Abstract

Penggunaan file audio sebagai media distribusi informasi digital sangat populer sekarang ini karena semakin canggihnya perangkat keras maupun perangkat lunak yang dapat mengolah file audio digital tersebut. Ditambah lagi dengan semakin mudahnya akses internet dimana saja baik melalui perangkat mobile ataupun tidak. Karena semakin banyaknya penggunaan file audio digital oleh perorangan atau perusahaan misalnya dalam produksi musik, atau video klip maka semakin sulit untuk menentukan keaslian suatu file audio digital dan sulitnya mencegah tingkat tindak pencurian atau pembajakan yang sangat merugikan pihak pememilik hak cipta. Ada beberapa metode dalam menentukan keaslian file audio digital dan mencegah tindak pembajakan terhadap media digital, yaitu digital watermarking. Pada jurnal ini akan dibahas dua buah metode watermarking yaitu metode low bit coding dan phase coding. Tujuannya ialah untuk mengetahui beberapa kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam penerapannya kedalam file audio digital. Karena ada beberapa aspek yang harus diketahui dalam menentukan baik atau tidaknya tingkat pengamanan pada file audio digital. Sehingga kita dapat menentukan metode yang mana yang pantas digunakan dalam menentukan keaslian file audio digital dalam mencegah tindak pencurian atau pembajakan.Kata kunci :audio, watermarking, low bit coding, phase coding

Abstract

Every object is always moving, and movement of an object can occur at any time. The value of the motion which produced from an object can be very small to very large, and the impact of the movement can be at risk until very risky. For this reason, the movement of objects at risk must be observed whenever changes and observations for data retrieval can be done remotely. The purpose of this research to design an Internet of Things (IoT) devices that can observe and detect changes in the motion of an object.  The device is designed to be small, around 44 x 48 millimeters with very low power consumption. The design phase begins with recording motion data using the MPU6050 accelerometer sensor as a motion detector, arduino nano as a control device, WiFi ESP8266 as a communication medium for sending data from a receiver apllication motion data with UDP protocol. The test results show that this device is very sensitive to detect changes in the motion and angle of X, Y and Z of an object.

Abstract

Kasus penculikan anak selalu meningkat dari tahun ke tahun berdasarkan sumber dari Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (KPAI). Kasus ini juga pernah menjadi isu nasional di beberapa media masa. Banyak sekali faktor penyebab kasus ini bisa terjadi. Selain itu beberapa cara pencegahan telah disarankan dan digunakan dalam mengantisipasi terjadinya tindakan penculikan anak. Namun dari beberapa cara pencegahan yang telah disarankan masih terkendala oleh jarak dan waktu. Salah satunya bagaimana orang tua dapat memantau posisi lokasi anak pada satu waktu tertentu. Hal ini pasti sangat sulit dilakukan kalau tanpa menggunakan teknologi. Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik melakukan penelitian untuk menghasilkan satu rancangan alat pelacak lokasi  anak  yang dapat mengantisipasi penculikan anak. Alat pelacak lokasi ini dirancang dengan menggunakan beberapa komponen yaitu arduino, GPS dan GPRS modul, SIM card, smartphone android dan aplikasi google maps yang dirancang sedemikian rupa menjadi alat pelacak  yang dapat memberikan informasi lokasi. Informasi lokasi ini dapat dilihat oleh orang tua  melalui perangkat smartphone android dengan aplikasi google maps. Sehingga orang tua dapat memantau kapan saja lokasi anak mereka dengan mudah sehingga dapat menghemat waktu, jarak dan biaya. Ada beberapa tahapan yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan alat pelacak lokasi ini dapat bekerja dengan baik yaitu persiapan perangkat keras dan lunak yang dibutuhkan, perancangan rangkaian perangkat keras, pembuatan kode program sesuai rancangan rangkaian dan pengujian perangkat keras dan lunak. Hasil akhir dari penelitian alat pelacak lokasi ini yaitu menghasilkan informasi lokasi yang akurat, aplikasi yang sangat mudah digunakan serta komponen perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak dapat berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Pneumonia is a wet lung disease. Pneumonia is generally caused by viruses, bacteria or fungi. Not infrequently Pneumonia can cause death. The K-Nearest Neighbors method is a classification method that uses the majority value from the closest k value category. At this time people are not too worried about pneumonia because this pneumonia has symptoms like a normal cough. However, fast and accurate information from health experts is also very necessary so that pneumonia symptoms can be recognized early and how to deal with them can also be done faster. In this study, researchers will diagnose pneumonia to obtain information quickly about the symptoms of pneumonia. This information will adopt human knowledge into computers designed to solve the problem of identifying pneumonia. In this study, the K-Nearest Neighbors method will be combined with the HOG Extraction Feature to identify pneumonia more accurately. The KNN classification used is Fine KNN, Cosine KNN, and Cubic KNN. Where will be seen how the value of accuracy, precision, recall, and fi-score. The results showed that the classification could run well on the Fine KKN, Cosine KNN, and Cubic KNN methods. Fine KNN has an accuracy rate of 80.67, Cosine KNN has an accuracy rate of 84,93333, and Cubic KNN has an accuracy rate of 83,13333. Fine KNN has precision, recall and f1-score values of 0.794842, 0.923706, and 0.854442. Cosine KNN has precision, recall and f1-score values of 0.803048, 0.954039, and 0.872056. Cubic KNN has precision, recall and f1-score values of 0.73388, 0.964561, and 0.833555. From the test results, positive and negative identification of pneumonia was found to be more accurate with the Cosine KNN classification which reached 84,93333.

Abstract

Universitas medan area memiliki dosen dengan jumlah yang banyak dimana setiap dosen mengampuh matakuliah sesuai bidang keahliannya masing-masing. Setiap semesternya dosen diwajibkan membuat dokumen pengajaran seperti Silabus, RPS, Kontrak Kuliah, RPP dan kemudian diupload ke aplikasi RPS milik Universitas Medan Area untuk dinilai oleh Unit LP2MP yang memiliki tugas malakukan klasterisasi terhadap hasil pembobotan nilai dari tiap-tiap dokumen dari dosen-dosen. Hasil klasterisasi tersebut selanjutnya akan merujuk pada pemberian besaran nilai tunjangan yang di berikan kepada dosen yang membuat dan mengumpulkan dokumen-dokumen pengajaran tesebut. Untuk membantu klasterisasi digunakan algoritma K-Means Clustering adalah salah satu teknik dari data mining dengan metode clustering non hirarki didalam prosesnya berusaha mempartisi data-data yang ada ke dalam bentuk klaster. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu proses klasterisasi dengan nilai yang mendekati karakteristik menjadi lebih efektif. Ketepatan prediksi yang dilakukan oleh algortima K-means terhadap 15 data mengalami perbedaan ketepatan, hanya sebanyak 53.33% akurasi prediksi bernilai benar.

Abstract

One of the education problems in this country is the zoning policy in the new student admission system (PPDB). This is in accordance with the policy of the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) in 2016 which began with the use of zoning for the administration of national exams. Then in 2017 the zoning system was implemented for the first time in implementing PPDB, and was refined in 2018 through Permendikbud Number 14 of 2018. The first problem faced is the zoning system organized by State Junior High Schools in Medan and the Education Office which still causes unrest for the community, especially parents, where the implementation has not been carried out in a transparent manner, both the number of prospective students who have registered at the school and the scoring system based on distance, the achievement of prospective students and the transfer of parents' duties. The second problem is the system for announcing the acceptance of prospective students who have passed a certain school is not generally published. The solution offered to deal with problems that occur to partners is by transferring science and technology in the form of management information system-based applications and services to partners in the form of a new student admission information system (PPDB), training related to the use of the PPDB system, and assistance to partners. . The result of this community service program is to increase insight and knowledge of skills for partners in optimizing the use of information systems and information technology to support PPDB operational activities, improving partners' skills and abilities in using school service management applications designed to facilitate the school PPDB process and implementation of PPDB. which is organized by schools and education offices to become more transparent to the public.

Abstract

Most of the people in the Bagan area, Percut Sei Tuan Subdistrict, North Sumatra, are mostly fishermen, almost 80% of the people work as fishermen, which is done by the head of the household in the area. The Bagan area of Percut Sei Tuan District has a lot of catches of trash fish that are only thrown away by fishermen, even though the trash fish has a high protein content and can be processed into processed food such as brains, peanut butter and so on which can improve the economy of the people in Bagan. . The large number of trash fish caught by fishermen and not being utilized optimally resulted in the garbage fish only becoming waste and causing odors and diseases around the fishing community settlements in Bagan Percut, the inability of the community to turn the trash fish into processed food and be worth selling it resulted in an economic level. The fishing community has not increased, with training on how to make processed food from trash fish, training on good and proper packaging and marketing training using internet media, it is hoped that in the future fishermen families can improve their economic level for the better.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises have a big enough role for the welfare of society. This sector is able to absorb a large enough workforce and provide opportunities for SMEs to develop and compete with companies that tend to use large capital (capital intensive). The purpose of this activity is to improve aspects of marketing management that have an impact on increasing sales. The object of this activity is the clay pottery ceramics business in Wonosari Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. The main problem for partners is that partners do not focus too much on marketing management, relying more on conventional marketing systems such as ordering goods, safekeeping at the nearest store, and selling in their own stores whose position is not too strategic, causing stagnant product sales. The proposed solution is to apply management and marketing techniques for partner products using internet media such as websites and social media. The output targets of this partnership program are: 1) increasing understanding of the importance of technology to business; 2) capacity building in internet technology management; 3) increase in market absorption; 4) Improved communication skills for partners in managing websites and Social Media Marketing, namely the ability of partners to communicate products and product brands so that they have a list of regular customers on the website who have the potential to purchase products on an ongoing basis; 5) increase in partner sales turnover.
