In this era of digitalization, there are many companies that have problems in delivering information. This makes the data management process slow, as well as providing information when needed, which hinders the process of selling or releasing goods. There are still many large companies in Indonesia that have not applied technology to be one of the reasons for the author to create a web-based inventory design application to facilitate the delivery of the required information, especially in information regarding reports of goods in and out, final stock reports and all problems related to stock. By designing the system towards a better direction, it is hoped that it can help and facilitate the ongoing system processes in managing data, including processing, compiling, and storing data which ultimately produces accurate data that can be used for company needs. The results of the analysis are described using the UML modeling language and applying the Rapid Application Development model. Implementation is in the form of the final result achieved, namely the formation of a web-based information system that can make it easier for users to process data.

Abstrak: Teknologi era revolusi industri 4.0 saat ini mengalami perkembangan yang dinamis, begitupun dengan komputer yang merupakan peralatan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan tersebut. Yayasan Ar’rahman adalah sekolah mengemudi yang membutuhkan tersedianya aplikasi untuk menunjang pencatatan pendapatan, sistem yang ada saat ini masih manual dari pencatatan customer yang daftar sampai penyimpanan berkas-berkas pendaftaran dan laporan, sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya kesalaan dalam pencatatan dan kurang akuratnya laporan yang disajikan. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan yaitu teknik dalam mengumpulkan data terdiri dari Observasi, Wawancara dan Studi Pustaka sedangkan metode pengembangan software terdiri dari analisis untuk kebutuhan perangkat lunak, perancangan, pengkodean, pengujian dan pendukung. Sistem ini menghasilkan informasi yang akurat dan relevan serta lebih kondusif untuk saat ini. Kata kunci: pendapatan jasa, sistem informasi akuntansi. Abstract: Technology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is currently experiencing dynamic development, as well as computers which are equipped to make this job easier. The Ar'rahman Foundation is a driving school that requires an application to support income recording, the current system is still manual, from registering customers who register to storing registration files and reports, thus allowing errors in recording and inaccurate reports to be presented. The research method that the writer uses is the technique of collecting data consisting of observation, interview, and literature study, while the software development method consists of analysis for software needs, design, coding, testing, and support. This system produces accurate and relevant information and is more conducive to this moment. Keywords: service revenues, accounting information systems.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi internet dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana peningkatan informasi disemua bidang usaha, baik bidang perdagangan, industri maupun jasa. Pembuatan sistem informasi berbasis website sebagai sarana jual-beli yang sangat efektif dan efisien serta mudah diakses oleh pengguna internet. Penulis melakukan analisa dan perancangan sistem informasi penjualan. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan yaitu metode Waterfall. Hasil yang dicapai dalam analisa dan perancangan sistem informasi penjualan obat herbal secara online yaitu berupa website penjualan online. Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi menjadi alasan utama masyarakat untuk menghasilkan informasi yang lebih cepat, tepat dan akurat. Dalam era perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat, masih banyak perusahaan yang mengolah data keuangan secara manual. Penulis melakukan penelitian di PT. Aurindo Jaya Perkasa Bekasi dimana pengolahan data akuntansi masih sangat manual. Penulis mengolah data akuntansi menggunakan software akuntansi yaitu Zahir Accounting Versi 5.1. Sistem informasi akuntansi memudahkan dalam membuat laporan, karena tersaji secara otomatis dari transaksi-transaksi yang sudah dimasukkan selama periode berjalan. Diharapkan pengolahan data akuntansi dalam bentuk sistem informasi akuntansi menggunakan Zahir Accounting dapat menghemat waktu kerja dan mengurangi kesalahan dalam menghasilkan laporan keuangan. Laporan keuangan sebagai informasi kuantitatif yang berkaitan dengan posisi keuangan dan perubahannya serta hasil yang dicapai selama periode tertentu. In the era of rapid technological developments, there are still many companies that process financial data manually. The author conducted research at PT.Aurindo Jaya Perkasa Bekasi where the accounting data processing is still very manual. The author processes accounting data using accounting software that is Zahir Accounting Version 5.1. Accounting information system makes it easy to create reports, because it is automatically presented from transactions that have been entered during the period. It is expected that accounting data processing in the form of accounting information system using Zahir Accounting can save working time and reduce errors in generating financial statements. Abstract School administration payments as a means of supporting the teaching and learning process, administrative payments that are still manual must be supported by a computerized system. The research method I use is a data collection technique consisting of observation, interviews and literature study, while the software development method is the waterfall method. The waterfall method consists of software requirements analysis, design, coding, testing and support. The author builds a school administration payment information system using the Java NetBeans IDE 8.1 programming language. By building a computerized system, it is hoped that it will be able to produce more precise and accurate information to help minimize errors. Information systems can run well with the support of technology, work procedures and good human resources Keywords: Information System, Payment, Waterfall Abstrak Pembayaran administrasi sekolah sebagai sarana penunjang berjalannya proses belajar – mengajar, pembayaran administrasi yang masih manual harus didukung dengan system yang sudah terkomputerisasi. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan yaitu teknik dalam mengumpulkan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan studi Pustaka sedangkan metode pengembangan software adalah metode waterfall. Metode waterfall terdiri dari analisis untuk kebutuhan perangkat lunak, perancangan, pengkodean, pengujian dan pendukung. Peneliti membangun sistem informasi pembayaran administrasi sekolah menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java NetBeans IDE 8.1. Dengan membangun sistem terkomputerisasi diharapkan mampu menghasilkan informasi yang lebih tepat dan akurat guna membantu meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan. PT Malka Makarya Selaras Jakarta is a human resource management consulting services company. Problems in the salary calculation process such as making payslips and the absence of a company database are only paper document archives, over time there are often typos and lost files. Researchers build an employee payroll information system that is displayed on the company's internal website page where the manager is only a special payroll officer. The software development method in this research is the waterfall model. The results of the study obtained that the salary calculation process can be carried out on the employee payroll information system so as to produce faster and more accurate information, payroll can directly print salary slips as official evidence between the company and employees, payroll information systems as a benchmark for technological progress so as to facilitate the company's performance in decision-making. Keywords: Information Systems, Payroll, Waterfall. Abstrak PT Malka Makarya Selaras Jakarta merupakan perusahaan jasa konsultasi manajemen sumber daya manusia. Masalah dalam proses perhitungan gaji seperti pembuatan slip gaji dan tidak adanya database perusahaan hanya berupa arsip dokumen kertas, seiring dengan waktu berjalan sering terjadi kesalahan ketik dan kehilangan arsip. Peneliti membangun sistem informasi penggajian karyawan yang ditampilkan dalam halaman website internal perusahaan dimana pengelolanya hanyalan petugas khusus penggajian. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak pada penelitian ini adalah model air terjun (waterfall). Hasil penelitian diperoleh proses perhitungan gaji dapat dilakukan pada sistem informasi penggajian karyawan sehingga menghasilkan informasi yang lebih cepat dan akurat, penggajian dapat secara langsung mencetak slip gaji sebagai bukti resmi antara perusahaan dengan karyawan, sistem informasi penggajian sebagai tolak ukur kemajuan teknologi sehingga mempermudah kinerja perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Abstack Decision making is the most important thing in managing a company. Errors in decision making can result in losses, which in turn the company will suffer losses. Loss prevention is to conduct an analysis of financial statements in accordance with accounting principles. By analyzing the financial statements, management is expected to be able to assess the company's financial condition, so that it is easy to understand, so that the financial decisions made can be in accordance with the company's financial weaknesses and strengths. In microeconomics, one of the goals of a company is maximizing corporate profits. The use of Zahir Accounting Program version 5.1 can help the management of the Salsabila Mart Bekasi trading company in analyzing financial statements as a benchmark for decision making. The liquidity analysis obtained from the Zahir Accounting application calculation shows that Salsabila Mart Bekasi in June 2019 was able to settle short-term debt from current assets owned by the company. From all aspects of calculated liquidity, this shows that Salsabila Mart Bekasi is a highly liquid company, with an average liquidity yield Current Ratio: 36,639.41%; Qucik Ratio: 23,351.44% and Cash Ratio: 22,551.44%. Current assets are still far more than current liabilities that must be fulfilled during June. In this research the Zahir Accounting Version 5.1 application can help the company's internal and external parties obtain financial reports and analysis of financial statements as information used in making managerial decisions. The existing complaints on the performance of assistant lecturers show the impact of the absence of better competence, so that an accurate evaluation process on the performance of lecturer assistants based on their duties and obligations in a certain period of time. The evaluation process required an improved model of accuracy which was a formidable challenge in the selection of more efficiency and effectiveness features, in which case we proposed a method of particle swarm optimization to improve the accuracy of neural network methods that experienced problems in the selection of features that were weighted in detailed analysis by particle swarm optimization with neural network learning performance. This study aims to find a complex alternative solution in the evaluation of lecturer's assistant where research is based on parameters obtained from UCI Machine Repository. The final research shows that particle swarm optimization method can in-crease the accuracy of 75.56% from the previous value of 51.75% and increase the kappa value of 0,632 from the previous kappa value 0,276. The result of developing particle swarm optimization toward neural network by increasing the accuracy and kappa value can be used as controlling periodically in evaluating the performance of assistant lecturer.

Abstractâ€” The development of the information system via the Internet is used as a means of improving information in almost all areas of business , both areas of commerce , industry and services . Making the web-based information systems as a means of promotion is effective and efficient and easily accessible to internet users . The authors designed a website on credit analysis motor poured in question-a question that often arises when the credit application the motor . The website can also be used to apply for credit motorcycle . For users who would apply for credit motorcycle loan can perform simulations as a benchmark or a provisional estimate for the data-data related to motor loans . The authors designed the analysis and simulation of motors credit by using the web -based programming language PHP and MySQL to perform credit simulations themselves and do their own credit analysis online.

The development of information technology has penetrated all areas of life in all parts of the world, which is triggered by the increasing complexity of business activities and the increasing need for financial information. Processing of financial data on CV. Akbar Motor is recorded manually using sheets of paper so that the recording still does not work optimally. In addition, manual data processing is quite time-consuming, labor-intensive, and large costs which causes late financial statements. Researchers process financial data manually then continue using Zahir Accouting Software Version 5.1 as a comparison. The research methods used in collecting data consist of observations, interviews and literature studies. Comparison between manual processing of financial data with Zahir Accounting version 5.1. aims to find out the financial condition of an enterprise in a certain period in the hope that it can be used in decision making quickly and accurately. Pengolahan data keuangan pada CV. Akbar Motor dicatat secara manual menggunakan lembaran–lembaran kertas sehingga pencatatan masih belum bekerja secara maksimal. Selain itu pengolahan data secara manual cukup memakan waktu, tenaga, dan biaya besar yang menyebabkan terlambatnya laporan keuangan. Peneliti melakukan pengolahan data keuangan secara manual kemudian dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan Software Zahir Accouting Versi 5.1 sebagai komparasinya. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam mengumpulkan data terdiri dari pengamatan, wawancara dan studi pustaka.
