Abstract

In the era of technology that has developed rapidly today, of course, the use of computers can help human work to be faster, and more efficient, of course with the right hardware and software support. SMK 17 August 1945 is a vocational high school which consists of 2 majors, namely Administration and Book Management and Business Administration. At this time, book borrowing activities that occur in school libraries still use large books in recording borrowing and returning books, as well as in the process of collecting incoming books or new books to recording damaged books, until the reporting process is still done conventionally. Allows for errors in the recording process, data loss due to shabby old files or negligence of officers in terms of fines if there is a delay in returning books by students. Problems that occur during the process of borrowing and returning books in the library at this time, library information systems that can manage book borrowing data that can support and provide good services for staff, members and library visitors. Application of the waterfall model on software requirements, software system design, implementation and unit testing. While the information system design method will be described using a unified modeling language (UML), namely use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams.

Abstract

Information technology, especially in the field of computer technology, has developed very rapidly which has brought to the new world, communication plays an important role in life. Various facilities are provided to meet all communication needs, especially sales. This can be seen from the many places that provide internet facilities to obtain information, which can be enjoyed by all groups at an affordable cost. PT. Sinar Surya Semestaraya is a company that sells fire extinguishers. The sales system is still not computerized, so it is difficult to record sales transactions and manage sales reports resulting in miscalculations due to employee negligence. This is less effective and efficient, because it is difficult to record and calculate the number of types of goods that exist. The large number of items sold and the crowd of buyers can make it difficult for sellers to organize and calculate sales transactions quickly, precisely and efficiently. The solution to the problem is utilizing accounting information systems, especially the sale of fire extinguishers. Through computerization, it is hoped that it will make it easier for consumers to make the purchasing process and get complete information. Information on product names is available using a website-based sales application program. Companies can market one product to consumers with a wide range, so that from a business perspective it is a good opportunity to expand product sales marketing..  Keywords: Accounting Information,  Fire Equipment Sales, Information System, Information Technology   Abstrak Teknologi informasi khususnya bidang teknologi komputer, telah berkembang sangat pesat yang telah membawa ke dunia baru, komunikasi memegang peranan penting dalam kehidupan. Berbagai fasilitas disediakan untuk memenuhi segala kebutuhan komunikasi, khususnya penjualan. Terlihat dari banyaknya tempat yang menyediakan fasilitas internet untuk memperoleh informasi, dan dinikmati semua kalangan dengan biaya terjangkau. PT. Sinar Surya Semestaraya perusahaan yang menjual alat pemadam kebakaran. Pada sistem penjualan masih belum terkomputerisasi sehingga mengalami kesulitan pencatatan transaksi penjualan dan pengelolaan laporan penjualan mengakibatkan kesalahan perhitungan oleh kelalaian pegawai. Hal ini kurang efektif dan efisien, karena sulit mencatat dan menghitung jumlah jenis barang yang ada. Banyaknya jumlah barang yang terjual dan tingkat keramaian pembeli dapat menyulitkan penjual untuk mengatur dan menghitung transaksi penjualan secara cepat, tepat, dan efisien. Solusi dari permasalahan memanfaatkan sistem informasi akuntansi khususnya penjualan alat pemadam kebakaran. Melalui terkomputerisasi diharapkan memudahkan konsumen dalam melakukan proses pembelian dan mendapatkan informasi yang lengkap. Informasi nama-nama produk tersedia dengan menggunakan program aplikasi penjualan berbasis website. Perusahaan dapat memasarkan satu produk kepada konsumen dengan jangkauan yang luas, sehingga dari segi bisnis merupakan peluang yang baik untuk memperluas pemasaran penjualan produk. Abstract

Abstract: Every year the number of motor vehicles in Indonesia, especially in the capital city of Jakarta, is always increasing, based on data from the DKI Jakarta BPS in 2016 the number of motor vehicles has grown by an average of 5% over the past 5 years. More and more motor ve-hicles make more air pollution, besides not good for health, pollution also makes motor vehicles dirty quickly, but behind all of that, pollution provides greater business opportunities in the field of motor vehicle washing services. In this study, the authors made observations on several a mo-tor vehicle washing service especially in the Cipinang area. In some of the places we visited to carry out these observations, most of the business services still use conventional systems to this day. For example, in the recording of transactions for each motorized vehicle that is washed, they record it in paper media which will later be collected to be included in the daily transaction in a ledger. Then for each transaction that occurs in one month that will be reported to the busi-ness service owner, the cashier recap every day for one month to be shown to the owner later using the ledger. In the development era that has been very sophisticated with the presence of new technology at this time of course it has been very lagging behind for the current system of business services, therefore the author wants to make a computerized system such as the appli-cation of point of sale cashiers which will hopefully be able to facilitate cashiers who tasked with these business services to input transactions that occur and make reports and calculate fi-nancial statements. This system uses system development with the waterfall method where the stages start from system design, system design, writing program code, system testing to system maintenance.Keywords: Information System; Service; Waterfall

Abstract

For providers of goods/services, goods requirements are a very important component. The need for goods that run out will slow down the performance of the company or agency. Many companies or agencies provide goods procurement services to help meet the demand for other companies goods. A system that is still manual can allow errors in recording, inaccurate data to be created and delays in searching for the necessary data. Computerized system design is an effective and efficient solution in supporting the goods procurement process. Information technology can make costs more effective and procurement systems more innovative.

Abstract

Percetakan Baja adalah suatu usaha yang bergerak dibidang jasa sablon atau cetak. Saat ini sistem kerjanya yaitu pelanggan membawa produk beserta desain yang akan dicetak sablon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan merancang sebuah rekayasa perangkat lunak dengan menggunakan framework CodeIgniter dan menerapkan Model Waterfall dalam perancangan tersebut. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan pemesanan jasa cetak dibandingkan harus mendatangi langsung tempatnya terlebih dahulu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara secara langsung dan studi pustaka. Model Waterfall digunakan dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunak agar perancangan dapat dilakukan secara fleksibel. Dengan dibuatnya sistem pemesanan jasa cetak pada Percetakan Baja ini maka dapat memberikan kemudahan untuk pelanggan dalam melakukan proses pemesanan jasa cetak dimanapun dan kapanpun, serta mempermudah dalam melakukan proses pengelolaan produk, pengelolaan kategori, pengelolaan daftar pesanan pelanggan, dan pengelolaan laporan penjualan jasa. Digunakannya framework CodeIgniter dan penerapan metode Waterfall diharapkan menciptakan sistem yang menarik dan efisien. Maka dari itu sistem pemesanan jasa cetak ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas, performa pelayanan, dan memudahkan pelanggan dalam melakukan pemesanan sablon di Percetakan Baja
