Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis metode isolasi DNA terbaik yang sensitif mendeteksi keberadaan WSSV dengan gejala klinis tingkat serangan ringan yang menginfeksi udang vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei) dengan metode thermal lysis, lysis buffer dan Kit Wizard Genomic DNA Purification (Promega) serta amplifikasi WSSV menggunakan IQ 2000 WSSV. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei eksploratif dan analisis deskriptif.  Isolasi DNA metode Kit Wizard Genomic DNA Purification sangat sensitif dalam deteksi WSSV pada sampel udang vaname asal Karangsong dan Pangandaran dengan nilai konsentrasi DNA tertinggi (1,870 µg/µL) serta nilai kemurnian 1,671 dibanding dua metode lain. Metode isolasi DNA yang efektif dan efisien dari segi waktu dan pengerjaan dalam deteksi WSSV adalah metode lysis buffer. Hasil deteksi WSSV menunjukkan dari 12 sampel yang diuji terdapat 2 sampel udang vaname asal Pangandaran dan 1 sampel asal Karangsong terinfeksi sangat ringan dengan kit Wizard Genomic DNA Purification serta 1 sampel asal Karangsong terinfeksi ringan dengan lysis buffer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of phase one cardiac rehabilitation on the physical and psychological aspects of ACS patients. The method used is scoping review by searching for articles in several databases, namely PubMed, CINAHL, ScienceDirect and Google Scholar. The results showed that phase one cardiac rehabilitation positively affects the physical and psychological aspects of patients, especially in improving hemodynamic function, reducing levels of anxiety and depression and increasing the quality of life of ACS patients. In conclusion, cardiac rehabilitation is proven to increase functional capacity and reduce levels of anxiety and depression, which leads to a reduced risk of poor quality of life in patients with the acute coronary syndrome.
