Abstract

Automatic speech recognition merupakan kemampuan untuk menerima dan mengidentifikasi kata-kata yang diucapkan dengan mengubah sinyal analog ke digital, dan mengekstraksi karakteristik vokal unik seperti pitch, frekuensi, nada dan irama untuk membentuk model speaker atau sampel suara. Sampel suara yang digunakan yaitu voice register, voice register adalah pembagian wilayah suara manusia berdasarkan sumber suara, sensasi ruang resonansi, bentuk, warna, timbre suara, dan tinggi rendahnya nada yang dihasilkan. Fast Fourier Transform digunakan sebagai transformasi untuk mengolah sample suara yang akan diklasifikasi. FFT dalam mentransormasikan sinyal voice register hanya mampu mengklasifikasikan dengan rata-rata true positive rate 65.4%.

Abstract

Every object is always moving, and movement of an object can occur at any time. The value of the motion which produced from an object can be very small to very large, and the impact of the movement can be at risk until very risky. For this reason, the movement of objects at risk must be observed whenever changes and observations for data retrieval can be done remotely. The purpose of this research to design an Internet of Things (IoT) devices that can observe and detect changes in the motion of an object.  The device is designed to be small, around 44 x 48 millimeters with very low power consumption. The design phase begins with recording motion data using the MPU6050 accelerometer sensor as a motion detector, arduino nano as a control device, WiFi ESP8266 as a communication medium for sending data from a receiver apllication motion data with UDP protocol. The test results show that this device is very sensitive to detect changes in the motion and angle of X, Y and Z of an object.

Abstract

Penggunaan bilangan prima berukuran sangat besar pada kriptografi kunci public sangat diperlukan untuk menghindari proses dekripsi pesan secara tidak sah. Dalam implementasinya, pembangkitan bilangan prima berukuran sangat besar ini terkendala pada operasi perpangkatan dengan bilangan yang besar. Makalah ini membahas teknik pembangkitan bilangan berukuran sangat besar menggunakan algoritma Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) serta pengujian bilangan prima secara probabilistik menggunakan algoritma Miller-Rabin. Bilangan prima yang dihasilkan diuji dan dianalisa pada sistem kriptografi kunci public RSA dan ElGamal dengan tujuan untuk keamanan informasi.

Abstract

Restricted boltzmann machines (RBM) merupakan algoritma pembelajaran jaringan syaraf tanpa pengawaas (unsupervised learning) yang hanya terdiri dari dua lapisan yang visible layer dan hidden layer. Kinerja RBM sangat dipengaruhi oleh parameter-parameternya seperti fungsi aktivasi yang digunakan untuk mengaktifkan neuron pada jaringan dan learning rate serta momentum untuk mempercepat proses pembelajaran. Pemilihan fungsi aktivasi yang tepat sangat mempengaruhi kinerja dalam menentukan Mean Square Error (MSE) pada jaringan saraf RBM. Fungsi aktivasi yang digunakan pada jaringan RBM adalah fungsi aktivasi sigmoid. Beberapa varian dari fungsi aktivasi sigmoid seperti fungsi sigmoid biner dan sigmoid tangen hiperbolik (tanh). Dengan menggunakan dataset MNIST untuk pembelajaran dan pengujian, terlihat bahwa tingkat keberhasilan untuk klasifikasi pada fungsi aktivasi sigmoid biner, ditentukan oleh nilai MSE yang kecil. Berbeda dengan fungsi aktivasi tangen nilai MSE menaik seiring bertambahnya jumlah epoch. Fungsi aktivasi sigmoid biner dengan learning rate 0.05 dan momentum 0.7 memiliki tingkat pengenalan tulisan tangan yang tinggi sebesar 93.42%, diikuti dengan learning rate 0.01 momentum 0.9 yakni 91.92%, learning rate 0.05 momentum 0.5 yakni 91.31%, learning rate 0.01 momentum 0.7 sebesar 90.56% dan terakhir learning rate 0.01 momentum 0.5 sebesar 87.49%.

Abstract

One of the education problems in this country is the zoning policy in the new student admission system (PPDB). This is in accordance with the policy of the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) in 2016 which began with the use of zoning for the administration of national exams. Then in 2017 the zoning system was implemented for the first time in implementing PPDB, and was refined in 2018 through Permendikbud Number 14 of 2018. The first problem faced is the zoning system organized by State Junior High Schools in Medan and the Education Office which still causes unrest for the community, especially parents, where the implementation has not been carried out in a transparent manner, both the number of prospective students who have registered at the school and the scoring system based on distance, the achievement of prospective students and the transfer of parents' duties. The second problem is the system for announcing the acceptance of prospective students who have passed a certain school is not generally published. The solution offered to deal with problems that occur to partners is by transferring science and technology in the form of management information system-based applications and services to partners in the form of a new student admission information system (PPDB), training related to the use of the PPDB system, and assistance to partners. . The result of this community service program is to increase insight and knowledge of skills for partners in optimizing the use of information systems and information technology to support PPDB operational activities, improving partners' skills and abilities in using school service management applications designed to facilitate the school PPDB process and implementation of PPDB. which is organized by schools and education offices to become more transparent to the public.

Abstract

Community demands on the quality of education services from time to time are increasingly high. Along with the development of increasingly rapid science and technology, educational institutions in various levels and levels of education can no longer stand by to preserve the cultural and performance capabilities of a school, but must strive to innovate changes in various aspects so that they are not left behind by people who live in in the era of globalization. Computer-based Information Technology is one medium that is quite effective in managing school academic information systems. The use of e-learning in schools as learning media can open up broad insights for students how to communicate in teaching and learning activities using computers. With the construction of e-learning systems as edmodo-based learning media can improve the quality of students in using computers. In addition, it is expected to facilitate students in taking a computer-based national examination.

Abstract

Desa Namombelin merupakan bagian terkecil dari sistem pemerintahan administratif di Indonesia. Setiap desa memiliki tuntutan untuk mengikuti perkembangan teknologi informasi (TIK) dan sistem informasi dalam mendukung pengelolaan layanan data dan informasi desa, hal ini tertuang dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa Pasal 86. Permasalahan Desa Namobelin saat ini adalah sistem pelayanan data dan informasi desa masih dilakukan secara konvensional, belum memanfaatkan sistem informasi manajemen (SIM). Hal ini disebabkan karena perangkat desa belum menyadari pentingnya pemanfaatan SIM dalam menyelenggarakan pengelolaan layanan data dan informasi desa kepada masyarakat. Akibatnya distribusi informasi kepada masyarakat menjadi lambat, dan belum terwujudnya transparansi kegiatan desa. Meskipun saat ini kantor pelayanan administrasi desa telah dilengkapi dengan perangkat komputer dan infrastruktur jaringan kompute, akan tetapi belum digunakan untuk pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara optimal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membuat dan menerapkan Website desa sebagai solusi sistem informasi desa (SID). Empat tahapan kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap pendampingan dan tahap evaluasi. Luaran kegiatan ini diharapkan adanya penerapan SID desa Namombelin untuk menyajikan layanan data dan informasi desa kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises have a big enough role for the welfare of society. This sector is able to absorb a large enough workforce and provide opportunities for SMEs to develop and compete with companies that tend to use large capital (capital intensive). The purpose of this activity is to improve aspects of marketing management that have an impact on increasing sales. The object of this activity is the clay pottery ceramics business in Wonosari Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. The main problem for partners is that partners do not focus too much on marketing management, relying more on conventional marketing systems such as ordering goods, safekeeping at the nearest store, and selling in their own stores whose position is not too strategic, causing stagnant product sales. The proposed solution is to apply management and marketing techniques for partner products using internet media such as websites and social media. The output targets of this partnership program are: 1) increasing understanding of the importance of technology to business; 2) capacity building in internet technology management; 3) increase in market absorption; 4) Improved communication skills for partners in managing websites and Social Media Marketing, namely the ability of partners to communicate products and product brands so that they have a list of regular customers on the website who have the potential to purchase products on an ongoing basis; 5) increase in partner sales turnover.

Abstract

CV. Karya Cipta Lestari merupakan sebuah perusahaan kecil menengah yang memproduksi berbagai produk gerabah sebagai hiasan rumah ataupun sebagai wadah dari tanaman. Perusahaan ini pernah mengikuti event-event besar seperti pameran dekranas daerah, dekranas provinsi dan bahkan sampai pernah mengikuti pameran di penang fair. Akan tetapi, karena adanya masa pandemi COVID-19 ini, perusahaan mengalami penurunan penjualan dalam kurun waktu satu tahun terakhir. Saat ini, pandemi COVID-19 sudah mulai menurun. Maka untuk menyambut era pemasaran baru, perusahaan diharapkan melakukan persiapan untuk menghadapinya. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan strategi bersaing pasar agar perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kembali proses produksi dan memenuhi volume dari target penjualan yang telah ditetapkan oleh CV. Karya Cipta Lestari dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS (Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution). Dari hasil pengolahan data dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS, maka didapatkan jarak alternatif terhadap solusi ideal (V) dengan nilai terbesar atau rangking tertinggi dari 3 alternatif kriteria target pasar sebagai strategi bersaing adalah alternatif demografis, yaitu dengan menargetkan wanita karir yang berusia 30 tahun keatas dengan nilai (V) sebesar 0,7539 (50,69%). Dan ranking tertinggi dari 3 alternatif kriteria posisi pasar sebagai strategi bersaing adalah alternatif produk, yaitu dengan memberikan kualitas produk dengan tren terkini, menjaga kontiniutas produk, dan memberikan merek produk, dengan nilai preverensi (V) sebesar 0,7450 (52,30%).

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 a global pandemic due to its rapid spread and infection of people worldwide. The emergence of COVID-19 vaccines has garnered both support and rejection from the public. Some people support the vaccines, while others remain cautious, even though the government provides them for free. The procurement of coronavirus vaccines has generated diverse opinions in society. COVID-19 vaccines have become a trending topic on social media, particularly on Twitter. This research aims to explore public opinions on the COVID-19 vaccine. The methods used in this study include data collection, text preprocessing, TF-IDF, multilayer perceptron algorithm, and testing with confusion matrices. Out of a total of 228,208 positive, negative, and neutral opinions from Twitter users about the COVID-19 vaccine, with a training-to-testing ratio of 90% to 100%, the model will learn more by using a large amount of training data. The performance results of this research obtained the highest accuracy of 81.2%, precision of 83.8%, and recall of 71.2%. The results of sentiment analysis can be seen in the public opinions on the COVID-19 vaccine, which are divided into three categories: 35% positive opinions, 16.3% negative opinions, and 48.7% neutral opinions. The word cloud results show that positive opinions revolve around three topics: availability, cost, and dosage. Negative opinions from Twitter users about the COVID-19 vaccine focus on two main issues: vaccine side effects and deaths. Neutral opinions cover three topics, including dosage, availability, age, and expiration date
