Abstract

Anak asuh memerlukan adanya suatu bimbingan untuk dapat mengembangkan self esteemnya. Apabila kebutuhan harga diri mereka dapat terpenuhi secara memadai, maka mereka akan memperoleh sukses dalam menampilkan perilaku sosialnya, tampil dengan kayakinan diri (self-confidence) dan merasa memiliki nilai dalam lingkungan sosialnya. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan  self esteem tersebut maka diperlukan beberapa intervensi dengan berbagai bentuk seperti dukungan sosial, kognitif dan behavioral, bimbingan atau konseling kelompok, kebugaran fisik dan strategi spesifik lainnya. Hasil analisis  data menggunakan SPSS for Windows versi 16, diperoleh t hitung sebesar -6,68 dan signifikansi 0,000. Berdasarkan data di atas, maka kriteria uji hipotesis terpenuhi yaitu t hitung > t tabel sebesar -6,68 > 1,69 dan taraf signifikansi atau p < 0,05 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan pemahaman nilai-nilai qanaah melalui diskusi kelompok berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan self esteem anak asuh di Panti Asuhan Nurul Haq. Kata Kunci : Qanaah, Diskusi kelompok, Self Esteem

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peran orang tua dalam pengembangan membaca permulaan pada anak usia dini anak kelompok B di RA Al-Hidayah Pasir Jaya Kota Tangerang. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi karena sebagian besar orang tua masih banyak yang mengles kan atau tidak mampu untuk mengajari anak nya dalam hal membaca permulaan. Dalam penelitian ini keterlibatan orangtua dilihat dari penyediaan fasilitas, kualitas interaksi yang dilakukan dan kebiasaan orangtua/keluarga. Metode penelitian ini metode kualitatif (studi kasus) teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara langsung, dan observasi. Dalam penelitian ini data yang diperoleh merupakan data kualitatif yaitu data yang bersifat narasi deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 8 dari 12 orang tua masih banyak yang belum berperan langsung untuk perkembangan anaknya, mereka justru lebih senang jika anak di leskan atau diajarkan oleh orang lain dalam hal membaca. Selain itu juga ada orang tua yang justru mereka sendirilah yang mengajarinya, karena menurut pendapatnya peran orang tua sangat penting untuk perkembangan anaknya kelak. Dan dampak yang akan timbul jika seorang anak sudah di paksa untuk belajar membaca sejak dini akan mengalami mental hectic (merasa tidak tenang, tertekan, cepat bosan, tidak focus) dan menyebabkan motivasi belajarnya menurun. Cara-cara yang bersahabat seperti bermain bersama, intonasi yang lembut dan sebagainya juga merupakan hal yang dapat menjaga mood anak dalam proses perkembangannya.

Abstract

Woman is a figure who often get second class predicate, because deemed not have ability as men. Women are deemed incompetent in their career because of their basic nature. While career is the right of every individual is no exception women, and this does not violate the principle of the creation of women. The direction of women's career development should be tailored to the nature and character of women who are known to be feminine. One of the career development and decision-making efforts is through a career counseling service with Trait and Factor approach carried by Frank Parson. This effort is done so that women can still work in accordance with the nature and nature of the basic that has, so it can complement the role of men.

Abstract

Ecological intelligence is very important for elementary school students to have as a provision to be able to utilize nature for their survival today and in the future. Elementary school teachers play an important role in instilling ecological intelligence in students through the application of appropriate and contextual learning models. One of the appropriate learning models is the problem-based learning model. This study aims to (1) describe the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model to increase students' ecological intelligence. (2) describe the improvement of students' ecological intelligence with the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in thematic learning. (3) describe students' responses to the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. This research uses a quantitative approach with a form of classroom action research (PTK). The subjects of this study were fifth grade students at SD Negeri Keberak, Belimbing Hulu District, Melawi Regency, totaling 23 people. The data collection tools used consisted of test questions, teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets, as well as teacher interview sheets and student interview sheets. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative analysis and descriptive statistics. Descriptive statistical analysis is used to analyze quantitative data, while qualitative descriptive analysis is used to analyze qualitative data. The results of this study showed that: (1) cycle I student activity with an average of 66.5% (good category) and cycle II of 96.5% (very good category). (2) the percentage of classical completeness of ecological intelligence in cycle I was 73.91% (good category) the percentage of classical completeness in cycle II was 95.65% (very good category). The conclusion of this study is that the increase in ecological intelligence of students in thematic learning increases with the use of problem-based learning models.

Abstract

The role of literature is very important for students because of the positive impact it has on their academic and personal development, including the improvement of their critical thinking skills. Students will learn to analyze storylines, characters, and themes, as well as evaluate different perspectives and meanings in a text. Literary education can also enrich vocabulary and language skills. Reading a variety of literary genres expands students' vocabulary and improves their ability to understand and use language effectively. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of literature and the development of language skills of grade II students of Lontar Baru State Elementary School in the 2024/2025 school year. In this study, literature review methodology was used, and narrative literature review was chosen as the model. This narrative report analyses and summarizes data from various journals. This research employed a qualitative methodology using secondary data from relevant journals. The researcher used descriptive analysis techniques to collect, identify, organize and analyze the various data found. The results of the study highlighted the role of intensive reading programs in school literacy programs, the use of technology in literary education, interactive learning methods and children's language skills training in the form of special training. This indicates teacher development.

Abstract

Studi kelayakan bisnis merupakan langkah penting dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi dan pengembangan usaha yang bertujuan untuk menilai apakah sebuah bisnis layak untuk dijalankan atau dikembangkan. Penelitian ini mengkaji konsep, metode, dan implementasi studi kelayakan bisnis melalui pendekatan studi pustaka atau literature review. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pencarian, seleksi, dan analisis kritis terhadap literatur dari jurnal, buku, dan artikel ilmiah yang relevan dan terpercaya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa studi pustaka dapat memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai aspek-aspek kelayakan bisnis seperti pasar, teknis, finansial, hukum, dan manajemen, serta metode yang sering dipakai dalam analisis kelayakan bisnis. Namun, studi pustaka memiliki keterbatasan dalam hal data primer dan kontekstualisasi yang spesifik sehingga perlu dikombinasikan dengan metode penelitian lain untuk hasil yang lebih akurat. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa studi pustaka merupakan dasar penting bagi pelaku usaha dan peneliti untuk mengambil keputusan strategis yang tepat dan adaptif. Saran untuk penelitian berikutnya adalah mengembangkan studi kelayakan bisnis yang lebih interdisipliner dengan memasukkan aspek keberlanjutan dan inovasi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of contextual learning on students’ learning motivation in Indonesian language learning for second-grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Salafiyah 1 Kauman. Contextual learning is an instructional approach that connects learning materials with students’ real-life experiences, which is expected to increase their engagement and learning motivation. This study employed a quantitative approach with an experimental research design. The subjects of the study were second-grade MI students divided into an experimental class and a control class. Data were collected through learning motivation questionnaires and classroom observations during the learning process. The collected data were analyzed using statistical techniques to determine differences in learning motivation between the two groups. The results indicate that contextual learning has a positive and significant effect on students’ learning motivation in Indonesian language learning. Students who were taught using contextual learning showed higher learning motivation than those who were taught using conventional learning methods. Therefore, contextual learning can be considered an alternative instructional strategy to enhance students’ learning motivation at the elementary or Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level.

Abstract

Constructivism learning theory places learners as active subjects in constructing knowledge through learning experiences, social interactions, and reflection on their surroundings. This approach views learning not as a passive process of receiving information, but as an active process of constructing meaning based on the prior knowledge possessed by learners. This paper aims to comprehensively examine the development and definition of constructivist learning theory, its main principles and characteristics, and its implications in the learning process, particularly in the context of primary education. The writing method used is a literature study by analyzing various literature sources in the form of textbooks, scientific journal articles, and other relevant references related to constructivism theory. The results of the study show that constructivist learning emphasizes learner-centered learning, where knowledge is not transferred directly by the teacher but is constructed through a process of assimilation and accommodation. In this approach, teachers act as facilitators who design a conducive learning environment so that students are able to build understanding independently and through social interaction. The application of constructivist learning has been proven to encourage the development of critical thinking, problem solving, cooperation, and meaningful learning. Therefore, constructivist learning theory is relevant to be applied in modern learning as an effort to improve the quality of the learning process and outcomes of students.

Abstract

Social emotional development in early childhood is an important foundation for children's psychological and social functioning in later stages of development. This process is greatly influenced by the quality of interactions within the family environment, including the level and quality of the father's involvement in parenting. Although various studies show that fathers play a significant role in shaping children's emotional regulation, independence, and social competence, studies that systematically integrate the role of fathers within the framework of psychosocial and sociocultural development theory are still relatively limited. This study aims to critically analyze the role of fathers in shaping the emotions and socialization of early childhood based on the perspectives of Erik Erikson's psychosocial development theory and Lev Vygotsky's sociocultural theory. This study uses a qualitative approach with a Literature Study Review (LSR) method of reputable national and international journal articles, academic books, and scientific proceedings published in the period 2020–2025. The data were analyzed through thematic synthesis and conceptual analysis. The results of the study show that consistent, responsive, and supportive father involvement contributes significantly to the development of emotional regulation, self-confidence, social initiative, and adaptive social interaction skills in children. These findings confirm the relevance of Erikson and Vygotsky's theories and provide theoretical and practical implications for the development of family parenting patterns and early childhood education policies that encourage optimal father involvement.

Abstract

This study is grounded in the issue of low student discipline and learning motivation in elementary schools, which requires teachers to apply more effective and context-based instructional strategies. The purpose of this research is to describe how teachers utilize social learning theory to enhance students’ discipline and motivation, as well as to analyze the impact of these strategies on classroom behavior and student engagement. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation involving teachers and students. The findings show that teacher strategies integrating modeling, positive reinforcement, and collaborative learning successfully create a more conducive learning environment. The use of teacher and peer role models was found to increase compliance with classroom rules, while the provision of positive feedback encouraged students to participate more enthusiastically in learning activities. Moreover, socially interactive learning helped students develop confidence and active engagement. The implications of this study affirm that social learning theory can serve as a strong foundation for teachers to design strategies that promote positive behavior and intrinsic motivation, making it highly relevant for integration into daily classroom practice.
