<![CDATA[Strategic management plays an important role in village governance to improve the quality of public services. The Village Government receives substantial funding but has not been followed by adequate strategic management governance. Changes in policy, environmental change and the ability to deliver better quality public services have become the demand for village governments to adapt their institutions for developments and changes. This research focuses on the influence of power and commitment on the application of Strategic Management in Village Government (Study on Village Government in Sidoarjo District). This study aims to explain whether power and commitment have a significant effect on strategic management in Village Government. The research was conducted by using questionnaires to test the research variables from Respondents. The results explain the influence of the two variables and the results are analyzed using WarpPLS. The results of this study indicate that the two variables positively affect the implementation of strategic management in village government. Expert and reverend based power and continuance commitment have a positive effect on the implementation of strategic management in village government. The results of this study will play a significant role in helping Village Governments analyze the factors that influence strategic management governance]]>

<![CDATA[This research was designed to describe the causal relationships between environmental complexity, governmentregulation, diversification levels, and performance. This research was conducted toward banking industryin East Java, in which the research samples were the top ten (10) well performed national commercial banks.The analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research shows that: (1) thehigher environmental complexity level, the diversification made by the bank toward its major function wasgetting further or business activities of the bank was tend to be fee-based income activities and in fact increasebanks performance; (2) banking industry were encouraged to focus on its major function as intermediarycorporation due to intense support of government and reserve bank of Indonesia. However, the banking performancewas getting lower if the support of government and reserve bank of Indonesia on the main function of thebank (credit distribution) was getting higher. This investigation suggest that control system was needed inorder to increase the main function of the bank without increasing its risks.]]>

<![CDATA[Uncertainty is often associated with risk, in Islamic economics the concept of uncertainty becomes one of the important pillars in the Islamic risk management process. Nothing in this life is free from risks and facts in every organization and its activities. The purpose of this research is to reveal and explain in depth the implementation of Islamic boarding school risk management.The paradigm used is post-positivistic. This type of research uses case studies. The key informant is the manager of the pesantren. Data analysis was carried out by an interactive analysis of the model from Miles and Huberman. The application of risk management at the Manba'ul Ulum Islamic boarding school in Banyuwangi Regency from the results of the study stated that it was very beneficial/positive, as evidenced by the increase in the number of students studying at the pesantren after experiencing the pandemic period from 2019. Islamic values frame Islamic boarding school risk management activities as a source of inspiration and aspirations. Has been applied by the predecessors and is a character that shapes the santri so that they are not shaken under any conditions, besides that it is also sourced from the Islamic values of the Qur'an and hadith as principles, then the educational curriculum is sourced from the book of ridhotun nashihin or akhlaq.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims at: 1) Explaining the direct influence of organizational culture and leadership to learning organization; 2) Analyzing and clarifying the straight influnce of organizational culture and leadership to organizational performance; 3) Investigating and defining the undeviating influence of learning to organizational performance; 4) Studying and justifying the indirect influence of organizational culture and leadership to organizational performance through learning organization. The sample of this were 167 officiers in Directorate IV/Drug Crime and Organized Crime BARESKRIM POLRI. The method of data analysis applied was path analysis. The results of the reasearch show: 1) Organizational culture takes a significant role in learning organization, 2) Leadership obvious influence to learning organization; 3) Organization cultural take no role in organizational performance; 4) Leadership does not have any influnce to organizational performance; 5) Learning organization takes an important part in organizational performance; 6) Learning organization takes a role as medium of the influnce of organization culture and organizational performance; 7) Learning organization functions as the medium for leadership and organizational performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This research analyzes and explains comprehensively the effects of ownership structure on financial and operational performance, on sustainable competitive advantage based on accountancy measurement reputation, and on market performance in Indonesia's privatized SOEs (BUMN Tbk). The samples of this study were selected using the purposive sampling method with the type judgment sampling. The criteria for sample selection were: privatized SOEs which are non-backing sector, privatized SOEs having state owned stock/share more than 51%, and privatized SOEs doing Initial Public Offering (IPO) before 2007. The samples of this research were 9 privatized SOEs. The data analysis was conducted using inferential statistic analysis. Inferential statistical analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) causality based on components or variance. SEM causality analysis, known as Partial Least Square (PLS), is performed using SmartPLS version 1.10 software. The research result shows that: (1) the increase of public ownership in ownership structure can improve financial and operational performance; (2) the increase of public ownership in ownership structure can improve sustainable competitive advantage based on accountancy measurement reputation; (3) the increase of public ownership in ownership structure is unable to improve market performance; (4) the improvement in financial and operational performance can improve market performance; (5) the improvement in financial and operational performance can sustainable competitive advantage based on accountancy measurement reputation; and (6) the improvement of sustainable competitive advantage based on accountancy measurement reputation is unable to improve market performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The stock price of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange fluctuates. It causes investors to experience difficulties in making investments in the stock market. A dividend policy is a policy in making decisions to distribute profits as dividends or withhold profits for business development. It is difficult for many company managers. This study examines and proves the effect of exchange rates, interest rates, profitability, and solvency on stock prices mediated by dividend policy. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of observations was eight companies, with a research period of 4 years (2016-2019). Sampling using a purposive sampling method. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression methods and path analysis. The results showed that solvency directly affects stock prices through dividend policy, while profitability only affects stock prices. The same test results also show that the exchange rate measured using exchange rate sensitivity and interest rates measured using interest rate sensitivity cannot influence the stock price of manufacturing companies. This study supports the signaling theory regarding the direct and indirect effects that lead to the company's stock price. Measuring financial ratios can help companies to decide on dividend policies. Company managers must manage the company's profitability and solvency appropriately to achieve the goals for shareholders'welfare.]]>

<![CDATA[The concept of risk management has been widely studied in terms of finance in Islamic and conventional banking, government institutions, and insurance. While research on non-financial risk management in educational institutionsis still rarely done. This article aims to propose the development of the concept of risk management for Islamic educational institutions, especially pondokpesantrenor Islamic boarding schools. This research is a qualitative research/conceptual paper by conducting theoretical and empirical studies on articles that have been published. The data is secondary data. The results of the study found that risk exists in all organizations including pondokpesantren, so it is necessary to carry out risk management. Risk must be managed appropriately and correctly because failure to manage risk has serious consequences for the organization. The risk management process in pondokpesantrenis based on the implementation of Islamic values sourced from the Qur'an and Hadith. The most important contribution of this paper is to develop the concept of risk management for pondokpesantren.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of various variables related to working capital management on profitability of state-owned enterprise in processing industry sector. The variables used in this research are profitability, cash turnover, receivable turnover, inventory turnover, liquidity, and asset structure. The population is entire state-owned enterprise of Indonesia in processing industry sector. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. Based on the determined criteria, there are 13 companies as the sample. The data used are secondary data and research analysis tool is multiple linear regression. The results of this strudy indicate that inventory turnover and asset structure have significantly positive effect on corporate profitability. Nevertheless, Cash Turnover, Receivable Turnover, and Liquidity have no significant effect on the profitability on State -owned enterprise of indonesia in processing industry sector. For further research, it is advisable to add financial and non financial variables which are consideredmediate or moderate the effect of working capital management on profitability.]]>
