Abstract

Anak adalah anugerah yang diberikan oleh Allah kepada ummatnya. Salah satu yang perlu dikembangkan oleh orang tua dalam menstimulasi anak adalah penanaman nilai dan moral agama. Pengembangan nilai moral agama adalah pembentukan perilaku anak melalui pembiasaan yang terwujud dalam perilaku sehari-hari, hal tersebut untuk mempersiapkan anak sedini mungkin dalam mengembangkan sikap dan perilaku yang dilandasi moral agama dan pancasila. Dalam penanaman nilai moral agama terhadap anak usia dini penggunaan metode sangat berpengaruh penting. Proses penanaman nilai-nilai moral agama berlangsung dari manusia sejak lahir dilakukan oleh orang tua maupun lembaga pendidikan. Pada usia dini merupakan waktu yang sangat tepat untuk menumbuhkan nilai moral agama melalui lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan lingkungan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu pendikan dan nilai moral agama diharapkan dapat membangun potensi anak-anak sehingga terbentuk perilaku dan kemampuan dasar yang sesuai dengan moral serta menjadi warga negara yang baik ditengah masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penanaman nilai agama terhadap anak usia dini diantarnya; Metode bercakap-cakap, Metode Demonstrasi, Metode Cerita, Metode Tanya Jawab, Metode Bermain Peran. Kata Kunci: Penanaman, Nilai, Moral Agama

Abstract

Virus corona (covid-19) yang berkembang di dunia saat ini, membuat semua aktifitas tidak dapat dilakukan seperti biasa. Beberapa hal dilakukan secara virtual/daring. Virus corona yang menyebar secara masif membuat kita khawatir terhadap penyebarannya. Dengan konsep perilaku bersih dan sehat (PHBS) di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan suatu program yang dilaksanakan di lembaga PAUD, guna untuk pembiasaan berperilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dan pencegahan penyebaran virus corona. Diantara perilaku yang ditanamkan atau dibiasakan hidup bersih dan sehat di lembaga PAUD antara lain. Cuci tangan sebelum makan, membawa makanan yang bergizi, buang sampah di tempatnya, buang air besar/kecil pada tempatnya, serta berolahraga. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat, Virus Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

This research explores the human resource empowerment strategy at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 3 Kota Jambi, focusing on the efforts made to enhance the competencies of teachers and staff through training and professional development programs. The study reveals that the leadership at MAN 3 Kota Jambi has adopted a holistic approach to human resource empowerment, incorporating workshops, seminars, and skill-building activities to improve teaching quality. Additionally, the creation of a collaborative and supportive work environment and the recognition of teachers' performance are key components of the strategy. Despite challenges such as limited resources, varying skill levels among teachers, resistance to change, and time constraints, the empowerment efforts have led to significant improvements in educational quality. The research highlights the positive impact of these efforts on student learning outcomes, teacher motivation, and the overall reputation of the madrasah. However, overcoming existing challenges is essential for achieving long-term success in human resource development at the institution

Abstract

This study examines the performance of the headmaster in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Siak (MTsN 1 Siak), with a focus on leadership strategies and their impact on educational outcomes. The research emphasizes the headmaster's role in enhancing both religious and general education, empowering teachers, and providing necessary resources to improve learning experiences. Data was collected through interviews with the headmaster, teachers, and administrative staff, along with direct observations of the school's activities. The findings highlight the headmaster's efforts to implement strategic programs, such as professional development for teachers, tutoring for students, and improving school infrastructure. Despite facing challenges like limited facilities and competition from other schools, the headmaster's leadership has positively impacted student learning outcomes, teacher motivation, and the school's reputation. The study concludes that the headmaster's transformational leadership and commitment to education quality have been pivotal in driving improvements at MTsN 1 Siak.

Abstract

Education plays a pivotal role in shaping the character, intelligence, and skills of the nation’s youth, aligning with the goals of Indonesia's National Education System. This study explores the managerial competence of the head of Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Ma’arifiyah in Pelalawan Regency, focusing on the planning, organizing, implementation, and control of Islamic Education (PAI). Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Results reveal the headmaster’s critical role in enhancing PAI through effective resource management, discipline enforcement, and stakeholder engagement. Challenges include adapting to pesantren-specific needs and societal demands while integrating modern pedagogical methods. The study highlights strategies for improving teacher professionalism through training, infrastructure upgrades, and a curriculum aligned with workforce demands. The headmaster’s leadership fosters a balance of formal and non-formal education, creating a conducive learning environment. This research emphasizes the importance of managerial competence in achieving the madrasah’s vision of producing ethical, competent, and innovative graduates.
