Abstract

Analysis Teacher performance assessment is very decisive in the quality of teaching and learning, This has an effect at the high-satisfactory of college students in information the fabric provided. The problem at the time of the study was that the teacher's performance assessment did not involve students, both assessments were carried out manually by filling out the teacher's learning performance satisfaction form. Therefore, the need for a model in the assessment and the results obtained are not subjective. The development in this study applies the topsis model where the results of this model can provide recommendations for school principals in Teacher Performance Assessment. The application of this topsis model provides a solution/policy in teacher assessment by students which is seen from the ranking results in the form of superior, very good, good and unsatisfactory in the success of providing material. The purpose of this study is to facilitate, supervise, control and see the assessment of the learning performance of SMK Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe teachers in the analysis of information technology-based teacher assessment with a desktop-based topsis model. The results showed that the first rank with a value of 0.616 lia amalia, the second rank with a value of 0.614 and the third rank with a value of 0.605 on behalf of Nazaruddin. The consequences of this test are obtained from the assessment of the topsis version of the trainer's performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan model inovasi pendidikan karakter di sekolah dengan tujuan untuk menemukan model inovasi pendidikan karakter. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian literatur. Data diambil dari beberapa artikel, jurnal, dan buku Berdasarkan hasil analisis, inovasi pendidikan karakter di sekolah dapat dibagi ke dalam tiga lingkup yakni: 1) inovasi pendidikan karakter dalam proses pembelajaran; 2) inovasi pendidikan karakter dalam lingkup organisasi sekolah 3) inovasi pendidikan karakter dalam hubungan masyarakat. Rancangan inovasi pendidikan ini untuk digunakan sebagai referensi inovasi pembelajaran karakter dan tata kelola sekolah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perspektif teori etika tentang sosok warga negara yang baik. Metode utama yang digunakan untuk studi adalah analisis literatur yakni mensurvei buku, artikel ilmiah, dan sumber lain yang relevan dengan topik konsep negara dan etika. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengertian warga negara yang baik secara umum ditentukan oleh konstitusi dan corak sosial budaya suatu negara. Dalam pandangan etika teleologi warga negara yang baik adalah yang bertindak secara proaktif dan kongkrit dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara di mana hal tersebut berdampak positif bagi kepentingan diri dan negara secara umum. Dalam pandangan etika deontologi sosok warga negara yang baik adalah warga negara yang dengan kesadaran diri bisa memenuhi kewajiban sebagai warga negara sebagaimana ditegaskan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. Sedangkan menurut etika keutamaan, sosok warga negara yang baik warga negara yang berkarakter dan membiasakannya serta memiliki sikap dan perilaku moderat. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan menggali pengembangan sosok warga negara yang baik berdasarkan pendekatan etika.

Abstract

The New Student Registration Information System is a very important and digital platform designed to facilitate the process of registering new students at educational institutions. The system developed is expected to increase efficiency, transparency and accessibility in the new student registration process, while reducing administrative burden and manual data errors. Pante Bidari 2 Public Middle School in East Aceh does not yet have a full role for information technology in supporting the smooth running of school activities related to . This system is also very useful for the school, specifically the committee or teachers who are authorized to carry out the process of admitting new students so that the procedures and process for admitting new students run smoothly more effectively and efficiently. Stages in collecting observation data, literature study and conducting interviews during research activities. The aim of this research is to create a Web-based New Student Admissions Information System to make it easier for prospective students and the school in the process of registering and accepting new students. The result of this research is that you can manage new student admission data easily. The web-based New Student Admissions Information System is a technological solution designed to modernize the process of admitting new students to educational institutions. This system also supports transparency and accuracy of information related to the registration process, such as requirements, test schedules, registration fees, and graduation announcements. Implementation of this system has been proven to increase efficiency and minimize errors that often occur in manual processes, while making it easier for prospective students to register students.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadikan e-learning sebagai medium utama dalam pendidikan tinggi untuk pembelajaran dan keterlibatan akademik. Penelitian ini menelaah bagaimana akses dan partisipasi mahasiswa mencerminkan literasi kewarganegaraan digital. Pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif-analitik diterapkan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Malikussaleh, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui Digital Citizenship Scale dan pre-test/post-test. Analisis meliputi statistik deskriptif, korelasi, regresi, t-test, dan ANOVA. Hasil menunjukkan literasi kewarganegaraan digital mahasiswa berada pada tingkat menengah, dengan akses dan partisipasi digital sebagai kekuatan utama, sementara kesadaran hukum dan keamanan digital masih terbatas. Intensitas dan variasi aktivitas e-learning menjadi prediktor utama literasi, dan intervensi berbasis studi kasus efektif meningkatkan pemahaman hukum dan etika digital. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya kurikulum e-learning yang mendorong partisipasi aktif, kesadaran hukum, dan etika digital, serta menjadi dasar empiris bagi praktik pembelajaran digital yang inklusif

Abstract

This study investigates the determinants of youth digital political participation in Civic-Oriented Information Systems (COIS) within the context of digital democracy in Indonesia by extending the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) with psychopolitical variables. Although young people demonstrate high levels of internet usage, their engagement in institutional digital platforms remains relatively low, indicating a persistent gap between digital access and substantive civic participation. A quantitative explanatory design was employed, involving 214 respondents aged 17–30 selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through an online survey and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The measurement and structural models were evaluated through reliability, validity, bootstrapping (5,000 subsamples), and predictive relevance testing. The results show that Performance Expectancy is the strongest predictor of participation intention, followed by Political Self-Efficacy and Institutional Trust. Facilitating Conditions and Effort Expectancy also have significant positive effects, while Perceived Risk negatively influences participation intention. Social Influence is not statistically significant, whereas Digital Literacy significantly moderates the relationship between Performance Expectancy and Participation Intention, strengthening the effect of perceived usefulness on behavioral intention. The model explains 61.2% of the variance in participation intention (R² = 0.612), indicating strong explanatory power. The study concludes that youth participation in COIS is shaped by both technological and psychopolitical factors. It contributes theoretically by integrating psychopolitical dimensions into the UTAUT framework and offers practical implications for improving transparency, strengthening political efficacy, and reducing perceived risks in digital governance systems.
