conditions, before and during Covid-19 pandemic condition in Indonesia to see differences in conditions with a quantitative approach by emphasizing hypothesis testing. This research uses comparative causal research techniques. The results explained there were significant differences in the performance of LQ45 shares before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The t-value from the results of the data processing analysis is 3.009 with sig. 0.004, it can be concluded that H(a) is accepted and H(0) is rejected. The performance of LQ45 shares on the Indonesian stock exchange experienced a decline during the pandemic that occurred in Indonesia. This situation caused many companies to suffer losses.

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of self-efficacy and creativity on entrepreneurial intentions, and the magnitude of the effect of self-efficacy and creativity both simultaneously on entrepreneurial intentions. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods to test the hypothesis between the independent and dependent variables of the study. Samples were obtained from students of SMA Masehi 2 PSAK as many as 69 respondents. The results showed that self-efficacy and creativity had a positive and significant effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions. Based on the simultaneous testing, it shows that the variables of self-efficacy and creativity have a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions by 23.4%.

Dewasa ini akses sebuah aplikasi web dapat melalui smartphone maupun tablet, sehingga terdapat tuntutan aplikasi web yang biasanya diakses melalui komputer, tetap responsif terhadap ukuran layar smartphone maupun tablet. Teknik tersebut dinamakan responsive web design, sebuah teknik yang digunakan desainer website untuk memberikan pengalaman visual yang elegan tanpa mempedulikan ukuran browser yang digunakan dan batasan apapun tentang cara mengakses perangkat tersebut. Berbagai sistem berbasis web lambat laun mulai menerapkan responsive web design termasuk sistem pembelajaran. Sebuah sistem pembelajaran rata-rata didesain sama untuk semua siswa yang mengikutinya. Hal ini tentu saja oleh siswa dirasa tidak cukup untuk memahami materi yang tersedia di sistem pembelajaran, mengingat gaya belajar setiap siswa berlainan. Sistem modul online adaptif diharapkan mampu menyediakan sumber pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan gaya belajar siswa. Sistem tersebut juga mampu mengakomodir lingkungan pembelajaran sesuai dengan gaya belajar siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sebuah sistem modul online adaptif yang dapat mengakomodir pembelajaran sesuai dengan gaya belajar siswa dan dapat diakses dimanapun, kapanpun, dan menggunakan perangkat genggam apapun sehingga diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada bidang pendidikan sekaligus personalisasi gaya belajar siswa.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu UMKM agar lebih menarik perhatian calon pelanggan melalui desain banner dan katalog produk pada UMKM di daerah Tanah Mas Semarang. Pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan 5 UMKM yang terdiri dari pedagang mie ayam, pedagang kue, pedagang gado-gado, jasa rias wajah dan pedagang bakso. Metode yang digunakan adalah melalui sosialisasi pentingnya membuat brand menjadi lebih menarik, disamping itu mahasiswa Akademi Entrepreneurship Terang Bangsa juga membantu UMKM dengan melakukan foto produk, pembuatan katalog produk dan pembuatan banner untuk UMKM. Kegiatan ini diadakan pada tanggal 3 sampai 7 Juli dengan output pemberian bantuan katalog produk, dan pemberian bantuan banner untuk UMKM tersebut. Dengan adanya pengabdian masyrakat ini diharapkan UMKM di daerah Tanah Mas Semarang bisa lebih meningkatkan penjualan dan dapat membantu pelanggan dengan penyediaan katalog produk UMKM tersebut.

The aim of this training activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of Labor Union (LU) chairmen and members in Collective Work Agreement (CWA) negotiations. It is hoped that LU under the patronage of Sarbumusi can use more effective negotiation techniques in order to reach an agreement that benefits both parties, LU and its enterprise. This training was arranged to strengthen SP's position in negotiating with management and promote healthy and productive working relationships. The materials consist of the introduction to Collective Work agreement (CWA), its regulation, and negotiation techniques. The methods used were divided into two stages; preparation and implementation – presentation, discussion, case-study and simulation. The impact of this training was excellent because LU was provided with basic knowledge as well as the key to use negotiation techniques in pursuing the better prosperity for all workers, especially the members of LU. Community Service Activities (PKM) carried out at SMK Negeri 20 Jakarta aim to improve students' knowledge and skills in facing the world of work, especially in aspects of industrial relations, social security, and workplace communication. Through a practice-based learning approach, namely an interactive and applied teaching-learning approach that is not only theoretical, but students are asked to directly practice and demonstrate industrial relations activities related to employment relations, social security, and effective communication. The activity was carried out for one day with a total of 100 participants. The evaluation method used was pretest-posttest to obtain quantitative data to measure the increase in participants' knowledge before and after the PKM activity. The obstacles and barriers faced in the field included low initial knowledge levels, lack of participant interest in employment topics, and limited implementation time. However, the results of data calculation and participant participation from start to finish showed that the PKM activity succeeded in making a positive impact on knowledge and increasing participant interest related to employment knowledge, especially employment relations, social security, and communication skills that can be used to face the world of work.

This study aims to determine the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PKWT workers at PT. Bio Farma. The sampling technique used was probability sampling with a sample size of 76 respondents. The analysis was conducted using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) measurements on Smart PLS 4.0. The results showed that job insecurity had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job insecurity had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. In addition, job insecurity had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan, kegiatan kewirausahaan, penciptaan lapangan pekerjaan, yang mendorong kemajuan perekonomian suatu bangsa. Pendidikan kewirausahaan diperlukan untuk membangun jiwa wirausaha (entrepreneurship) pada generasi muda agar dapat menjadi wirausahawan muda (young entrepreneur) yang kompeten, berkualitas, inovatif dan berani mengambil resiko seta menjawab tantangan ekonomi nasional di era industri 4.0. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka (library research) untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang berpijak pada hasil kajian teori atau konsep, temuan ilmiah yang pernah dicapai atau dianalisis. Dari kajian pustaka/literatur dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan pendidikan kewirausahaan di perguruan tinggi. Pendidikan kewirausahaan memperhatikan materi yang diajarkan di perguruan tinggi yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat agar memperkecil gap diantara keduanya. Dalam hal ini dunia pendidikan perlu menyelaraskan materi pembelajaran kewirausahaan agar dapat tepat sasaran. Dunia pendidikan perlu bersinergi dengan industri, pemangku kepentingan, pemerintah serta dukungan keluarga dalam pembentukan jiwa dan karakter wirausahawan. Pendidikan kewirausahaan adalah upaya yang dilaksanakan oleh institusi pendidikan, lembaga pelatihan dan pembuat kebijakan di pemerintah untuk menciptakan wirausahawan yang memiliki karakter unggul yang mampu bersaing di kancah bisnis dan dapat menciptkan lapangan kerja.
