Abstract

Community welfare is one of the goals of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and is a reflection of the success of development carried out by the government. In Indonesia, various policies or programs have been carried out by the government to overcome poverty in order to improve people's welfare. The handling of poverty needs to be understood as a world problem, so it must be handled globally as well. So that each poverty alleviation program must be understood as a whole and mutually interdependent with several other activity programs. The SDGs state no poverty as the first priority point. This means that the world has agreed to eliminate poverty in any form in all corners of the world, including Indonesia. This study aims to find out whether the existence of SDGs can help in community welfare. The research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through literature studies. The results of the study can be concluded that welfare in Indonesia is still a problem, which is caused by poverty that has no end even though various solutions and policies issued by the government have been implemented but in practice the problem of poverty still occurs in Indonesia. In measuring welfare or measuring the quality of life, of course, it will involve elements of health, education, personal activities, and fulfilling their rights. All of these things can be fulfilled properly and quickly if the construction infrastructure is good and can be felt directly by the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is motivated by an incident or event that makes the author conduct a study. The author finds a number of facts regarding the quality of the country's infrastructure in economic, social and educational aspects in Indonesia. Therefore, on this occasion the author describes the ideal role to realize the country's development infrastructure in order to achieve a prosperous nation through several stages and strategies that must be realized by state officials or public officials. In this writing, the research method carried out is referring to a qualitative approach that refers to the study of literature. The results of the study explain that the best strategy in improving the quality of state development infrastructure is the best collaboration between the state apparatus and the community.

Abstract

a review of development administration in revolution 4.0. This industrial revolution was first introduced in Europe by starting with the invention of the steam and water power engine known as the Industrial Revolution 1.0 and continues to grow until now which has reached the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. In the Industrial Revolution 4.0, it will focus on how to utilize existing technology, collaborate and develop it in all aspects, including in the administration of this development. So that the government is required to be ready and alert to implement this. In addition, they must also be able to find ways to collaborate, provide innovation, and utilize information and communication technology.

Abstract

Effectiveness is a measure of the success or failure of achieving organizational goals. If the organization succeeds in achieving its goals, then the organization can be said to have been effective. Levies are payments from the people to the government, in which there is a remuneration relationship that is directly received by the payment of levies. This study aims to determine how effective the acceptance of parking levy from the Sumedang Regency Transportation Service is during the last five years, from 2016 to 2020 by looking at the dimensions of effectiveness according to Duncan, namely goal achievement, integration and adaptation. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. In this study, two sources of data were used, namely primary and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques are interview and documentation techniques. The sample selection technique used is purposive sampling and for data analysis, the researcher uses Miles and Huberman's model theory. The results showed that since 2016-2020 parking levy receipts were still classified as ineffective. This is based on the dimensions of achieving the goal of parking levy income which still focuses on collecting retribution on the edge of public roads, while incidental parking from community activities that should have been deposited has not been maximized. In the dimension of integration , although other government agencies have assisted in controlling, there are still many parties outside the existing system in the field also influence the income that should be deposited by the parking attendant to the Sumedang Regency Transportation Service officer, resulting in a lot of revenue leakage. From the adaptation dimension, the Sumedang Regency Transportation Service during 2016 to 2020 did not have many changes regarding the collection of parking fees.Keywords: Effectiveness, parking levy, local revenue
