Abstract

ABSTRAK Ibu nifas post-op sectio secaria membutuhkan proses penyembuhan yang unik, baik secara fisik maupun psikis, begitu pula dengan breastfeeding self efficacy yang baik mampu meningkatkan kemampuan ibu nifas dalam memberikan ASI eksklusif pada bayi baru lahir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat breastfeeding self efficacy ibu nifas post-op sectio secaria terhadap motivasi dalam memberikan ASI eksklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan non eksperimen, dengan 67 responden, dengan menggunakan 24 item pertanyaan yang mengukur motivasi breastfeeding scale dan 14 item Breastfeeding Self Efficacy Scale- SF, dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan korelasi positif, dimana semakin tinggi breastfeeding self efficacy maka semakin tinggi pula motivasi menyusui pada ibu nifas pasca persalinan, dengan nilai significant menunjukkan p-value <0,001. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa seorang ibu nifas post-op sectio secaria membutuhkan breastfeeding self efficacy yang tinggi untuk meningkatkan motivasi ibu dalam memberikan ASI eksklusif pada bayi baru lahir. Terpenuhinya kebutuhan nutrisi bayi baru lahir lewat ASI yang diberikan oleh ibu, mampu membantu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi dan juga mensupport hubungan emosional ibu dan anak ke arah yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Abstract The spirit of work in employees arised when the love of work is high, and it was formed because of motivation and job satisfaction in the employee, in addition to the existence of a leadership style that’s able to provide comfort to employees in work. The study's goal was to analyze nurses' leadership relationships, motivation and job satisfaction with hospital performance using the balance scorecard approach at Gatoel Mojokerto Hospital. The design of this research is crossectional analytics. These variables are leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction as independent variables and hospital performance as dependent variable. The population of this study are all nurses in Gatoel Hospital Mojokerto City as many as 138 nurses. The sample was taken with a simple random sampling technique as many as 102 respondents. The data was collected with a questionnaire instrument and tested with the rho spearman test. The results showed the p value al of independent variables showed a value = 0.00 so that the value of p value < 0.05 then this shows that there is a relationship between independent variables (leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction of nurses) with variable dependent (performance). To maximize the achievement of the implementation of balanced scorecard as part of the management control system, hospital management should not only take measurements but also look at supporting factors and obstacles in each indicator so that further efforts can be made to the existence of the main performance indicators.

Abstract

Abstract: The complexity of the challenges for nursing education makes the nursing study program think hard to produce various innovations in curriculum implementation during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to explore the strategy of the nursing undergraduate study program in implementing a nursing curriculum that is oriented to stakeholder demands during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach, using interpretive phenomenological methods. Purposive and snowball sampling was used in this study to help the researchers identify the key informant, with the criteria: ten nursing lecturers who are active in giving lectures in the COVID-19 pandemic, twenty stakeholders (among them: students, nursing clinical instructors, clinical professional nurses, users of nursing graduates) and willing to be an informant. Using semi-structured interview techniques, the data obtained is then analyzed using the interactive analysis model of Miles, Huberman & Saldana. The results found five themes, including (1) Increase collaboration with instructors from the clinic; (2) Strengthening the skills of teachers with the blended learning method; (3) Streamline the learning management system; (4) Develop community-based nursing learning during pandemic; (5) Open-effective communication with stakeholders. The effectiveness of the curriculum implementation strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic requires pro-activity from the entire academic community of the nursing study program, to produce quality nursing graduates and meet the high demands of stakeholders during the multi-crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic. The success of the nursing education curriculum system during the COVID-19 pandemic is strongly influenced by the active and positive contributions and collaborations of nursing stakeholders. Keywords: COVID-19 pandemic; curriculum strategies; nursing education; resilience; stakeholders challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan penyesuaian diri mahasiswa semester Iterhadap pembelajaran daring di tengah pandemi covid-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantiatif dengan metode survey kepada 80 responden, instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner penyesuaian diri Scheneider yang berbentuk skala likert dan terdiri dari 36 pernyataan. Hasil analisis data menggunakan chi-square menunjukkan p-value <0,001, hal ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara penyesuaian diri dengan efektifitas pembelajaran daring. Sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat penyesuaian tinggi terhadap pembelajaran daring, dan beberapa diantaranya sudah terbiasa dengan pembelajaran tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan dengan adanya kemampuan penyesuaian diri yang bervariasi diantara mahasiswa, maka perlunya inovasi dan variasi terhadap pembelajaran daring kedepannya, supaya mahasiswa tidak cepat bosan, adaptable terhadap metode pembelajaran daring, sehingga materi yang diberikan dosen sebagai fasilitator dapat tersampaikan dengan lebih baik sesuai dengan capaian pembelajaran lulusan.

Abstract

Nurse motivation is one of the factors that affect the performance of nurses. Good performance of a nurse is able to make one of the descriptions of the level of success of a hospital service, including in an effort to implement a method of professional nursing care in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between nurse performance motivation and the application of professional nursing care (MAKP) methods at Ferina Mother and Child Hospital, Surabaya. This research is non-experimental with the number of respondents 14 inpatient nurses (total sampling), the instrument used is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, with data analysis using linear regression statistical tests. The results of the linear regression test obtained significant results, namely the motivation factor with a significance value of 0.032, there was a relationship between the motivation of nursing performance on the application of professional nursing care methods. The correlation value is positive 47,551 and each increase is 12%. The results of the study show that motivation is very much needed in the performance of nurses and the implementation of professional nursing care methods, breakthroughs and special attention from management are needed to increase the motivation of nurses so that the team model of professional nursing care can be carried out optimally so that patient satisfaction with services is achieved.
