Abstract

MBKM independent village development is a form of community service with the aim of building and optimizing the potential of the village through the implementation of digital marketing from the knowledge learned by students in the scope of higher education. Kotapulu village has the potential for forest products that are quite abundant, one of which is bamboo. Forest products obtained by the community are utilized by making processed bamboo products. Various kinds of processed products from bamboo such as chairs, tables and curtains made of bamboo. The lack of public knowledge about the use of digital marketing encourages MBKM to develop villages to provide assistance and training. From the results of the program implemented by MBKM to build kotapulu village, to increase public insight into the importance of using social media as a means of promoting processed bamboo products, as well as a means to increase competitiveness in industry 4.0.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the Indonesian economy by significantly contributing to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and employment. This study aims to explore the impact of using digital marketing on sales, marketing strategies, and obstacles faced by MSME players in Pombewe Huntap. The triangulation method is used to ensure data validity by collecting information from various sources, methods, and theories. The research population involves MSME players in Pombewe Huntap who have implemented digital marketing in selling their products. The difference in income after using digital marketing can be seen from the increase in product sales, because it reaches a wider market, including the Sigi Regency and Palu City areas. The obstacles faced involve network constraints, which affect the display of images and the attractiveness of live streaming sales. The results show that digital marketing has a positive effect on the sales and marketing strategies of MSMEs in Pombewe Huntap. Although there are several obstacles such as unstable internet connections, delivery delays, transaction fraud, and manipulation of admin numbers, the application of digital marketing provides tangible benefits in increasing marketing and sales of MSME products.

Abstract

Potensi sumber daya lokal di Desa Kotapulu Kecamatan Dolo Kabupaten Sigi Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah adalah sektor perikanan khusunya pemberdayaan ikan Nila. Akan tetapi, pemanfaatan dan pengelolaannya belum maksimal sehingga belum dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu mata pencaharian yang potensial untuk meningkat perekonomian desa. Kegiatan kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) Tematik Membangun Desa Mandiri yang di ikuti oleh penulis bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat khususnya dalam memahami bagaimana cara manajemen produksi, mengatur pola atau saluran distribusi ikan Nila yang ada di kolam berbasis bioflog mulai dari tahap awal sampai ke tahap siap produksi atau siap panen. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut melalui kegiatan penyuluhan. Metode penyuluhan dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi masyarakat dalam mengelola hasil panen ikan nila. Dengan demikian, dalam jangka panjang kegiatan pengelolaan usaha ikan nila akan semakin baik dan dapat berkontribusi pada pembangunan desa secara berkelanjutan.
