Abstract

Social media is an effective tool for advertising activities. Competition in the world of advertising on social media is getting higher along with the rapid increase in social media users. The impact was also felt by mothers who are members of the Ciledug Fatayat NU (Nahdlatul Ulama) organization. An effective communication strategy is needed in marketing activities, especially promotion and advertising in order to be able to provide effective and accurate information about Fatayat NU Ciledug. This community service activity increases the knowledge and skills of the participants, namely members of Fatayat NU Ciledug regarding marketing, namely effective promotion and making attractive advertisements on social media, so as to increase public understanding of Fatayat NU Ciledug.

Abstract

Pabeanudik Village is located in the Indramayu sub-district, a coastal area where most of the people are fishermen and to fulfil their household needs depend on fishing activities. With the potential of marine resources that are adequately owned, the welfare of the household and the economy of the people who live on the coast can be fulfilled. However, this only applies to a few people living in coastal areas who are still below the poverty line. This is because fishermen depend on the sea where weather conditions are uncertain and marine catches are not optimal or even non-existent, hindering the development of family economic welfare. In an uncertain economic situation, fishing families are required to be able to adapt to be able to build a family economy so that daily survival can be fulfilled. This study aims to describe the empowerment of women in their role in building the economy of fishermen's families through fish management businesses in Pabeanudik Village, Indramayu District. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method through an instrumental case study approach. This study concludes that the empowerment of coastal women in Pabeanudik village is reflected in their productive role in the fish management business, which is carried out to obtain additional economic income to meet the needs of family life.

Abstract

Pada perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi, selalu ada bagian Quality Control yang bertugas mengontrol kualitas barang produksi. Adanya quality control yang baik, berpengaruh bagi perkembangan dan kemajuan suatu perusahaan. Saat ini kegiatan pengelolaan data terkait cacat produk (defect) pada Divisi QC pada PT. Primaraya Graha Nusantara, masih menggunakan pencatatan ke dalam daily checksheet dengan format Microsoft Excel. Pengelolaan data seperti ini, tidak menimbulkan kendala yang signifikan. Namun, ketika menyusun laporan bulanan (monthly report), proses ini menjadi cukup menyulitkan dan memakan waktu. Staff QC harus merekap secara manual data cacat produk selama satu bulan dengan teliti. Hal ini sangat memengaruhi akurasi perhitungan defect ratio bulanan. Selain itu, untuk penyusunan control chart data cacat dari periode tertentu, juga harus direkap secara manual. Pada penelitian ini, akan di rancang sebuah sistem informasi berupa sistem informasi control defect. Sistem ini dibangun dengan mengimplementasikan metode scrum, dan penerapan bahasa pemrograman yang akan digunakan adalah bahasa PHP dengan framework CodeIgniter, dan MariaDB untuk databasenya. Pengujian sistem akan diterapkan metode blackbox testing, Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menyediakan platform yang terintegrasi, efisiensi operasional meningkat, kualitas produk lebih terjaga, serta pengambilan keputusan menjadi lebih tepat berbasis data yang akurat dan terkini.
