Abstract

This study aims to describe the mathematical creative thinking process of students according to David Campbell's stages in terms of reflective and impulsive cognitive styles on awakening and congruence material. This study used descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques in this study used MFFT (Matching Familiar Figure Test) tests, creative thinking ability tests, and interviews. The main instruments are the researchers themselves and supporting instruments are MFFT (Matching Familiar Figure Test) test instruments and mathematical creative thinking ability test instruments. The subjects of the study were grade IX students of SMPN 1 Tasikmalaya who met all indicators of mathematical creative thinking ability in each cognitive, reflective and impulsive style and could communicate well. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the results of the study, conclusions were obtained (1) The creative thinking process of reflective students (S1R): can convey information known and asked about questions orally and in writing, show changes in their facial features, do brooding activities while playing stationery, hair and legs slowly, can choose the way of solving obtained after going through the process of guessing smoothly, can show solutions in two ways and Set his own ideas with a long enough time, equate the completion results in the first and second ways and recalculate the completion steps. (2) The creative thinking process of impulsive students (S11I): can understand the problems contained in the problem in a relatively faster time and can mention what is known and asked orally and communicate that what is written has been through calculations outside the head, pay attention to the sketches drawn and be able to write assumptions from the results of their attention, show silent activities and trial and error, can solve in two different ways even if you make a mistake several times, and only equate the final result in both ways and check the steps of the work. (3) The creative thinking process of impulsive students (S25I): can understand the problems in the problem in a relatively faster time, can mention what is known and asked orally, can do trial and error activities and recall ideas found if they have difficulties, do silent activities while playing stationery and veils worn but still look relaxed, can finish in two different ways, as well as simply equate the final result in both ways and check the pace of the work

Abstract

With the increasing human population, waste production, including household waste, has also increased, creating significant management problems. Organic waste, such as vegetable and fruit scraps, decomposes easily and can pollute the environment and produce harmful methane gas. One solution to reduce the negative impact of household organic waste is by making Eco Enzyme, a fermentation product of organic kitchen waste that provides various environmental and health benefits. Therefore, this community service activity aims to raise awareness and skills in waste management through the creation of Eco Enzyme. The implementation method involves a Socialization on Utilizing Waste through Eco Enzyme, held in Dusun Cikatomas, Handapherang Village, Cijeungjing District, Ciamis Regency on Thursday, May 9, 2024. This activity was attended by several PKK members. The steps include four stages: pre-proposal, proposal, main activity, and evaluation. During the service activity, the materials presented were what Eco Enzyme is, how to make it, its benefits, and how to use it. The harvested and packaged Eco Enzyme was distributed to participants for them to experience its benefits firsthand. From the entire socialization series, it was evident that all participants were motivated to try making Eco Enzyme

Abstract

Bidang usaha konveksi rumahan produksi jaket merupakan usaha mikro yaitu suatu jenis usaha yang cukup populer khususnya di wilayah Tasikmalaya dan tersebar hampir di setiap peloksok daerah. Kepopuleran usaha konveksi utamanya adalah karena disebabkan oleh dua hal. Pertama, karena produk yang dihasilkan oleh industri konveksi, yaitu pakaian yang di dalamnya salah satunya adalah produk jaket yang merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia, maka market untuk usaha konveksi akan selalu ada. Kedua, usaha konveksi menjadi populer karena entry barrierĀ  untuk bias memulai usaha ini tidak terlalu besar. Tujuan program pengabdian Ipteks Tepat Guna bagi Masyarakat (ITGbM) adalah meningkatkan pemahaman mitra tentang manajemen keuangan melalui pelatihan pengelolaan usaha kecil konveksi rumahan yang bentuk keluarannya adalah laporan keuangan usaha yang lengkap dan benar. Permasalahan pokok dalam usaha rumahan (home industry) terkait dengan pengelolaan keuangan yang meliputi: (1) pengelolaan keuangan belum menggunakan ketentuan yang benar; (2) perencanaan keuangan belum dilakukan dengan baik; (3) penyusunan pencatatan arus keuangan belum menggunakan sistem pembukuan yang benar; (4) penyusunan pencatatan transaksi keuangan belum dilakukan sesuai dengan ketentuan pembukuan yang benar; (5) menyusun pencatatan keuangan belum menggunakan neraca keuangan secara benar; (6) pencatatan keuangan belum menggunakan sistem pembukuan secara benar; dan (7) sirkulasi sistem keuangan belum dilakukan evaluasi secara benar untuk mengontrol keuangan yang dijadikan modal dengan keuntungan yang diperoleh. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, maka kami mengadakan program pengabdian Ipteks Tepat Guna bagi Masyarakat (ITGbM) Pelatihan Pengelolaan Keuangan bagi Usaha Rumahan (Home industry) Konveksi Jaket di Kelurahan Mugarsari, Kecamatan Tamansari, Kota Tasikmalaya, dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan melalui kegiatan transfer Ipteks Tepat Guna bagi Masyarakat (ITGbM) dilaksanakan dalam kurun waktu selama 8 (delapan) bulan, dari Mei sampaiĀ  Desember 2016. Metode yang digunakan dengan prinsip learning by doing dengan tahapan-tahapan melalui mendengar, memahami, mencoba mempraktikkan, evaluasi, perbaikan, melaksanakan, membiasakan dengan bahasa sederhana. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah bertambahnya wawasan para pelaku usaha konveksi jaket rumahan (home industry) di Kelurahan Mugarsari, Tamansari, Kota Tasikmalaya dalam pengelolaan keuangan dengan baik dan benar yang berdampak kepada peningkatan usahanya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kegagalan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal teorema Phytagoras pada tahap ketiga, keempat dan adanya kesenjangan antara potensi teknologi inovatif dengan praktik pembelajaran yang masih menggunakan metode konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran interaktif dengan Articulate Storyline yang memenuhi kriteria valid, dan praktis dari penggunaan media yang dihasilkan. Metode penelitian menggunakan PPE. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara tidak terstruktur dan angket. Instrumen terdiri dari lembar validasi serta angket respon siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran ini memenuhi standar kelayakan yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil uji koefisien kappa menunjukkan bahwa ada kesepakatan yang kuat dengan signifikansi rendah antara kedua kelompok rater. Kesepakatan rater materi memiliki koefisien kappa sebesar 0,625, kesepakatan rater media memiliki koefisien kappa sebesar 0,750. Nilai-nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua kelompok rater telah sepakat secara signifikan dalam menilai kualitas media pembelajaran, dan hasil kesepakatan ini tidak terjadi secara kebetulan. Hasil angket menunjukkan bahwa siswa memberikan penilaian yang sangat baik terhadap kepraktisan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Android tersebut dalam penggunaannya. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif dengan Articulate Storyline untuk materi teorema Phytagoras telah berhasil memenuhi standar validitas dari rater dan praktis dari siswa.This research is motivated by the failure of students in solving Phytagoras theorem problems in the third, fourth stages and the gap between the potential of innovative technology and learning practices that still use conventional methods. This research aims to produce interactive learning media with Articulate Storyline that meets the criteria of valid, and practical use of the resulting media. The research method uses PPE. Data collection techniques were conducted through unstructured interviews and questionnaires. The instruments consisted of validation sheets and student response questionnaires. The results showed that this learning media met the predetermined eligibility standards. The kappa coefficient test results show that there is a strong agreement with low significance between the two rater groups. The material rater agreement has a kappa coefficient of 0.625, the media rater agreement has a kappa coefficient of 0.750. These values indicate that both groups of raters have agreed significantly in assessing the quality of the learning media, and the results of this agreement did not occur by chance. The questionnaire results showed that students gave a very good assessment of the practicality of the Android-based interactive learning media in use. The results of this study indicate that the development of interactive learning media with Articulate Storyline for Phytagoras theorem material has been successful.
