Abstract

This study aims to describe the potential development of Electronic Program of Warung Gotong Royong (Warong) KUBE PKH in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted by using qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were done through observation and in-depth interview. The results showed that in the province of Southeast Sulawesi has been formed 25 units e-Warong KUBE PKH consisting of 13 units e-Warong KUBE PKH in Kendari City and 12 units e-Warong KUBE PKH in Bau-Bau. The potential of e-Warong development can be done through several ways, included: the utilization of skills of KUBE members integrated with KUBE Production; b) e-Warong's integration into a Savings and Loans Cooperative; c) act as a bank agent; d) e-Warong provides cheap food for the general public both in cash and non-cash; e) e-Warong is actively involved in the implementation of an inclusive financial system to all KPM Social Assistance through savings movements that can be derived from social assistance funds; f) e-Warong also has the potential to become a supplier for the type of food-based businesses around the e-Warong management environment (restaurants, catering businesses, pastry vendors, etc.); g) e-Warong also has the opportunity to be developed as a bank agent to attract customers, as well as provide electricity / token payment services, PDAM water in urban areas, internet; h) e-Warong managers in Southeast Sulawesi may also avail the SMS or telephone booking system; i) e-Warong can also be developed as a 3 kg LPG gas distributor and other subsidy products that are needed by the poor, at a very affordable price; and j) The development effort must also be supported by the ability to prepare the financial condition report (balance sheet). keywords: potential, development, e-Warong KUBE PKH, poverty

Abstract

This research examines the role of the Tolaki Sultra customary institution in preserving the cultural values of the Tolaki tribe. This research reveals the problem of the role of customary institutions in preserving cultural values. This research focuses on the discussion of Tolaki, (1) What is the role of the Southeast Sulawesi customary institution (LAT) in preserving the cultural values of the Tolaki tribe. This research uses a qualitative method that aims to find out and explain the role of Southeast Sulawesi customary institutions (LAT) in preserving the cultural values of the Tolaki tribe with an ethnographic approach. This research was obtained through literature study, documentation, observation and interviews after data verification and starting with functional structure theory. Based on the field, it is known that the central board of the Tolaki customary institution (LAT) of Southeast Sulawesi, this research results in the existence of a customary institution (LAT) of Southeast Sulawesi in preserving the cultural values of the Tolaki tribe functions by preserving and developing the customs of the Tolaki tribe in activities that have been carried out one of them, preserving the mosehe wonua tradition, Tolea Pabitara training, training to recognize Kalosara, training in traditional marriage traditions, the process of implementing the Tolaki tribal cultural parade, then followed by the process of resolving Tolaki tribal customs are Omoapi (infidelity), elopement and conflict, the existence of the Tolaki Customary Institution in Southeast Sulawesi can run well.

Abstract

The implementation of a traditional party once a year makes the people of Kondowa Dongkala Village very attentive and collaborate in preparing everything related to the village party, where in the annual party there are things called pikolambu and kabaria. The implementation of this annual traditional party has the meaning of expressing gratitude for the blessings, gifts and long life given to the people of Kondowa Dongkala village, which means giving thanks to Allah SWT because one year the people of Kondowa Dongkala always stand together, sit together for the good fortune the bring. God has given it to the people of Kondowa Dongkala Village.
