Abstract

Semakin pesatnya teknologi yang berkembang dari masa kemasa, menuntut kita untuk selalu uptodate mengenai informasi yang berkaitan dengan teknologi khususnya dalam bidang informasi, dan pengolahan data yang cepat dan tepat waktu. Perusahaan konsultan properti membutuhkan sebuah sistem manajemen penyewaan properti yang baik untuk menunjang kinerja perusahaan. Belum optimalnya penggunaan sistem informasi penyewaan properti yang digunakan di bagian Marketing, dimana berfungsi untuk memonitor proses penyewaan apartemen serta belum adanya sistem yang memberikan laporan secara sistematis, dapat menimbulkan resiko pencatatan laporan yang berulang sehingga laporan yang dihasilkan bisa menjadi tidak akurat. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisa model Rapid Application Development (RAD), untuk membangun sistem informasi penyewaan apartemen pada sebuah perusahaan konsultan properti. Diharapkan sistem ini akan membantu perusahaan dalam mengelola data penyewaan apartemen dan menghasilkan laporan yang efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Freight forwarding company is a company or business entity which is engaged in providing freight forwarding services. In connection with business activities that occur in service companies, a good management information system is needed that can manage data delivery. The availability of a good and accurate information system will be increasingly needed along with the increasing human need for information that is fast, precise and accurate. The steps needed to produce a software system so that it has good performance, of course, can not be separated from how to choose and apply the analysis and design methods. In this research, a goods delivery system will be designed using Rapid Application Development (RAD), where the authors analyze the data management system contained in the company, then create a prototype design that is suitable for data management to make it more complete, efficient, and easy to use as a development from the old system using Java Script and MySQL as its database. In addition, in designing the proposed system, which is the information system of freight forwarding services, the tools used are using ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and UML (Unified Modeling Language). Based on the analysis and application of the system followed by testing the system, the delivery system designed can make it easier for system users to process data, control data and prepare reports related to shipping data.

Abstract

Perpustakaan Komnas HAM dalam perkembangan teknologi memanfaatkan sistem temu kembali informasi online public access catalog (OPAC), untuk mengetahui keefektifan suatu sistem temu kembali harus dilakukan pengukuran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas sistem temu kembali informasi melalui penilaian recall dan precision. Metode penelitian ini merupakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis pendekatan eksperimen. Subjek penelitian adalah koleksi yang tersimpan dalam database Perpustakaan, sedangkan objeknya adalah sistem temu kembali informasi aplikasi SLiMS. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata-rata nilai recall dan precision pada sistem temu kembali di Perpustakaan Komnas HAM melalui fitur pencarian sederhana  didapat rata-rata nilai recall sebesar 99,8% dan rata-rata precision sebesar 99,6%. Dari hasil nilai yang didapat, sistem temu kembali informasi di Perpustakaan Komnas HAM sudah dikatakan efektif, dan membantu pengguna jasa perpustakaan untuk menemukan informasi yang diinginkan.

Abstract

One property that is currently being glimpsed by investors is an apartment. Property consulting companies as one of the service provider companies that become a link between apartment owners and apartment enthusiasts, have an important task in terms of providing information about the assessment of the offered institutions. This study will conduct a trial on the accuracy of apartment assessment predictions using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method, then will be compared again with the results of the accuracy of the assessment method Support Vector Machine (SVM) combined using the optimization method Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). The results of the combination of the application of SVM and PSO are used to optimize attribute selection in apartment valuation to improve the accuracy of using the SVM method. This study shows that the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) Support Vector Machine (SVM) method is a pretty good method of data classification, because it can seen from the increase in accuracy of 2.84% and AUC of 0.003. Subjects (attributes) that affect apartment valuation are seen from rent prices (price range), city (apartment location), size (area), furnisihing (equipment), bedroom (number of bedrooms), bathroom (number of bathrooms) and maids badroom (number of maid rooms). The results of the attribute testing showed that city attributes (apartment locations), furnisihing (equipment) and maid badroom (number of maid rooms) greatly influenced the valuation of an apartment.
