Abstract

This study examined the behavioral response to the auditor in the Strategic Performance Measurement System (SPMS) to improve performance of public accounting firms. The population in this study were 170 auditors working in public accounting office Sulawesi. The data analysis technique in this study using AMOS 16.0. The results found that the performance measurement system strategy plays into the source of relevant information by the auditor's job in improving the performance of public accounting firms. While ambiquitas and conflict does not affect the behavior of auditors in improving performance.

Abstract

Persaingan industri transportasi dan jasa penyewaan mobil di Kota Batam semakin meningkat seiring berkembangnya sektor pariwisata kebutuhan mobilitas masyarakat pasti meningkat. DiqRentCars Batam sebuah perusahaan jasa travel dan penyewaan mobil yang berdiri sejak November 2022. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pihak manajemen serta observasi langsung terhadap aktivitas promosi digital perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan promosi yang dijalankan melalui platform digital seperti Instagram, TikTok sangat membantu meningkatkan kesadaran merk (brand awareness) dan membangun citra profesional di kalangan pelanggan. Promosi yang menonjolkan testimoni, kualitas layanan, dan kepercayaan pelanggan terbukti lebih efektif dalam jangka panjang dibandingkan promosi berbasis diskon sesaat. Kekuatan dalam penelitian ini Pelayanan profesional dan respons cepat meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Promosi digital melalui Instagram, TikTok, dan Google Maps berjalan efektif dalam membangun brand awareness. Kondisi kendaraan terawat dan bersih sehingga menambah kepercayaan pelanggan. Word of mouth kuat karena pelanggan cenderung merekomendasikan layanan kepada orang lain. Kelemahannya Tim promosi masih terbatas sehingga frekuensi konten belum konsisten, belum memiliki website resmi dan sistem pemesanan online dan Belum ada program loyalitas pelanggan untuk mempertahankan pengguna jasa. DiqRentCars Batam disarankan untuk memperkuat strategi promosi berbasis relationship marketing, memperluas kemitraan dengan pelaku pariwisata lokal, serta menjaga konsistensi pelayanan sebagai bentuk promosi tidak langsung yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Rapid urban growth and rising traffic complexity require Smart City solutions that move beyond passive CCTV toward intelligent, real-time traffic management. This study examines how computer vision–based analytics contribute to road safety when integrated into an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS). A quantitative quasi-experimental design was applied across multiple intersections using a 12-month before–after window. Data were collected from video analytics (vehicle and pedestrian detection, tracking, violations, road conditions), adaptive signal logs, crash and injury records, near-miss indicators, and contextual variables such as weather and traffic volume. Analysis combined perception validation (mAP, tracking accuracy), time-series operational assessment, and Difference-in-Differences modeling to estimate safety impacts. Results show high perception reliability (mAP > 0.85) and significant operational improvements, including a 33% reduction in waiting time and 35% shorter queues. More importantly, red-light violations decreased by 39%, near-miss events by 45%, crash frequency by 42%, and severity index by 37%. The findings indicate a causal pathway from vision-based perception to adaptive control and enforcement, leading to measurable safety gains. The study concludes that computer vision serves as a safety governance instrument within Smart City ITS when detection outputs are tightly coupled with intervention mechanisms.
