Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of the growth of black soybean plants (Glycine max L.) with a verticulture system. This research was conducted on Jl. Ekarasmi Gg. Ekanusa III Kec. Medan Johor, Medan City, from September to November 2022. This study used a non-factorial randomized block design (RBD) consisting of one treatment factor with 3 levels and 6 repetitions, namely: M1 = 2 kg soil, M2 = 2: 1 (2 kg soil + 1 kg rice husk), and M3 = 2:1 (2 kg soil + 1 kg cocopeat). This research was designed by doing 6 repetitions. The parameters used in this study were plant height, leaf area index, total and total chlorophyll a b content, relative growth rate, N uptake, and number of root nodules. The results of this study were that the planting medium had a significant effect on almost every parameter but the planting medium had no significant effect on one parameter, namely N nutrient uptake, with levels of M1 and M3. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of planting media to the vegetative growth of black soybeans has an influence on the vegetative growth of black soybeans on almost all parameters, but on the parameters of nutrient absorption, black soybeans have no real effect with planting horticulture systems.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of the verticulture system and spacing on the vegetative growth of two cultivars of black soybean (Gylcine max L.). This study used a factorial randomized block design (RBD) with two treatment factors and 4 replications, namely F1= cultivar (P) consisting of two levels, namely P1= soybean cultivar Detam 1 and P2 = soybean cultivar Detam 4 Prida. F2= plant spacing consists of two levels, namely J1= 20 x 10 cm and J2= 20 x 20 cm. The parameters used were plant height, leaf area index, chlorophyll a, b and total content, relative growth rate, net assimilation rate, and number of root nodules. The results obtained from this study plant spacing had a significant effect on several parameters with the best level, namely J2= 20 x 20 cm and soybean cultivars with P1= detam 1 level had a significant effect on plant height parameters. But the plant spacing and the two soybean cultivars (Gylcine max L.) did not have any interaction in each parameter. It can be concluded that the regulation of planting distances and two soybean cultivars has a significant effect on several parameters such as plant height, chlorophyll content tests a, b and total as well as measuring relative growth rates. Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of spacing and cultivars for the growth of black soybean plants with an intercropping system (Gylcine max L.). This research method used a factorial randomized block design (RBD) with 2 factorials and 4 replications. Factor I (K) cultivars were K1 = detam 2 soybean cultivar and K2 = detam 4 soybean cultivar. The interval (J) consisted of three levels: J1 = 10 x 20 cm, J2 = 15 x 20 cm, J3 = 20 x 20 cm . The observed variables were plant height, leaf area index, root nodules, relative growth rate (LPR), chlorophyll content, and net assimilation rate (LAB). The results showed that treatment with K2 (detam 4) had a significant effect on plant height 14.28 HST, relative growth rate, chlorophyll a, b and total. The treatment of J1 spacing (10 x 20 cm) had a significant effect on 14 DAP height and leaf area index. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the intercropping system and black soybean cultivar had a significant effect on plant height, relative growth rate, chlorophyll a, b, total, and leaf area index. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to be able to explain how growing media and spacing affect purple eggplant's vegetative growth responses. In this investigation, two treatments with six replications each were employed in a randomized block design (RBD). F1: J1 = 30 x 40 cm and D2 = 50 x 60 cm are the two levels of spacing. F2: There are two levels for using planting media: M1 = soil + sand 2: 1 and M2 = soil + cocopeat 2: 1. Plant height measurements, tests for the chlorophyll a and b leaf area indices, and relative growth rates as well as total and net assimilation rates were the variables employed in this study. The study's findings recommend using planting media with the best level of M2 = soil + cocopeat for plant height criteria. The ideal level for spacing the parameters for the chlorophyll test and the rate of net assimilation is J2 50 x 60 cm. According to the research, the planting medium and spacing, particularly on the variables of plant height, chlorophyll test, and net assimilation rate, have a substantial impact on the vegetative growth of purple eggplant.

Abstract

Limbah mengacu pada produk sampingan atau residu yang dihasilkan dari berbagai kegiatan industri atau rumah tangga. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk memanfaatkan kembali limbah ampas tebu ini menjadi produk yang tidak hanya mengurangi dampak buruk terhadap lingkungan tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai bahan kerajinan tangan yang memiliki potensi artistik dan menguntungkan bagi masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keunggulan ampas tebu, komposisinya, dan produksi produk turunan ampas tebu. Hasil akhir dari olahan produk ampas tebu yang dibuat merupakan produk terpilih berupa cup gelas.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the most effective growth response and shade level for vegetative growth of soybeans (Glycine max L.). The experimental design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). ) with 2 factorials, namely factor I, namely N0: Control; N1 : 55%; N2: 65%; N3: 75%; and factor II, namely M1: soil + husks; M2: soil + cocopeat. The results showed that 55% shade (N1) had a significant effect on plant height and number of leaves, 75% shade (N3) had a significant effect on leaf area index, M2 (soil + cocopeat) had a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves and area index. leaf. In conclusion, the growth response of soybean plants to natural shade shows significant growth in plant height, number of leaves, leaf area index and level of shade. The most effective is N1 which has a significant effect on plant height and number of leaves. Apart from that, there are recommendations for choosing a more appropriate media for soybean plants so that their growth and development is more realistic.
