Abstract

Abstract – The rapid development of computer technology is currently making the conventional sales system begin to shift towards a computerized system which is considered capable of providing many benefits. However, there are still business actors who still market their products conventionally, one of which is Batik Bantul, Mrs. Dirjo Sugito. Therefore, this study aims to design a web-based batik sales information system at Mrs. Dirjo Sugito's batik house to make it easier for business owners to promote and manage their product data. The design of this batik sales system uses a software development method, namely the prototype method, system design with a Logical Record Structure and to analyze problems using the PIECES analysis method. The results of this study are an information system for selling batik based on the web of Mrs. Dirjo Sugito's batik house. This information system can assist customers in obtaining information about a variety of batik clothing through an information system that includes information about products, product orders, and the purchasing process. In this information system there is a feature to provide comments, besides that it can also make it easier for customers when purchasing transactions and make it easier for owners to manage data and promote products so that sales value can increase. Keywords: prototype, promote, information system, data management Abstrak – Perkembangan teknologi komputer yang semakin pesat saat ini membuat sistem penjualan secara konvensional mulai bergeser ke arah sistem terkomputerisasi yang dinilai mampu memberikan banyak manfaat. Namun, masih ada pelaku usaha yang masih memasarkan produk mereka secara konvensional, salah satunya yaitu Batik Bantul Ibu Dirjo Sugito. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi penjualan batik berbasis web pada rumah batik Ibu Dirjo Sugito agar memudahkan pemilik bisnis dalam promosi dan pengelolaan data produknya. Perancangan sistem penjualan batik ini menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yaitu metode prototype, desain sistem dengan Logical Record Structure serta untuk menganalisis permasalahan menggunakan metode analisis PIECES. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sebuah sistem informasi penjualan batik berbasis web rumah batik Ibu Dirjo Sugito. Sistem informasi ini dapat membantu pelanggan dalam mendapatkan informasi mengenai beragam pakaian batik melalui sistem informasi yang mencakup informasi tentang produk, pemesanan produk, serta proses pembelian. Di dalam sistem informasi ini terdapat fitur untuk memberikan komentar, selain itu juga dapat memudahkan pelanggan saat transaksi pembelian serta mempermudah pemilik dalam pengelolaan data dan mempromosikan produk sehingga nilai penjualan dapat meningkat. Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the ability of business actors to utilize digital technology for marketing and managing websites. This training and mentoring was carried out in response to the challenges of the growing digital era, where more than conventional marketing is needed to reach a broader and more diverse market. The training focuses on two main aspects: first, digital marketing strategies, which include the use of social media, email marketing, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and paid advertising on digital platforms. Second is website management, which includes website creation and maintenance, exciting content, and analytics to monitor website performance. The methodology used in this activity is a participatory approach, where participants are given theoretical and practical training material. Intensive mentoring sessions were also held to help participants apply the knowledge they have gained into actual practice in their business. This activity significantly increased participants' understanding and skills in digital marketing and website management. Participants can manage their websites and design and execute effective digital marketing campaigns. This activity is expected to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of small and medium businesses in the digital era.

Abstract

The increasing population of stray cats in urban areas demands innovative solutions to support a more efficient and transparent adoption process. This study aims to develop a web-based cat adoption application using the ReactJS framework and the Agile approach. In the development process, PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service) analysis is used to identify system requirements and evaluate application performance. The Agile method is applied to enable iterative and adaptive development according to user needs. The ReactJS framework was chosen because of its ability to build responsive and interactive user interfaces. This application is equipped with cat gallery features, adoption profiles, adoption status tracking, online donations, and volunteer registration. The test results show that the developed application is able to increase the efficiency of the adoption process by up to 40%, increase user satisfaction based on the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), and support transparency in shelter management through donation and volunteer management features. PIECES analysis provides important insights to improve the performance and service aspects of the application. This application not only simplifies the adoption process but also increases public awareness of animal welfare equipped with adaptive and user-based features that integrate technology to support more effective and sustainable animal adoption.

Abstract

Banaran Village, which is located in Kulon Progo Regency, has several Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises including Batik, handicraft accessories, and culinary delights consisting of smoked catfish, crispy eel, krasikan, wajik klethik, geplak, gethuk, traditional herbal medicine, cassava croquettes, and so on. Technology integration is emphasized in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise activities which aim to increase efficiency, competitiveness and have a positive impact on society and the environment. The problem currently is that there are quite a lot of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Banaran Village, but most of the products of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are still unknown to the wider community. Judging from product marketing activities, most Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are still not optimal in utilizing digital marketing. Apart from the marketing method, the marketing content also still does not attract buyers' interest. The solution offered to Community Service partners is in the form of increasing the ability of Banaran Village Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to utilize technology, especially AI tools. The activities carried out began with a survey of partner needs, continued with a workshop introducing Freepik and Digital Marketing and the next stage was the implementation of Freepik to create digital marketing content. As a result of this service, it is hoped that participants will be able to utilize Freepik and other AI tools to improve the quality of digital marketing content. The resulting digital marketing content becomes more interesting and high quality.

Abstract

Digital marketing is a key element in increasing the competitiveness of the tourism industry, including in promoting educational tourism. However, many tourism managers still face obstacles in optimally utilizing digital technology, such as a lack of understanding of digital marketing strategies, limitations in creating creative content, and low social media engagement. These issues hinder the increase in product awareness and brand awareness, so that educational tourism is less well-known to a wider target market. This community service activity aims to improve the skills of tourism managers in creating and managing effective digital marketing content. The methods used include theoretical and practical training, covering digital marketing strategies, graphic design using Canva, writing techniques and creating content materials using AI, and optimizing social media. The results of the activity showed that after the training, partners experienced an increase in understanding and skills in digital marketing. They were able to create more attractive visual content, manage social media more actively, and increase engagement with the audience. The impact is an increase in exposure to educational tourism on social media, which has the potential to increase the number of tourist visits. With the sustainability of the digital marketing strategy that has been implemented, it is hoped that educational tourism can continue to develop and have stronger competitiveness.

Abstract

The demand for easily accessible, reliable, and informative tour guide services continues to increase along with the growth of the digital tourism industry. However, tourists still face various obstacles such as difficulty in finding professional tour guides, unclear prices, and the lack of a structured booking system. On the other hand, many tour guides do not yet have effective digital means to promote their services. This study aims to develop the TourGo application as a web-based platform that facilitates the process of searching and booking tour guides practically and safely. The method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which allows the development process to take place quickly through an iterative and prototyping approach. This application is designed with main features such as user registration, searching for tour guides by location and category, booking services, and a review and rating system. System testing was carried out using the black-box method and the calculation of the success rate on the tour guide interface showed a success rate of 95%, while the calculation of the success rate on the member interface showed a success rate of 91.67%, indicating a high level of user satisfaction. The results of the study indicate that the use of the RAD method is effective in producing applications that are in accordance with user needs and are able to answer problems in booking tour guides. The TourGo application is expected to be a digital solution that supports the development of technology-based tourism and increases the professionalism of local tour guide services.

Abstract

Financial management system and wood inventory at UD. Anugrah Limbah often faces problems that can affect operational efficiency and accuracy. Problems that arise include the fact that financial recording and wood inventory is still done manually, making it vulnerable to double recording, miscalculations or loss of data as well as other problems. This research discusses the application of the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in developing financial and wood inventory management applications. The aim of this research is to design and implement an application that can increase efficiency and accuracy in managing finances and wood supplies at UD. Anugrah Limbah. The Rapid Application Development method was chosen because of its advantages in accelerating the application development process through an iterative and collaborative approach, which allows end users to actively participate in every stage of development. The research results show that by using the Rapid Application Development method, applications can be developed in a shorter time with quality maintained. The resulting application has features such as recording financial transactions, monitoring wood supplies, and reporting that is integrated and easy to access.
