Abstract

One property that is currently being glimpsed by investors is an apartment. Property consulting companies as one of the service provider companies that become a link between apartment owners and apartment enthusiasts, have an important task in terms of providing information about the assessment of the offered institutions. This study will conduct a trial on the accuracy of apartment assessment predictions using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method, then will be compared again with the results of the accuracy of the assessment method Support Vector Machine (SVM) combined using the optimization method Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). The results of the combination of the application of SVM and PSO are used to optimize attribute selection in apartment valuation to improve the accuracy of using the SVM method. This study shows that the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) Support Vector Machine (SVM) method is a pretty good method of data classification, because it can seen from the increase in accuracy of 2.84% and AUC of 0.003. Subjects (attributes) that affect apartment valuation are seen from rent prices (price range), city (apartment location), size (area), furnisihing (equipment), bedroom (number of bedrooms), bathroom (number of bathrooms) and maids badroom (number of maid rooms). The results of the attribute testing showed that city attributes (apartment locations), furnisihing (equipment) and maid badroom (number of maid rooms) greatly influenced the valuation of an apartment.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penilaian terhadap aset berupa properti sangat diperlukan. Penilaian properti dapat dimanfaatkan dalam semua segi kehidupan. Perusahaan konsultan properti mempunyai peran memberikan masukan, ataupun bimbingan mengenai kondisi properti tertentu. Salah satu jenis properti yang banyak digemari adalah apartemen. Metode Naïve Bayes merupakan metode pengklasifikasian dengan probabilitas dalam bidang memprediksi peluang di masa depan berdasarkan pengalaman di masa sebelumnya. Pada penelitian menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes terhadap prediksi penilaian apartemen pada perusahaan konsultan properti. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penilaian apartemen akan dilihat dari rent price (harga), city (lokasi apartemen/kota), size (ukuran), furnisihing (kelengkapan), bedroom (jumlah kamar tidur), bathroom (jumlah kamar mandi) dan maid badroom (jumlah kamar pembantu) dengan hasil output penilaian nya adalah condition atau kondisi apartemen yaitu excellent, best dan good. Pengujian data set model algoritma Naïve Bayes menggunakan software Rapidminer menggunakan cross validation (cv) dengan nilai parameter 10. Pengujian model yang terbentuk akan menggunakan Confusion Matrix untuk mengetahui tingkat akurasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian terlihat hasil akurasi penggunaan metode Naïve Bayes cukup tinggi, untuk kasus prediksi penilaian apartemen yaitu sebesar 92.24%. Kata kunci: data mining, naïve bayes, penilaian apartemen Abstract: Valuation of assets in the form of property is now very necessary. Property valuation can be utilized in all aspects of life. Property consulting companies have the role of providing input, or guidance regarding certain property conditions. One type of property that is currently in high demand is the apartment. Meode Naïve Bayes is a classification method with probabilities in the field of predicting future opportunities based on past experience. In this research, Naïve Bayes method will only be used to predict apartment valuations at property consulting companies. Factors that influence apartment valuation will be seen from the rent price, city (location of the apartment / city), size (size), furnishing (completeness), bedroom (number of bedrooms), bathroom (number of bathrooms) and maid badroom (the number of servants' rooms) with the result of the assessment output is the condition or condition of the apartment which is excellent, best and good. Testing the data set of the Naïve Bayes algorithm model using Rapidminer software. In this model using cross validation (CV) with parameter value 10. Testing the formed model will use Confusion Matrix to determine the level of accuracy. Based on the test results, the accuracy of using the Naïve Bayes method is quite high, for an apartment prediction assessment case that is equal to 92.24%. Abstract

The development of technology today demands several things, namely services that are getting easier, faster and more practical. A computer technology is needed by the company, which is used as a tool in solving work problems, such as in terms of processing payroll data. Payroll data processing at the company is included in a complicated problem, because if in the payroll calculation an error occurs in the calculation, it can be detrimental to both the company's management and employees. FoodPedia by Pasta Kangen is currently still doing payroll manually, which can be seen from the attendance recap process, salary calculation data, and report generation. This can be manipulated and can harm the company or employees. Based on this, this research will design a web-based payroll information system, using the Java Web programming language with Neatbeans 8.1 software and MySQL for database needs. The research method used is using data collection methods, and software development methods with the waterfall method. This payroll information system is equipped with various features such as an employee attendance recap menu, calculation of employee salary data, as well as data needed in the payroll process. This payroll system is expected to simplify and speed up the process of calculating employee salaries accurately, effectively, efficiently and transparently.

Abstract

Utilization of Information and Communication Technology, one of which is a computer, is increasingly being used day by day. Various applications on the computer make it very easy for users, especially to complete daily tasks. The Kopia Insani Foundation in the South Jakarta area has not experienced the maximum use of computers. Weaknesses in data processing at the Kopia Insani Foundation can be seen in managing foundation data, due to a lack of technological knowledge and no use of computers in managing the Foundation, and a lack of human resources in operating computers. This community service activity is carried out in the form of training to improve computer operation, as a form of understanding technology and information within an organization or company. The results of this training activity are to improve the operation of computer programs, namely Microsoft Office applications, in the form of increasing the skills of trainees towards more detailed knowledge about using Microsoft Office, which can be used in data processing accompanied by various case exercises.

Abstract

Abstrak - Sistem terkomputerisasi menjadi era baru dalam perkembangan teknologi. Banyak perusahaan menggunakan sistem komputerisasi untuk memudahkan dalam menjalani bisnis. Salah satunya adalah penggunaan sistem aplikasi akuntansi. Hal ini dinilai efektif dalam menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang tepat dan akurat. Toko Ace Hardware masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pencatatan data keuangan. Terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pencatatan secara manual seperti kesalahan pencatatan dan proses pembuatan laporan yang lebih lama. Program accurate accounting merupakan program akuntansi lokal yang dibuat untuk menerapkan pembukuan, dengan aturan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Fitur yang dimiliki Accurate Accounting seperti pembuatan database perusahaan baru, data rekening, data saldo awal, pengolahan transaksi hingga penyajian laporan keuangan, dapat meminimalisir resiko kesalahan pencatatan. Toko Ace Hardware membutuhkan sebuah aplikasi suatu sistem informasi sebagai penunjang, dan memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan bagi customer. Penggunaan accurate acconting merupakan solusi yang terbaik, untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang ada pada Toko Ace Hardware, serta dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan pengolahan data keuangan yang akurat, efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas pada perusahaan Toko Ace Hardware.

Abstract

Current progress in the development of information technology, makes every government agency or private organization, must be able to balance and develop capabilities in terms of data and information management. Komnas HAM is one of the government agencies, which is directly related to the provision of public information to the public, requiring an information system for the process of providing this information flow. The public is allowed to submit requests for data, such as data on complaints of cases that have occurred, for which information is needed. Currently the process of requesting data is still being carried out by the public coming directly to fill out the data request form, then it will be processed by the relevant section at Komnas HAM, after the data request is approved, the requested complaint data document will be sent via POS. This system still has weaknesses, because the applicant's side cannot monitor the progress of the data application process whether it is approved or not, the applicant is only asked to wait and if the document is sent by post, the application is approved. This Web-Based Smartmaps Complaint Data Application Information System can be a solution, to facilitate the process of requesting data requested by the public. This system was designed by applying the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in the system design stage, and the system will be built using the programming language PHP 7.3, MySQL 5.7, Nginx and PHP-FPM 7.4, Laravel 7 Framework and Bootstrap Template Design 4.0. This system, after testing using blackbox testing in its application, is proven to have provided convenience and the best service to people who have an interest in complaint data.

Abstract

One of the changes in the field of communication can be seen from the speed at which people obtain information. The speed of obtaining this information is influenced by the emergence of communication technology facilities, namely computers and the internet. Internet technology can make it easier for people to communicate, as well as convey information more effectively and accurately. The delivery of interactive information within the Karang Taruna RW.06 Work Unit organization, Tegal Parang Subdistrict, South Jakarta, has not been optimally felt by the community. This community service activity takes the form of training in creating blogs as an interactive information medium, to improve communication and information within an organization. The target training participants are members and the Karang Taruna RW.06 Work Unit. The training is carried out face to face with the hope that the material presented will be easier for the training participants to understand and put into practice. Participants are given material about the definition and function of a blog, how to create one and how to manage the blog so that it becomes an interactive information medium. As a result of this training, participants have a simple blog, as a form of digital communication to send, receive and share information with the public.

Abstract

Abstracts are written in English and Indonesian (except articles written in English) which contain the main issues, research objectivesArchives are a source of information that plays an important role in supporting the administration and management activities of an agency. This research focuses on designing a web-based local government letter archive management information system for the East Jakarta Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning and Land Affairs Agency (SDCKTRP). Currently data collection on incoming and outgoing mail archival documents and reporting is still using the manual method, with excessive use of paper or inefficient use of storage space, so it takes a long time to obtain the desired data. The application of a mail archive management information system is a solution to the problems that exist in SDCKTRP. The research method used in making this system design is by applying the scrum method, and applications built using the Codeigniter framework and using the MySQL database. This computerized letter archive management information system can make it easier to process data and the data storage process will be more neatly arranged, because it is stored in a database so that it can prevent data loss.

Abstract

Good archival data management can be seen when users make it easier when they need information in the archive. The archives management section at the National Human Rights Commission requires an application for managing archive borrowing, because currently the process of borrowing archives requires a long process, so it becomes ineffective and requires a long data search if there is an error in recording the loan or returning the borrowed archive. The use of a web-based archival lending information system is very necessary, because processing archival lending data makes it very easy to collect loan data and can continue to monitor and control the status of the archival loan data. This web-based archive lending information system is designed by applying the ADDIE version development method (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluate) and the waterfall development model in the system design stage, and the system will be built using the programming languages PHP 7.3, MySQL 5.7, Nginx and PHP-FPM 7.4, Laravel Framework 7 and Bootstrap Template Design 4.0. This system is expected to provide convenience and the best service to internal parts of the institution that need information in the desired archives
