Abstract

ABSTRACTDancing is not only a valuable cultural arts activities, but has a health value. Doing dance regularly and continuously turns a positive influence on body composition. Whether dance can be used as an alternative to achieve normal nutritional status? The aim of this study was to analyze differences in nutrient consumption of young women based extracurricular. Research conducted at SMUN Denpasar with research subjects who are still active teenage girls school at SMUN Denpasar, aged 15-18 years and followed extracurricular dance and journalism. The subjects included 131 people composed of 69 people danced and 62 journalism. The data collected is food consumption data with the recall method is then processed by a computer program then compared with adequacy. To analyze differences in the level of nutrient consumption among the dance with journalism used independent t-test or independent samples Mann Whitney test. The average consumption level of energy and carbohydrates are relatively more dancing than journalism, average consumption of protein and fat levels are relatively similar. There are differences energy consumption and carbohydrate consumption among young women who follow extracurricular dance with journalism. There is no difference protein consumption and fat consumption among young women who follow extracurricular dance with journalism. Keywords: nutrient consumption, extracurricular dance and journalism ABSTRAKMenari bukan saja aktivitas seni yang bernilai budaya, tetapi mempunyai nilai kesehatan. Melakukan gerak tari secara teratur dan berkesinambungan ternyata memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap komposisi tubuh. Apakah menari dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alternatif aktivitas fisik untuk mencapai status gizi normal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perbedaan konsumsi zat gizi  remaja putri berdasarkan ekstrakurikuler. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMUN Denpasar dengan subyek penelitian remaja putri yang masih aktif sekolah di SMUN Denpasar, berumur 15-18 tahun dan mengikuti ekstrakurikuler menari dan jurnalistik. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 131 orang terdiri dari 69 orang menari dan 62 jurnalistik. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data konsumsi makanan dengan metode recall kemudian diolah dengan program komputer selanjutnya dibandingkan dengan kecukupan. Untuk menganalisis perbedaan tingkat konsumsi zat gizi antara yang menari dengan jurnalistik digunakan uji independent t-test atau uji independen sampel Mann Withney test. Rerata tingkat konsumsi energi dan karbohidrat yang menari relatif lebih banyak daripada jurnalistik, rerata tingkat konsumsi protein dan lemak relatif  sama. Ada perbedaan tingkat konsumsi energi dan karbohidrat antara remaja putri yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler menari dengan jurnalistik. Tidak ada perbedaan tingkat konsumsi protein dan lemak antara remaja putri yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler menari dengan jurnalistik. Kata Kunci: konsumsi zat gizi, ekstrakurikuler menari dan jurnalistik

Abstract

Women workers are generally at risk of developing iron nutrient anemia, in addition to lack of iron intake into the body which is a factor that causes anemia, generally menstruating every month. Iron deficiency anemia can have an impact on female labor, among others, fatigue, effects on work productivity, and decreased immune system.The purpose of this study was to prove the relationship between the contribution of energy, protein, Fe, vitamin C and folic acid lunch with hemoglobin levels in women workers at the Tjampuhan Ubud hotel.This study used a cross sectional study design with a sample of 40 people. Data collection included Hb levels using secondary data. Data on the contribution of energy, protein, Fe, vitamin C and folic acid were obtained using Google Form, assisted with 2x24 hour recall method and processed using the 2007 Nutrition Survey program. To find out the relationship between the contribution of energy, protein, Fe, vitamin C and folic acid lunch with hemoglobin levels used Pearson correlation statistics test.There is no significant relationship between the contribution of energy, protein, Fe, vitamin C and folic acid lunch with hemoglobin levels (p0.05) at Tjampuhan Hotel Ubud.

Abstract

Indonesia experiences multiple nutritional problems, namely the problem of malnutrition and over nutrition problems. This study aims to determine nutritional status and physical fitness based on game activities. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 8 Dauh Puri. This type of research is an observational study with a cross sectional design. The study sample was students in grades 4 and 5 who followed traditional games and who followed modern games. The sample size is 44 people. Nutritional Status Data was collected by measuring body weight and height and then calculating BMI and Z-Score to get nutritional status. Physical fitness data was collected by a multi-stage run test (Bleep Test), then compared to normal then categorized as good, sufficient, or lacking. Data types of games are collected by distributing questionnaires and then filled out by students. The results showed that students had more physical fitness (52.3%), and more had normal nutritional status (47.8%). Most of the student (63.6%) followed modern games. The average VO2max value of students with norma nutrition status was 33.63 ± 5.03 ml / kg / minute. The average VO2max of student participating in the modern game is 32.33 ± 5.34 ml / kg / minute. The average Z-Score of student who follow the modern game is 1.44 ± 1.35 SD.

Abstract

PERBEDAAN TINGKAT KONSUMSI ZAT GIZI MAKRO,TINGKAT KONSUMSI SERAT, AKTIVITAS FISIK BERDASARKAN KEJADIAN OBESITAS PADA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 1 UBUD   ABSTRAK Obesitas adalah ketidakseimbangan jumlah energi yang masuk dengan yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh. Obesitas disebabkan oleh kurangnya aktivitas fisik, tingginya asupan zat gizi makro dan kurangnya asupan serat. Prevalensi obesitas pada anak sekolah semakin lama menunjukkan kenaikan yang signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat konsumsi zat gizi makro, tingkat konsumsi serat, aktivitas fisik berdasarkan kejadian obesitas pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Ubud. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Besar sampel sebanyak 94 orang dengan usia 9-12 tahun. Ada perbedaan tingkat konsumsi zat gizi makro (energi, protein, lemak, karbohidrat) berdasarkan kejadian obesitas (p0.05). Tidak ada perbedaan tingkat konsumsi serat dengan kejadian obesitas (p0.05). Ada perbedaan aktivitas fisik dengan kejadian obesitas (p0.05). Kata Kunci : Zat Gizi makro, serat, aktivitas fisik, obesitas DIFFERENCE OF MACRO NUTRITIONAL CONSUMPTION LEVELS,FIBER CONSUMPTION LEVELED, PHYSICAL ACTIVITIESBASED ON OBESITY EVENTS IN SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 1 UBUD   ABSTRACT Obesity was an imbalance in the amount of energy entering with what was needed by the body.  Obesity was caused by lack of physical activity, high macro nutrient intake and lack of fiber intake.  The prevalence of obesity in school children shows a significant increase.  This studied aims to determine the differences in the leveled of macro nutrient consumption, fiber consumption leveled, physical activity based on the incidence of obesity in students of Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Ubud.  This typed of researched was observational with a cross-sectional design.  The sample size was 94 people aged 9-12 years.  There were differences in the leveled of consumption of macro nutrients (energy, protein, fat, carbohydrates) based on the incidence of obesity (p 0. 05).  There was no difference in the leveled of fiber consumption with the incidence of obesity     (p 0. 05).  There were differences in physical activity with the incidence of obesity (p 0. 05) Keywords: substances of macro nutrition, fiber, physical activity, obesity

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is one of the degenerative diseases whose sufferers continue to increase every year. One characteristic of Diabetes Mellitus is an increase in blood glucose beyond normal. Several factors can affect the increase in blood glucose, such as : age, genetic, physical activity and consumption of carbohydrate. The purpose of this research is to find the relation between level consumption of carbohydrates and physical activity with blood glucose levels the elderly at Beraban Village, Tabanan. The kind of research is observational by cross-sectional design.  The amounts of sample are 91 people. Data of carbohydrate consumption levels were collected by the 2 X 24-hour record method, data of physical activity were collected by through interviews using physical activity forms, data of blood glucose levels were collected by taking blood using the Easy Touch GCU tool. Data was processed by Spearman Rank Correlation statistical analysis. Result of this research indicates that 60,4% of sample having less carbohydrate consumption, 63,7% having very mild physical activity and 92,3% having normal blood glucose levels. There is no correlation between the level consumption of carbohydrate and blood glucose levels (p 0,05). There was no correlation between physical activity and blood glucose levels (p 0,05).Keywords: Consumption of Carbohydrates, Physical Activity, Blood Glucose.

Abstract

Students participate in a lot of activities at school, so to support the implementation of school and extracurricular activities it is necessary to have a good nutritional status for students, energy consumption as needed, and maintain nutritional status by doing sports. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the level of energy consumption, exercise habits and nutritional status based on extracuriculler type of students in Senior High School No 1 Sukawati. This type of research is observational with a cross-sectional design. The research site at State Senior High School No 1 Sukawati with a large sample was 75 people. Sampling was done using the Purposive Sampling method. Energy consumption level data is collected with 2x24 hour recall. Data on exercise habits were collected using a questionnaire. Data nutritional status were collected by anthropometric measurements. Analysis of differences with the Independent t-test. The results showed that the level energy consumption of basketball group and group of Paskibra that is there was no significant difference in the level of energy consumption of students. Then the sports habits of  basketball group and group of Paskibra there are no significant differences in students's sports habits. While the nutritional status of basketball group and group of Paskibra there are no significant differences in student’s nutritional status.Keywords: Energy consumption level, nutritional status,exercise.

Abstract

In general fitness is a series of one's ability to do specific physical activities. Eating patterns before, during and after exercise requires food both in terms of quantity, quality, variety and strategy. The purpose of this study was to determine eating patterns before, during and after exercise and physical fitness of takraw athletes at the Takraw Football Association of Bangli Regency. This type of research is observational with a cross sectional study design and 24 samples were taken. The data taken include eating patterns collected form recall, physical fitness by measuring VO2 max using a multi-stage run test (bleep test). The data obtained is processed according to the type of data and research objectives. Data analysis using frequency distribution tables and cross tables and then described descriptively. The linkage of physical fitness based on the type of food before exercise are mostly in the inappropriate category (83,33%), the linkage of physical fitness based on protein consumption are mostly below average (83,33%) and the linkage of physical fitness based on the meal times before exercises are mostly in the inappropriate categories (77,78%). The linkage of physical fitness based on the type of food after exercise are mostly in the appropriate category (88,89%), the linkage of physical fitness based on fat consumption are mostly below average (83,33%) and the linkage of physical fitness based on mealtime after exercise are mostly in the appropriate category (88,89%). Conclusion there is a tendency of distribution of physical fitness based on the type of meal before exercise and meal time before exercise.Keywords: physical fitness, diet, sepak takraw

Abstract

The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is an index to determine the level of overall customer satisfaction with an approach that considers the importance of the product or service attributes being measured. One of the factors that determine customer satisfaction is the consumers perception of service quality which focuses on five service dimensions, are Responsiveness, Reliability, Empathy, Tangible and Assurance. The type of research that will be carried out is an observational research type with a cross sectional research design and descriptive analysis. The population of this study were all foreign patients who were hospitalized at the BIMC Kuta Special Surgery Hospital, Badung Regency, and the sample from this study was part of the population who had the following criteria, patients who were treated for at least 1 day and received regular food, man and women over the age of 18 years, are willing to be research subjects by filling out the informed consent and the patient is conscious and able to communicate. Based on the 26 samples studied, overall the patients stated that they were good with the presentation of food provided by the hospital, namely with an index of 3,412 where if this value was percentage it was already above the standard hospital satisfaction value of 85%. This is in accordance with the results of the feed back form given from the hospital to patients where in May 2021 it showed a good satisfaction value with food presentation, which was 85%.   Keywords : Customer Satisfaction Index, food presentation

Abstract

Hypertension is a disorder in the blood vessels that causes the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the body's tissues to be blocked. Low intake of calcium and magnesium and physical activity are factors in hypertension. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in hypertension status based on the ratio of calcium and magnesium intake and physical activity in adults in the work area of Buleleng III Health Center. This type of observational research with cross sectional design. The sample size was 40 people without hypertension and 40 people with hypertension. Using the Mann Whitney Test to analyze differences. The results obtained with hypertension status are 95% calcium intake in the low category, 92.5% consume low magnesium, 75% do not match the calcium: magnesium intake ratio, and 90% are in the low physical activity category. From the Mann Whitney Test obtained differences in hypertension status based on calcium intake (p = 0,000), magnesium (p = 0,000) and physical activity (p = 0,000), while differences in hypertension status based on calcium: magnesium intake ratio obtained p = 0.003 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that there are differences in hypertension status based on the ratio of calcium and magnesium intake and physical activity in adults in the work area of Buleleng III Health Center.Keywords: Hypertension Status, Ratio of Calcium and Magnesium Intake, Physical Activity
