Abstract

This study aims to analyze business feasibility in terms of marketing aspects at Coffee Shop (Warkop) Kedai Cokelat Kendari which is focused on product share, market share, market strategy and forecasting indicators. This study used descriptive qualitative methods, research data sourced from interviews research informants, observations and secondary data from various literatures. The results show that in running its business Warkop Kedai Cokelat Kendari has implemented a product share strategy, market share, and market strategy indicators, but has not done forecasting indicator to predict various possibilities that will be faced by Warkop Kedai Cokelat in the future. Based on these results, it is concluded that Warkop Kedai Cokelat Kendari has not met the standard of business feasibility in terms of marketing aspects.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of good governance principles in land certification services at the National Land Agency (BPN) of Konawe Regency, namely on the dimensions of professionalism, transparency, excellent service, efficiency and effectiveness. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to know about professionalism, transparency, excellent service, efficiency and effectiveness in the land certification process. Research data sourced from interviewed with research informants, observations and secondary data from various literatures. Results of this research indicated that the principles of good governance in the dimensions of professionalism, transparency, excellent service, efficiency and effectiveness in land certification services at BPN Konawe have not been applied optimally. On dimension of excellent service, there was no clear information or announcement regarding the standard cost and time in the land certification process, thus making the community did not know for sure about the amount of costs and the required time period. On efficiency dimension has also not been implemented optimally, this can be seen by the issuance of several land certificates which take up to 98 working days.

Abstract

Implementation of work safety in making an area of things that need to be observed the process from upstream to downstream, because occupational safety lives or is on every task of the work that has been arranged in such a way by the company and is divided completely in each section/division as the function of management in work management . This study discusses the implementation of work safety in the drilling rig area at XYZ Indonesia with the task risk assessment approach in East Kalimantan. The purpose of this study is to describe the achievements of the implementation of work safety in the construction of the drilling rig area in XYZ Indonesia with the task risk assessment approach. From the results of the study, the implementation of work safety in the construction of the drilling rig area in XYZ Indonesia with the task risk assessment approach is to carry out controls that have been regulated based on the procedures and technical guidelines for occupational safety and health of XYZ Indonesia on the work of making drilling locations for 43 activities to reduce risk in each activity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan nelayan di kabupaten konawe dengan mempertimbangkan potensi dan kondisi masyarakat setempat sehingga dapat dilakukan pemetaan untuk menganalisis alternatif kebijakan yang tepat untuk meningkatkan pendapatan nelayan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk melihat faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan nelayan. Data penelitian bersumber dari hasil wawancara terhadap stakeholder dan data sekunder dari berbagai literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kondisi armada dan alat tangkap ikan yang belum memadai, terbatasnya modal kerja nelayan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan operasional tangkap, dan terbatasnya akses terhadap jaringan pemasaran hasil tangkap sangat mempengaruhi pendapatan nelayan di Kabupaten Konawe. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka alternatif kebijakan perikanan dapat dibuat pemerintah daerah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan nelayan di kabupaten konawe, antara lain: (1) Pengembangan modernisasi teknologi bagi nelayan melalui bantuan program modernisasi/ motorisasi alat tangkap, dan penyelenggaraan kegiatan penyuluhan teknologi dan pembinaan keterampilan, (2) Pengembangan sistem permodalan bagi nelayan melalui program bantuan permodalan bagi nelayan; dan (3) Pembentukan dan pengembangan sistem jaringan pemasaran melaui pembangunan pelabuhan pendaratan ikan (PPI) dan pembentukan tempat pelelangan ikan disekitar desa nelayan.
