Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of electronic word of mouth on purchase decisions with the brand image as an intervening variable on customers of Scarlett whitening in Shopee. The population in this study was Scarlett consumers who made purchases on the Shopee application. 100 respondents were selected by a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique in this study uses a scale range and path analysis. The process of data analysis was performed with SPSS 26.0. The result showed that electronic word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Scarlett whitening in Shopee. Electronic word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on the brand image of Scarlett whitening. The brand image had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Scarlett whitening in Shopee.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of workload and job satisfaction on the performance of outsourced employees at PT Tema Wadah Lestari, Malang Regency partially and simultaneously. The research conducted is research using quantitative methods. The research population was 75 employees at PT Tema Wadah Lestari, Malang Regency. Sample determination using the saturated sample method so that the entire population was used as a research sample of 75 respondents. The data collection technique used by researchers is questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of the study proved that workload has a significant effect on outsourced employee performance and job satisfaction has a significant effect on outsourced employee performance. The results of the study simultaneously (together) proved that workload and job satisfaction had a significant effect on the performance of outsourced employees at PT Tema Wadah Lestari, Malang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Service Quality, Price, and Electronic Word of Mouth on Visit Intention (a study of potential tourists at Selecta Recreation Park). The population in this study was someone who had never visited Selecta Recreation Park, with a sample of 200 respondents. The characteristics of the respondents are prospective tourists who are in Malang Raya and have never visited Selecta Recreation Park but know Selecta Recreation Park from Social Media Instagram, aged 17-40 years. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. This research was conducted from June to July 2023 by distributing online questionnaires via Google Form. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression, t test, and dominant test. The results of this study conclude that Service Quality, Price, and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) have a positive and significant effect on Visit Intention. E-WOM has a dominant influence on Visit Intention.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of Somethinc products which are relatively new, but these products are able to compete with products that have long been in the market share. These good sales indicate a high purchase intention from consumers in Somethinc products so it can be formulated in this study that how consumers have purchase intention in Somethinc products amid the phenomenon of intense competition based on brand image, perceived product quality, and perceived price. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, perceived product quality, and perceived price on purchase intention in Somethinc consumers in Malang City. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 152 Somethinc consumers in Malang City, especially in Lowokwaru District by distributing questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that Brand Image, Product Quality and have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention.
