Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of promotion, price, and location on the decision to purchase subsidized housing at Villa Sutra at PT. Mitra Saburai Property. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. This research was conducted in the subsidized housing of Villa Sutra at PT. Mitra Saburai Property. The population in this study amounted to 35 consumers and the sample amounted to 35 consumers. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The analytical tools used in this study used validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study concluded that the R Square obtained by 0.571 indicates that promotion, price, and location have the ability to explain purchasing decisions by 57,1%. The results of the F test concluded that simultaneously promotion, price, and location had a significant effect on the decision to purchase subsidized housing for Villa Silk at PT. Mitra Saburai Property. The results of the t test partially have a promotion that has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, partially price has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, partially location does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze internal work motivation and external work motivation on employee performance at PT. Fontera Brand Indonesia Bandar Lampung Branch. Method: The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a census approach. Data collection techniques based on data sources in this study uses a questionnaire method. The analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis and coefficient of determination, F test, and t test. Result: Work motivation both internally and externally simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Fontera Brand Indonesia Bandar Lampung Branch; Partial internal work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Fontera Brand Indonesia Bandar Lampung Branch; External work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Fontera Brand Indonesia Bandar Lampung Branch. Limitation: This study only assesses the variables of internal and external motivation and the performance of employees working at PT. Fontera Brand Indonesia Bandar Lampung Branch, as well as clear literacy limitations on employee motivation. Contribution: This research provides suggestions for PT. Fontera Brand Indonesia Bandar Lampung Branch to provide performance motivation both internally and externally for employees who can provide output in terms of improving employee performance so that it is more leverage. Novelty: The novelty in this study lies in the conditions carried out by researchers during the transition from pandemic to endemic, so that they pay attention to differences in research results with previous studies that have been conducted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap peningkatan jumlah penerimaan mahasiswa baru di Lembaga Kursus Bahasa Inggris Language Exchange. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa yang mengikuti bimbingan belajar di Lembaga Kursus Bahasa Inggris Language Exchange yaitu sebanyak 75 orang yang terdiri dari 15 siswa SD, 30 siswa SMP, 20 siswa SMA dan 10 orang yang telah lulus dari sekolah. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada seluruh responden. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan pangkat secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa baru. Kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa baru. Promosi dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa baru.

Abstract

Manufacturing companies in an effort to maintain reputation in the eyes of investors always distribute dividends to shareholders. The problem of managerial ownership influence, debt policy, profitability, company size and investment opportunities. The hypothesis is whether managerial ownership, debt policy, profitability, company size, and investment opportunities influence the company's dividend policy. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of liquidity ratio variable, leverage ratio, profitability ratio, and activity ratio to financial distress in PT. Sri Tugu Muda (Lampung). The tool analysis that used in this assumption that consist of some tests of normality,multikolineriety,heteroskedasticity and autocorrelation. The statistic anaysts that used are multiple linier regression and hipotesyst test which consist of t and F test also determination coeficient (R2 ). The dependent variable in this research is financial distress. While the independent variables are liquidity ratio, leverage ratio, profitability ratio and activity ratio. The result of the research shows partially of liquidity ratio that significanly influenced to financial distress. While leverage and profitability ratio is not significanly influenced to financial distress. Simultaneously, liquidity, leverage, profitability and activity ratio together influential significanly forward financial distress. This is evidenced R Square value of 0.697 the point is 69,7% of financial distress is influenced by the ratio of liquidity, leverage ratio, profitability, and activity ratio. And for 30,3% is influenced by another variables not reviewed in this reseach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel motivasi berwirausaha dan iklim usaha dalam memediasi pengaruh kemampuan manajerial terhadap kinerja UMKM. Responden adalah para pemilik UMKM di Kota Bandar Lampung. Responden penelitian ini adalah para pemilik UMKM yang berdomisili di Bandar Lampung, karena daerah tersebut telah menjadi sentra UMKM industry khususnya pada Sub-Sector Kriya. Ada 60 kuesioner yang dapat dikumpulkan. Berdasarkan analisis PLS-SEM diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kemampuan manajerial secara langsung berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM; kemampuan manajerial secara langsung berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha; kemampuan manajerial secara langsung berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap iklim usaha; motivasi berwirausaha secara langsung berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM; iklim usaha secara langsung berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM; motivasi berwirausaha secara positif dan signifikan mampu memediasi kemampuan manajerial terhadap kinerja UMKM; dan iklim usaha secara positif dan signifikan mampu memediasi kemampuan manajerial terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kota Bandar Lampung Provinsi Lampung, Indonesia.

Abstract

This study sought to ascertain how the work environment and stress at MAN 1 Pesisir Barat affected instructors' performance in part and simultaneously. This study's methodology uses a quantitative approach. Questionnaires and observation are the two methods of data collecting. Using a Likert Scale for each statement derived from the indicator variable, research variables are measured. 54 teachers made up the study's sample, which was selected using a non-probability sampling method. To support the hypothesis, data analysis techniques used statistical methods such multiple linear regression analysis with F-test and t-test, as well as validity and reliability checks for surveys. The findings demonstrated a beneficial and significant impact of both the work environment and job stress on teacher performance at MAN 1 Pesisir Barat. In addition, while the work environment has a good and considerable impact on teachers' performance at MAN 1 Pesisir Barat, job stress has a limited impact on that performance. The MAN 1 Pesisir Barat school administration must pay attention and enhance the current working conditions in order to maximize teacher effectiveness.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi, pengendalian internal dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor pertanahan kabupaten lampung selatan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai ASN dengan total keseluruhan 48 pegawai. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dengan jumlah populasi 174. Analisis data menggunakan software SPSS. Dan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengendalian internal berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.
