Abstract

Liver disease is an inflammatory disease of the liver and can cause the liver to be unable to function as usual and even cause death. According to WHO (World Health Organization) data, almost 1.2 million people per year, especially in Southeast Asia and Africa, have died from liver disease. The problem that usually occurs is the difficulty of recognizing liver disease early on, even when the disease has spread. This study aims to compare and evaluate Naive Bayes algorithm as a selected algorithm and Naive Bayes algorithm based on Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Bagging to find out which algorithm has a higher accuracy in predicting liver disease by processing a dataset taken from the UCI Machine Learning Repository database (GA). University of California Invene). From the results of testing by evaluating both the confusion matrix and the ROC curve, it was proven that the testing carried out by the Naive Bayes Optimization algorithm using Algortima Genetics and Bagging has a higher accuracy value than only using the Naive Bayes algorithm. The accuracy value for the Naive Bayes algorithm model is 66.66% and the accuracy value for the Naive Bayes model with attribute selection using Genetic Algorithms and Bagging is 72.02%. Based on this value, the difference in accuracy is 5.36%.Keywords: Liver Disease, Naïve Bayes, Genetic Agorithms, Bagging.

Abstract

Abstract:  Ayracosmic Perfume is one of the shops that sell perfume in a conventional way. This of course can hinder business development and sales so that it will affect the profits obtained. The purpose of this study is to help the Ayracosmic Perfume store in changing conventional sales techniques into e-commerce by building a user-friendly sales application so that it is expected to have a positive impact on business development and increasing profits. The method in designing the application used is agile development with a scrum framework that makes it easy to develop applications because it has a systematic framework. The results of the research conducted are the implementation of a sales application that is expected to be able to improve the performance of the Ayracosmic Perfume store which will be widely known and can increase sales turnover and profits significantly.Abstrak: Ayracosmic Perfume merupakan salah satu toko yang menjual parfum dengan cara konvensional. Hal ini tentu saja dapat menghambat dalam pengembangan usaha dan penjualan sehingga akan mempengaruhi keuntungan yang didapatkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu toko Ayracosmic Perfume dalam mengubah teknik penjualan konvensional menjadi e-commerce dengan membangun sebuah aplikasi penjualan yang user friendly sehingga diharapkan mampu memberikan dampak positif dalam pengembangan usaha dan peningkatan keuntungan. Metode dalam perancangan aplikasi yang digunakan adalah agile development dengan framework scrum yang memudahkan dalam pengembangan aplikasi karena memiliki kerangka kerja yang tersusun secara sistematis. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penerapan aplikasi penjualan yang diharapkan mampu meningkatkan performa toko Ayracosmic Perfume yang akan dikenal secara luas serta dapat meningkatkan omzet penjualan dan keuntungan secara signifikan.

Abstract

One of the changes in the field of communication can be seen from the speed at which people obtain information. The speed of obtaining this information is influenced by the emergence of communication technology facilities, namely computers and the internet. Internet technology can make it easier for people to communicate, as well as convey information more effectively and accurately. The delivery of interactive information within the Karang Taruna RW.06 Work Unit organization, Tegal Parang Subdistrict, South Jakarta, has not been optimally felt by the community. This community service activity takes the form of training in creating blogs as an interactive information medium, to improve communication and information within an organization. The target training participants are members and the Karang Taruna RW.06 Work Unit. The training is carried out face to face with the hope that the material presented will be easier for the training participants to understand and put into practice. Participants are given material about the definition and function of a blog, how to create one and how to manage the blog so that it becomes an interactive information medium. As a result of this training, participants have a simple blog, as a form of digital communication to send, receive and share information with the public.

Abstract

Utilization of Information and Communication Technology, one of which is a computer, is increasingly being used day by day. Various applications on the computer make it very easy for users, especially to complete daily tasks. The Kopia Insani Foundation in the South Jakarta area has not experienced the maximum use of computers. Weaknesses in data processing at the Kopia Insani Foundation can be seen in managing foundation data, due to a lack of technological knowledge and no use of computers in managing the Foundation, and a lack of human resources in operating computers. This community service activity is carried out in the form of training to improve computer operation, as a form of understanding technology and information within an organization or company. The results of this training activity are to improve the operation of computer programs, namely Microsoft Office applications, in the form of increasing the skills of trainees towards more detailed knowledge about using Microsoft Office, which can be used in data processing accompanied by various case exercises.

Abstract

PT Satria Manunggal Petrolindo is one of the partners in PT. Pertamina is engaged in the business of trading fuel oil. In running its business, PT Satria Manunggal Petrolindo has employees who are dedicated to their work. Employee performance at this company is one of the important aspects that need to be assessed related to efforts to improve performance and quality in achieving the company's business goals and objectives, where so far the assessment of employees is still using traditional appraisal methods. This assessment method causes some employees to feel uncomfortable and unmotivated at work so that employee productivity can decrease. With these problems, the authors conducted research on the performance of employees at PT Satria Manunggal Petrolindo. The method that will be used in measuring employee performance appraisal in the company is the 360-degree feedback method. This method uses comprehensive feedback from all levels around employees to assess performance according to work behavior which consists of five assessment components, namely: Self Appraisal, Manager Review, Peer Review, Subordinates Appraising Manager (SAM) and Customer/Client Review. The results of the research and evaluation of the problem in this study were the use of the 360-degree feedback method in evaluating employee performance. It is expected to be able to overcome the problems of employee performance appraisal so as to increase the comfort and work motivation of PT.Satria Manunggal Petrolindo which will have an impact on increasing the achievement of the company's business goals.

Abstract

BSI Entrepreneur Center is one of the organizations engaged in entrepreneurship within the Bina Sarana Informatika University with the aim of forming students who want to become entrepreneurs. Currently BSI Entrepreneur Center has had responsibility in each campus of Bina Sarana Informatika University. But the existing human resources have not been able to fulfill the needs as the person in charge of BSI Entrepreneur Center to be placed on each campus of Bina Sarana Informatika University. Therefore, a system is needed to find appropriate human resources to be in charge of the BSI Entrepreneur Center on each campus of the Bina Sarana Informatika University. This study uses primary data as many as 300 records consisting of 12 attributes with the algorithm method C.45, KNN and Naive Bayes to classify employees according to the existing criteria. And the results of this study are suggestions from employees who are eligible to be in charge of BSI Entrepreneurs Center on each campus of the Information Technology Development University with the Naive Bayes method which has a high accuracy of 80%.

Abstract

Hijab is not a foreign thing for the population in Indonesia, because most of the population of Indonesia is Muslim. Today, many business people, especially hijab sellers, provide a variety of brands and models in the hijab they sell. Therefore sellers are required to be able to think intelligently in making a sales strategy that will certainly be useful to know clearly which products are most in demand by customers, and also to increase sales in their stores. Then there needs to be an alternative that can realize the recording of sales transaction data more quickly and structured. In this study the authors applied the k-means algorithm to determine customer interest in the products they sell. In the calculation that has been done by using two parameters, namely the transaction and the number of sales and passing three iterations with the results of iterations one gets a ratio of 0.374324132, the iteration two gets the ratio 0.543018325, and the iteration three gets the same ratio value as second iteration. So it can be concluded that the hijab that is most desirable by the customers is the hijab with the brand Rabbani, Elzatta, and Zoya, the low-interest hijab branded by Dian Pelangi, Kami Idea, and Meccanism. And the hijab with those who are not high and also not low is the hijab under the brand Ria Miranda, Jenahara, Shasmira, and Shafira.

Abstract

Building and developing information systems is a step to improve system performance which was initially carried out manually with most activities relying on human capabilities. Improving the system towards a better direction cannot be separated from the role of information technology so that information system engineering can be carried out optimally. Likewise with the population system that runs in Rukun Warga 36, ​​Bahagia Village, Bekasi, where resident administration activities are still carried out manually using paper and pen. This of course causes problems in the future, such as storage space for files piling up, vulnerability to data loss, data search processes that take time, and so on. By analyzing the obstacles experienced, population administration information system engineering is the right solution to improve the manual system. The methodology used in this research is Structured Analysis and Design Techniques (SADT) using activity diagrams as a depiction of information system activities. The expected research result is the development of a population administration information system that is useful for village administrators in Rukun Warga 36, ​​Bahagia Village, Bekasi.

Abstract

Aplikasi LAPIM (Laporan Insiden Masyarakat) merupakan solusi inovatif yang dikembangkan oleh Dinas Perhubungan Pusat Data dan Informasi DKI Jakarta untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam penanganan insiden transportasi. LAPIM memungkinkan masyarakat Jakarta melaporkan secara langsung insiden-insiden seperti parkir liar, masalah transportasi umum, dan kondisi jalanan berbahaya melalui platform berbasis website. Saat ini, terdapat beberapa permasalahan utama yang perlu diatasi, yaitu tingkat keterbatasan informasi mengenai laporan insiden terkait parkir liar, masalah transportasi umum, dan jalanan berbahaya di Jakarta, serta keterlambatan dalam pelaporan insiden dari masyarakat. Selain itu, tantangan lain adalah bagaimana membuat aplikasi LAPIM yang dapat mempermudah karyawan Dishub dalam menjalankan tugas mereka.Tujuan utama aplikasi ini adalah untuk memfasilitasi pelaporan insiden secara cepat dan akurat, serta memberikan data yang terpercaya kepada pihak berwenang untuk respons yang lebih efektif. Dengan fitur-fitur notifikasi real-time dan sistem pelacakan status laporan, LAPIM mempermudah interaksi antara masyarakat dan pihak terkait, meningkatkan responsibilitas dan transparansi dalam penanganan masalah transportasi. Integrasi teknologi dalam LAPIM tidak hanya mengoptimalkan pengumpulan dan manajemen data, tetapi juga menguatkan partisipasi publik dalam memantau dan meningkatkan kondisi transportasi kota. Pengembangan LAPIM sebagai platform digital menegaskan komitmen DKI Jakarta untuk menjadi smart city yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat dalam mengelola infrastruktur transportasi. Diharapkan, keberhasilan LAPIM sebagai model aplikasi pelaporan insiden transportasi dapat menjadi inspirasi bagi pengembangan teknologi serupa di kota-kota besar lainnya, menjadikan transportasi lebih aman, efisien, dan berkelanjutan bagi seluruh penduduk Jakarta.

Abstract

PT. Mayer Indah Indonesia is engaged in the production of goods, where the most important part to prepare the needs for production needs is the purchasing department, but in the purchasing section it is difficult to determine which items must be bought a lot, are and few in meeting the demand requirements of each part because of the needs goods for production are very unpredictable, eventually causing some goods demand not to be fulfilled because the goods are out of stock. To solve the problems experienced by the purchasing part, datamining using clustering algorithm is k-means method, where the initial stages determine the centroid randomly and do the first iteration calculation and determine the new centroid from the first iteration, then the second iteration calculation is done, because the results of the first and second iterations in the smallest layout of the three groups, the calculation stops. The results obtained by using the ink purchase data seen from the three attributes of incoming goods, items purchased and stock of goods, making it easier and help the purchasing department in classifying items that must be purchased a lot, medium and little.
