Abstract

Hospital health services today undergo a fundamental change, namely to become a business entity with several strategic business units that require handling with the right management concept. In order to be able to sell services that are in accordance with market conditions. The purpose of the study is to find out the patient segmentation and the reasons for patients visiting the hospital and the interest of patients returning to the Banyuwangi Hospital. The research design was Cross Sectional. The population is all inpatients. The sample size is 144 respondents using Simple Random sampling technique. Independent variable is Segmentation. The dependent variable is the reason for the patient to visit and the interest in revisiting. Data were collected using a questionnaire, data were analyzed using logistic regression test (α ≤ 0.05). The results showed that the largest segmentation variable, namely the marital status variable did not affect the interest in revisiting (p = 0.849), and the residential variable did not affect the interest in revisiting (p = 0.698). Whereas the reason for visiting the biggest variable, namely the price variable does not affect the interest in revisiting (p = 0.628), the place variable does not affect the interest in revisiting (p = 0.531), and the people variable does not affect re-interest (p = 0.722). Segmentation and patient reasons have no effect on interest in revisiting. The quality of service at the hospital must provide satisfying and attractive services to attract patients to return to visit

Abstract

Hospitals are required to always improve the quality of service provided to patients. These challenges have forced the hospital to develop its ability to manifest in various aspects of health care quality responsible. One of them by applying the assessment and early detection in patients kegawatan as well as the critical state of activation becomes very important. Quick and proper response to a nurse against the worsening conditions of patients giving a great impact to the quality of the quality of service provided. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of Early Warning systems (EWSS) Score against AvLOS and trust patients in Inpatient installation at Jombang General Hospitals. The research design was analytic observational with a quantitative approach. Research variables i.e. implementation of EWSS as independent variables. AvLos and trust patients as the dependent variable. The population of this entire research nurses in Inpatient installation at Jombang General Hospitals as much as 135 nurses, patients and families of patients who are being treated in Inpatient installation at Jombang General Hospitals Jombang. Samples taken with the cluster random sampling technique as much as 101 respondents. Data is collected with instruments ceklist and processed in coding, editing, tabulating and scoring as well as tested with logistics regression test. Logistic regression results indicate that partially and simultaneously show that the value of p values < 0.05 so that there were the implementation of Early Warning systems (EWSS) Score against AvLOS and trust of the patient, and the simultaneous influence of 83.2%. The existence of implementation of EWSS in patients with good then early detection and response officers can be done in a proper and effective against the condition and the healing of patients and can shorten the day care patients, so that it can affect the confidence and trust family and patient in receiving health services in the hospital

Abstract

Occupational health and safety is a component of the hospital that must be considered by the hospital. The purpose of his research was to find out related to the occurrence of work accidents based on knowledge of occupational safety and health and the behavior of workers at the Muhammadiyah Hospital. The sampling technique was done by proportional cluster random sampling with a cross sectional approach. The population of all employees working at the Muhammadiyah Hospital. The independent variable is knowledge of occupational safety and health and worker behavior, the dependent variable is work accident, the data is collected by being analyzed by logistic regression test. The results showed that there was an effect of occupational safety and health knowledge on the incidence of workplace accidents (significant value = 0.002 <0.05), there was an influence of behavior on the incidence of workplace accidents (significant value = 0.004 <0.05. all aspects of occupational safety and health, and it is recommended that workers comply with the operationalstandards of occupational safety and health procedures at the Muhammadiyah Hospital

Abstract

Early Breastfeeding Initiation a process of letting the baby's skin contact with the mother's skin for 1 hour, until the baby can suckle itself, Implementation of Early Breastfeeding Initiation, followed by exclusive breastfeeding, can reduce infant mortality, while the baby can grow more optimally and with quality. The low achievement of exclusive breastfeeding in Malang, especially in Puskesmas Ngantang, which is 49.1% is influenced by many factors. This study aims to analyze the influence, Early Breastfeeding Initiation, Husband Support, Mother's Live Status, and Mother's Motivation towards Exclusive Breastfeeding Breastfeeding Patterns, in the working area of ​​Ngantang Health Center in Malang Regency. This research uses quantitative analysis, using retrospective observation, and the Random sampling technique. Respondents were 151 nursing mothers whose babies were 6-12 months old. The location of the study was conducted in 13 villages in the Work Area of ​​the Ngantang Community Health Center, in February 2020. Results of the analysis of Early Breastfeeding Initiation (p = 0.352), Maternal Residence Status (p = 0.378), Husband Support (p = 0.872), had no significant effect about breastfeeding, only maternal motivation is influential (p = 0.026) Exclusive breastfeeding is indeed very difficult to do, many factors are needed for achieving exclusive breastfeeding, support from all parties is needed especially, great motivation from mothers to provide exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

Background: Ngantang Public Health Center, being a public health center, always tries to apply minimum service standards. Services provided are a form of effort organized to meet community needs. Purpose: The research objective was to explore customer perceptions about the quality of buildings, equipment, human resources at Public Health Center Ngantang. Methodhs: The design used in this research is a qualitative descriptive study with a case study design, which describes customer perceptions about infrastructure; quality of buildings, equipment, human resources at the Public Health Center Ngantang. The sampling technique of this research is purposive sampling technique. The informants in this study consisted of 21 people, namely 5 BPJS PBI, 5 General, 5 Independent BPJS and 6 patient companions as triangulation informants. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Results: The results of the research on customer perceptions about the Public Health Center Ngantang building are the contours of lands prone to landslides, adequate parking facilities, unsafe security facilities, building components and materials are good enough, facilities for persons with disabilities and the elderly are incomplete, consumables are not yet available, furniture is less structured, human resources or labor lack of sympathy and empathy. Conclusion: By conducting this research, it can be used as a reference for Public Health Center Ngantang in improving the quality of infrastructure. consumables are not yet available, water furniture is less structured, human resources or labor lack sympathy and empathy. Abstract

Di Indonesia, kelompok yang rentan untuk mengabaikan hak-hak kesehatan reproduksi remaja di mana organ reproduksi rentan terhadap infeksi. seks bebas adalah salah satu masalah yang berkaitan erat dengan remaja, karena terjadinya perkembangan seksual yang mendorong remaja untuk mulai mencoba sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan perilaku seksual. Salah satu faktor yang mendorong untuk melakukan seks bebas adalah kurangnya pengetahuan tentang seksual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan pengaruh pengetahuan seks bebas lagi pencegahan kehamilan di siswa kelas XI di SMAN 3 Nganjuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian observasional analitik pendekatan cross sectional. Di mana populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 311 students. Sampel sebanyak 75 siswa yang diambil dengan menggunakan cluster sampling. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini wasthe pengetahuan seks bebas di kelas XI, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah perilaku pencegahan kehamilan di kelas XI. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik Spearman Rho. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji statistik Spearman Rho di ? = 0,05 diperoleh koefisien korelasi adalah 0,168 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,149. Hasil ini berarti bahwa tidak ada efek pada perilaku seks perilaku pengetahuan againtspreventation gratis pregrancy di siswa kelas XI di SMAN 3 Nganjuk. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 38 siswa memiliki pengetahuan tentang kategori sedang dan 37 siswa juga telah melakukan kategori sedang.

Abstract

The loss of one or more parts of a physical body that cannot functionproperly can affect a person's psyche and psychology, allowing anegative self-concept to arise. The purpose of this study was todetermine the Influence of Self-Concept and Self-Independence on theBehavior of Disabled Groups Who Conduct Plastic Waste RecyclingBusinesses.The research design is cross-sectional study, respondents were takenusing the Simple Random Sampling technique. The population of allpeople with disabilities is 74 people, the sample is 61 respondents.Independent variables are self-concept and self-independence in peoplewith disabilities, dependent variables are recycling behavior of plasticwaste, the results are analyzed using the Ordinal Regression test.The results of the study showed that the majority of respondents had agood self-concept, namely 33 respondents (54.1%), the majority ofrespondents were independent in carrying out activities, namely 42respondents (68.9%), almost half of the respondents had good behaviorin carrying out activities.recyclerubbishwhich is 29 respondents(47.5%). The results of the statistical test show a p value = 0.020 forself-concept so that H1 is accepted which means that there is aninfluence of self-concept on the behavior of groups of people withdisabilities who carry out plastic waste recycling efforts and a p value =0.030 for self-independence so that H1 is accepted which means thatthere is an influence of self-independence on the behavior of groups ofpeople with disabilities who carry out plastic waste recycling efforts.Self-concept and self-independence influence the behavior of groups ofpeople with disabilities who carry out plastic waste recycling efforts,where the higher the self-concept and the more independent peoplewith disabilities are in carrying out activities, the better the behavior ofcarrying out plastic waste recycling efforts.

Abstract

Many people take advantage of the BPJS program me as an alternative to the issue of health care expenses using the cost insurance system so light. The problem is because of the patients who experienced delay paying premium / dues BPJS every month so that can not take advantage of health services. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of health service utilization with the compliance of paying premium on the independent BPJS participants who seek treatment in Unit In Dr Iskak Tulungagung Hospital. The design of this study was observational with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all patients of independent BPJS who treated in Unit In Dr. Iskak Tulungagung Hospital on average monthly number of 2500 patients. The sample is part of the population that is 80 respondents with accidental sampling technique. The data that have been collected is processed by chi square statistic test with significance α = 0,05. The results showed that from 80 respondents, most of respondents use BPJS service, that is 49 respondents (61,2%) and most of respondent pay BPJS premium regularly, that is 48 respondent (60,0%). The result of chi square test analysis obtained p-value = 0,005 (<0,05) which means reject H0 and accept H1 so that there is relation of health service utilization with compliance pay premium to participant of BPJS independent in Unit In Dr Iskak Tulungagung. Utilization of health services BPJS maximally will provide optimal health benefits that will make respondents realize the importance of paying premiums regularly in order to take advantage of health services.

Abstract

Hospitals that are accredited are a tool to measure the performance of hospitals. The design of this study was qualitative using purposive sampling snowball with the research focus directed at analyzing the performance of midwives at RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan after hospital accreditation. With a sample of 7 people and triangulation of 3 people. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in general the performance development of midwives after hospital accreditation has not increased, but the regulations applied at the hospital, for example patient visiting hours have not been fulfilled. The number of midwives is large, but the problem is the use of midwives who are not in accordance with their main duties, for example delivery rooms for supervisors 2, then skilled midwives 4, skilled midwives 16.
