The sampling technique used Total Sampilng by sample as much 35 providers. Data analysis technique using linear regression. The results showed that 17.6% provider had an excellent perception about capitation system and 82.4% had agood enoughperception, as many as 70.6% provider were satisfied and 29.4% were not satisfied with capitation system. Results of analysis using linear regersi showed that p-value = 0.000 <α = 0.05, so H0 is rejected, meaning that perception significantly affect satisfaction. Provider satisfaction in this case is Health Facilities of First Level need to be considered because it will impact provision of services to patients, which indirectly will give satisfaction to patients BPJS with services provided by doctors, dentists and clinics or to system on the Agency Organizer Social Security Health in Kediri City

Abstract

Patients with hemodialysis therapy have uncertainty as to how long hemodialysis is required and should accept the fact that therapy is needed throughout life. Because it appears anxiety response, rejection and anger. ESRD patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy, require support from the family. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of family support and economic status with depressed ESRD patients who underwent hemodialysis therapy <1 year. The design of this research is descriptive correlation with cross sectional research method, by using simple random sampling technique with the number of samples of 47 ESRD patients who are undergoing hemodialysis at Gatoel Hospital Mojokerto. The Research done in April 2017. The results obtained most of the respondents have economic ability Above the Provincial Minimum Wage of 27 respondents (57.4%). Most of the respondents stated that they received good family support in 30 categories (63,8%) and most of respondents had light depression 24 respondents (51,1%). Based on statistical test of spearman's rho with significance level α 0,05 obtained result (r) = 0,462 meaning bigger than value signifikansi (0,462> 0,05) hence H1 rejected which mean there is no significant relation between economic status with depression level In ESRD patients and Spearman's rho statistical test results obtained significance value 0.000 <0.05 which means there is a significant relationship between family support with depression levels in ESRD patients. The economic level does not affect depression because the cost of hemodialysis therapy all respondents is covered by health insurance, whereas family support has a positive influence where the better the family support the lighter the depression level in ESRD patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy

The dynamics of the health problems facing the community is very diverse from various aspects can be seen overall demen Bio Social Sepiritual Neorologis. The type of research used in this research is observational analysis is a method of research conducted with the observations of behaviour, to create a picture of a State specific populations that are systematic and accurate. Observational research is research that explores how and why the quality management is correlated against the results, then do the analisia dynamics of the correlation between the factors that affect the accuracy of those results. In this study using a research korelasional that can be interpreted as a process of systematic investigation to find out the relationship between two or more variables (Sulistyaningsih). Statistics Regression test on logistics, obtained significant value of 0.00 (value p), valued at p = α = 0.05 0.00 < → HO is rejected, meaning that there is a correlation, laboratory management implementation and the level of accuracy of the inspection results HI Classification indicates the value of the overall percentage of 97.4%, which means that the accuracy of these studies amounted to 97.4%. This is because nearly all Clinics and Ngunut Campurdarat shows results as SOP by 25% (29 respondents), 18.97% of clinics Ngantru results (22 respondents). Meanwhile Clinics Simo 15.52% result (18 respondents) the results as SOP and 9.48% (11 respondents) the results is not appropriate.

The population of 112 person was taken at the oral surgery clinic of RSGMP IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri from 18 January to 18 February 2018. All the respondents were observed and examined from preparation of tooth extraxtion to control. The sampling technique used is Random Sampling by lottery technique By using Slovin formula, error rate of 2% obtained 107 samples. The result of multiple linear correlation analysis was obtained by equipment patient safety (0) (p-value = 0,000 <α = 0,05), place extraction patient safety (X2) (p-value = 0,000 <α = 0,05) (p = 0,401> α = 0,05) post-extraction instruction (X4) (p = 0,007 <α = 0,05). There is significant influence of patient safety of equipment (X1), place extraction patient safety (X2 and tooth extraction instruction, while tooth-extraction operator (X3) ) (p-value = 0.401> α = 0.05) had no significant effect on post-tooth extraction infection.R square value of 38 , 5%, means that the influence of the 4 variables is 38.5%, and the rest explained other variables that are not studied in this study. It is found that post-tooth extraction infection after the control is 17.8% .The most dominant influence is place extraction variable.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that support the development of toddlers in the families of PBI BPJS participants in Balongrejo Village. The research design uses Cross sectional. The study population was all toddler in the BPJS PBI family in Ds. Balongrejo. With a sample of 106 respondents using the Simple Random sampling technique. Independent variables were nutritional status, food intake, infectious disease and knowledge. Dependent variable development of toddlers. The instrument uses questionnaire sheets and observation sheets, analyzed using Ordinal Regression test The results of the study are based on the ordinal regression test simultaneously all variables affect the development with the value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 <0,05, partially the history of infectious diseases and parental knowledge of children under five does not affect development with values. Sig (2-tailed) = 0.148> 0.05 and sig (2-tailed) = 0.996> 0.05, nutritional status and food intake influence the development with the Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 <0,05, nutritional status has a greater influence than food intake. Having a good nutritional status 1.3 times can have the opportunity to improve the development process of toddlers.
