Abstract

Kerik Village, Takeran District, Magetan Regency, part of the community, work as red chilli farmers. Farmers experience some difficulties in red chilli cultivation because farmers still have little experience in red chilli cultivation. The farmers cannot know the types of diseases and pests and the symptoms that hit chilli plants that can reduce the productivity of chilli plants and can even cause crop failure. In addition, farmers also do not have experience handling it when they encounter problems that hit chilli plants that are being cultivated. To assist farmers in overcoming these problems, a web-based decision support system was built using the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The decision support system was created and designed using the Waterfall method and tested using the Blackbox Testing system testing method. With this decision support system, it is hoped that it will help farmers in Kerik Village diagnose diseases of the red chilli plants they cultivate. The test results from the Decision Support System for Diagnosing Red Chili Plant Diseases Using the Web-Based TOPSIS Method got the results as expected with the Blackbox Testing test, which brought the results of the percentage of system success of 100%.

Abstract

Campus or college is a place of education for people to seek knowledge. One of the essential components of campus sustainability is the existence of students. For this reason, each campus must have the right strategy in carrying out promotions, especially during the Covid-19 Pandemic as it is today. Because in a pandemic like this, many people are inevitably aware of the economy and health. So, the campus must have a strategy where the community continues to respond to the campus's promotions. Among the several promotional strategies to be right on target in this pandemic are conducting webinars, television broadcasts, radio broadcasts, advertisements on social media, placing banners, distributing pamphlets, and distributing campus marches. In carrying out promotions, wherever possible, keep prioritizing health by reducing the risk of covid-19 transmission. The promotion strategy in this pandemic must also pay attention to several factors for its implementation including available costs, human resources involved, the location of the activity implementation, the number of activities, and the risks associated with covid-19. From several promotional strategies and factors that support the smooth running of activities, a decision support system can be made that can help determine the campus promotion strategy. Decision Support Systems made using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method approach.Furthermore, the developing of decision support systems using the waterfall system development method. Based on the results and discussion of this study, it concluded that the TOPSIS method could be used to determine campus promotion strategies during the Covid-19 pandemic by building a decision support system. The results of determining the promotion strategy with a decision support system obtained the greatest value lies in V4, which means that the strategy for using social media is the most suitable for campus promotion during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

AbstrakMatapencaharian masyarakat di Kabupaten Madiun mayoritas adalah petani. Di masa pandemi COVID-19 ini khususnya petani baru harus memikirkan cara bertani yang tepat, dalam pemilihan varietas tanaman pangan yang ditanam. Karena ketepatan pemilihan tanaman pangan akan berpengaruh pada perekonomian masyarakat khususnya pedesaan. Desa Cabean, Kecamatan Sawahan, Kabupaten Madiun mayoritas penduduknya bekerja sebagai petani. Varietas tanaman pangan yang ditanam diantaranya padi, tebu, dan kedelai tergantung pada musim dan perekonomian masyarakat. Perekonomian masyarakat yang dimaksud bertujuan untuk memenuhi biaya pengelolaan dan penghasilan dalam satu tahun.Untuk membantu petani dalam memilih varietas tanaman pangan yang cocok di masa pandemi ini, dibuat sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW).Kriteria yang digunakan diantaranya kebutuhan air, biaya pengelolaan, jumlah panen dalam satu tahun, dan hasil dalam satu kali panen (rupiah).Untuk data alternatif merupakan varietas tanaman pangan diantaranya padi, tebu, dan kedelai.Data kriteria dan Alternatif diperoleh dari hasil observasi di kelompok tani Desa Cabean, Kecamatan Sawahan, Kabupaten Madiun. Sistem pendukung keputusan dibangun menggunakan metode Build and Fix. Dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat yang bekerja sebagai petani dalam menentukan tanaman pangan yang sesuai di masa pandemi COVID-19 untuk terciptanya ketahanan pangan yang baik. Sebanyak 15 anggota kelompok tani telah melakukan uji coba terhadap sistem, dengan hasil sebanyak 11 petani dapat menggunakan dengan baik, dan 4 petani mengalami kesulitan.Kata kunci: pandemi COVID-19, tanaman pangan, sistem pendukung keputusan, SAW, Kabupaten Madiun Abstract[Selection of Food Plants for Food Security during the Pandemic with Simple Additive Weighting in Madiun Regency]. The majority of people in the Madiun Regency are farmers. During the COVID-19 pandemic, especially new farmers must think about the right way of farming in choosing the varieties of food crops to be planted. Because the accuracy of selecting food plants will affect the economy of the community, especially in rural areas. Cabean Village, Sawahan District, Madiun Regency, the majority of the population work as farmers. The varieties of food crops grown include rice, sugar cane, and soybeans depending on the season and the community's economy. The economy of the community in question aims to meet management costs and income in one year. To help farmers choose suitable food crop varieties during this pandemic, a decision support system is made using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The criteria used include water needs. , management costs, the number of harvests in one year, and yields in one harvest (rupiah). For alternative data, food crop varieties include rice, sugar cane, and soybeans. Criteria and alternative data are obtained from observations in farmer groups in Cabean Village, District Sawahan, Madiun Regency. The decision support system was built using the Build and Fix method. With this decision support system, it is hoped that it can help people who work as farmers in determining suitable food plants during the COVID-19 pandemic to create good food security. A total of 15 members of farmer groups have tested the system, with the results that 11 farmers can use it well, and four farmers experience difficulties.Keywords: pandemic COVID-19, food crops, decision support system, SAW, Madiun Regency

Abstract

Universitas Merdeka Madiun (UNMER Madiun) is a private campus in Madiun, East Java, led by a Chancellor. The Chancellor served for four years. Prospective Chancellors choose through Senate consideration. The selection parameters include Curriculum Vitae, Vision and Mission, and Feasibility Test. In giving attention, debates often occur in Senate meetings. Based on this, this study created a system based on information technology that can help in making decisions. Decision Support System made using the Weighted Product method. Because in terms of computing time is faster than other SPK methods, so it is faster in making decisions. The criteria used to determine decisions using the assessment parameters used in the 2019 Chancellor election. The flow of this research starts from the stage of data collection, library research, making a decision support system, and testing the system. At the stage of data collection, it was done by collecting secondary data such as the parameter parameters in the selection of the Chancellor, which then is used for the criteria data. Furthermore, in making decision support systems using prototyping system development methods. After the system is created, the system tested. For the results of this study have been successfully applied Weighted Product method to support the decision of the Chancellor selection. Furthermore, the system that has tested using the BlackBox method evaluates the success of the system. Based on the results of system testing, the success rate of SPK that has made 100% successful results.

Abstract

Beasiswa merupakan dana bantuan yang diperuntukkan bagi anak yang berprestasi atau kurang mampu. Universitas Merdeka Madiun (Unmer Madiun) adalah salah satu Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Jawa Timur yang memiliki program beasiswa lokal pada program studinya. Salah satu program studi di Unmer Madiun yang memiliki program beasiswa lokal adalah Manajemen Informatika. Beasiswa lokal diperuntukkan khusus mahasiswa Manajemen Informatika yang memiliki prestasi di bidang akademik. Untuk pemilihan mahasiswa yang menerima harus memenuhi beberapa kriteria, antara lain mahasiswa harus memiliki IPK di atas 3,00 , mahasiswa harus pernah menulis karya ilmiah, dan mahasiswa harus aktif dalam organisasi.  Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang berbasis teknologi informasi dapat digunakan untuk membantu pemilihan mahasiswa yang berhak menerima beasiswa lokal, Kriteria yang digunakan untuk pemilihan juga diterapkan dalam SPK pemilihan mahasiswa penerima beasiswa lokal. Untuk metode yang digunakan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan adalah Weighted Product. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dibangun menggunakan metode Build and Fix, yang dianggap mampu membangun sistem secara cepat. Pada penelitian sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan mahasiswa penerima beasiswa lokal program studi Manajemen Informatika, didapatkan hasil tingkat keberhasilan sistem sebesar 100% dengan pengujian Black Box. Berdasarkan keberhasilan yang dicapai, sistem dapat digunakan dalam membantu pemilihan mahasiswa yang berhak menerima beasiswa lokal.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest rice producing countries in the world. In rural areas, the majority of the population has a livelihood as rice farmers. Being a farmer also has several obstacles, one of which is the attack of planthopper on rice plants. This makes the yield less optimal. Farmers must be vigilant from the outset against planthopper pests. Onward with the development of technology, farmers can use information technology as a learning tool to detect planthopper pests early and control them. The result of the development of information technology that every community uses and owns is an Android-based smartphone. For this reason, with the socialization of the application of early detection of planthopper pests and their control using biological agents can help farmers in managing rice plants. The app is made based on Android, so farmers can install the application into a smartphone to detect planthopper pests. Whereas for the control of planthopper pests selected using Biological Agent, because Biological Agents are a safer way to control planthopper pests than using pesticides. By utilizing Android applications and biological agents, farmers are expected to get maximum yields.Keywords—: Rice; Wereng Pest; Socialization;  Biological Agents.

Abstract

Banyak hal yang dapat dilakukan dikarenakan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dan informasi, salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan adalah menentukan penempatan karyawan dengan bidang pekerjaan, salah satu cara yang mudah untuk menentukan penempatan karyawan dengan bidang pekerjaan adalah dengan menggunakan sistem pakar. Sistem pakar ini dibuat untuk dimanfaatkan oleh perusahaan dalam menentukan penempatan karyawan dengan bidang pekerjaan. Pembangunan aplikasi sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem pakar dan bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan PHP, sedangkan untuk database menggunakan MySQL. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan wawancara dengan perusahaan terkait dan browsing di internet. metode inferensi yang digunakan dalam pembangunan sistem pakar ini adalah metode case based reasoning yaitu metode yang mengambil hasil kesimpulan kasus baru berdasarkan kasus lama dan memberikan solusi pada kasus baru berdasrkan kasus lama yang memiliki nilai kemiripan tertinggi. Aplikasi telah berhasil dibangun dan diuji dengan metode pengujian black box dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100%.

Abstract

Perumahan Green Kedaton adalah sebuah kompleks perumahan yang terletak di Desa Bantengan Wugu, Kabupaten Madiun, dengan total 200 rumah, dan saat ini dihuni hingga 100 kepala keluarga. Dalam kegiatannya sehari-hari, warga di lingkungan Perumahan Kedaton Hijau memiliki beberapa sumber dana yang berasal dari iuran masyarakat, antara lain Dana Kas Arisan, Dana Kas Jimpitan, dan Dana Kas Pengelolaan Sampah. Hingga saat ini pengelolaannya masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan buku catatan. Untuk membantu pengelolaan dana kas dapat digunakan Teknologi Informasi. Sistem berbasis komputer yang dapat menyimpan data keuangan kas juga dapat mempermudah seorang pengelola kas untuk melaporkan keadaan kas secara bulanan. Pada penelitian ini dibangun Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan keuangan warga berbasis teknologi informasi di Perumahan Green Kedaton Kabupaten Madiun. Pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen kas keuangan ini menggunakan metode Waterfall. Proses Waterfall meliputi analisis, desain sistem, pengkodean, pengujian, dan manajemen. Sistem informasi manajemen keuangan juga telah diuji dengan metode Blackbox dengan tingkat keberhasilan sistem 100%.

Abstract

Toll roads are one of the transportation media that can be used to facilitate travel. But only vehicles with at least four wheels can enter the toll road area. Toll roads have several service facilities including transaction services, traffic services, construction services, information services, PJR (Highway Patrol) services, and rest area services. Of these services have service attributes. Where the attributes of the services of the service type can be used as research alternative data. The assessment criteria are the class 1 vehicle satisfaction index and the non-group 1 vehicle index. Then from these criteria and alternatives, it can be done to fill in the value data from the survey results on 95 toll road users from group 1, and 49 toll road users from non-group 1. From the data from the survey results, the data is then indexed. Index data can be used as decision-making value data. With criteria data, alternative data, and value data can be created a decision support system (DSS). The development of DSS can be used for satisfaction analysis which can further provide consideration for the government or toll road managers regarding the types of services that need to be improved. This analysis system uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. From the results of the study, recommendations were obtained for each attribute of the type of service that must be prioritized for its implementation.

Abstract

Government infrastructure development is growing rapidly, starting from the central and provincial levels. One of the infrastructures currently being pushed by the government is road infrastructure. Both toll roads, regional roads, and district/city roads. Road infrastructure that has been built requires maintenance and repair. Road damage maintenance and repair in urban districts, especially Madiun Regency, Existing Road damage data is still recorded manually using paper, where the government needs help knowing data on road damage that has been recorded, which road conditions have not been repaired, and which have been fixed immediately. Because manual data is prone to wear and loss, tucked in with other manual files. So, the road improvement priority in Madiun Regency still needs to be put on target. For this reason, an information system is required to record the damage to road infrastructure in Madiun Regency. This information system was built using the web development life cycle (WDLC) method. We chose this method because it can be used in all web application development processes and can be modified or added to prototyping and looping to maximize results. The information system for road damage in Madiun Regency was developed using the PHP & MySQL programming languages. The result of this study is a road damage information system that contains updated data on road damage conditions in the Madiun district. Apart from being paperless, digitized data has the advantage of minimal damage and expected data loss and can help decision-makers prioritize repairs by looking at the data in the road damage information system.
