Abstract

The growth rate of spa industry in Bandung is getting higher each year which can be proven by the level of development recorded in BPS 2015 approximately 7.63%. It is make Mariaty's Spa need to think of new ways to mantain their sales. Therefore, the aim of this research is to proposed system of therapist recommendations based on the therapist's highest rating for maintaining sales.This research used an exploratory method. All data were obtained from interview with receptionist Mariaty's Spa and analyzed using the MIT 90's Framework that describes the state of internal and external Mariaty's Spa. Moreover, the author’s using BPMN to analyze the actual business process and describe the design of the proposed new business processes.

Abstract

For more than a decade, the government has been actively modernizing the tax administration system to encourage the level of taxpayer compliance. This tax administration system focuses on fulfilling the obligation of payment and reporting by taxpayers who were previously submitted manually, switched to online through the official website of the Directorate General of Taxation. The easier process of payment and tax reporting is expected to help smooth the fulfillment of obligations accompanied by the greater the chance of achieving the target of receiving the State Budget. Therefore, this study aims to examine whether the modernization of tax administration, especially in terms of reporting Individual Notification Letter (SPT) through e-filing is able to improve taxpayer compliance or not. This is a quantitative research using survey as the method. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents who are registered taxpayers at Majalaya Small Tax Office. The results showed that the implementation of e-filing have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. From the results of data processing also found the need for socialitation and assistance for taxpayers to master the use of e-filing.

Abstract

Abstrak Adanya Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan faktor kunci dalam perkembangan perekonomian nasional karena ketika suatu negara memiliki jumlah UMKM yang besar, maka dapat dipastikan negara tersebut memperoleh keuntungan berupa pemerataan dan penunjang ekonomi baik secara makro maupun mikro serta menciptakan lapangan kerja sehingga dapat menekan angka pengangguran. Tetapi pada kenyataannya, sebagian besar Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) belum mampu mengembangkan potensi, peran, serta sumber daya yang dimilikinya secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemungkinan risiko yang dapat terjadi pada Seoul Cafe dan mengidentifikasikan strategi pecegahannya agar dapat meminimalisir dan mencegah kerugian dari unit bisnis usaha yang dijalankan. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui wawancara dan juga survei dengan pemilik cafetaria Seoul Cafe serta dilakukan observasi secara langsung ke Seoul Cafe. Hasil analisis mendapati bahwa terdapat beberapa risiko yang dihadapi oleh Seoul Cafe yang bersumber dari hubungan dengan kegiatan operasional, taktikal, strategis, dan kepatuhan, masing-masing dari risiko tersebut dapat berdampak terhadap kesinambungan bow-tie representation of risk. Oleh karena itu, setelah melakukan analisa risiko yang lebih mendalam, Seoul Cafe tengah berupaya dalam menyesuaikan solusi preventif maupun penanganan risiko yang akan diterapkan pada risiko-risiko tersebut Kata Kunci: Manajemen Risiko, Seoul Cafe, Bow-Tie Representation Risk, UMKM

Abstract

Suatu negara akan mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi apabila memiliki spesialisasi dan mampu bersaing di pasar. Dalam persaingan, setiap pelaku usaha perlu menciptakan strategi yang baik dalam mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan salah satunya berupa menciptakan diferensiasi. Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk menghadapi pesatnya perkembangan bisnis di Indonesia yang dapat dilihat dari semakin beragamnya permintaan pasar yang memicu timbulnya usaha baru untuk memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan dan keinginan masyarakat. Maka dari itu, tidak sedikit pendirian perusahaan korporasi yang memiliki anak-anak perusahaan di dalamnya sehingga bisnis yang sudah ada ataupun bisnis baru harus menyusun strategi untuk bersaing di pasar yang terbagi menjadi 2 tingkatan berbeda di antaranya business level strategy dan corporate level strategy. Kedua tingkat strategi tersebut akan digunakan sebagai bahan analisa terhadap PT Astra International Tbk yang bergerak di berbagai sektor diantaranya otomotif, alat berat, jasa keuangan, dan lainnya. Metodologi yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metodologi kualitatif khususnya deskripsi kualitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa penerapan business level strategy dan corporate level strategy pada PT Astra International Tbk tergolong efektif dan efisien yang didukung dengan penerapan visi misi yang terarah dan sesuai, strategi yang unggul dan tepat sasaran, serta diversifikasi yang terstruktur. Dimana ketiga aspek tersebut secara langsung maupun tidak langsung mampu menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif. Kata Kunci: PT Astra International Tbk; Business Level Strategy; Corporate Level Strategy; Keunggulan Kompetitif

Abstract

Kwetiaw Liang is a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) in Batam City engaged in the culinary industry. Based on interview results, it was found that the owner of the SME often experiences difficulties in managing the financial transactions of the business. This community service activity aims to implement a cashier system digitization using Griyopos for more accurate and real-time transaction management, as well as to improve operational performance to be more efficient and effective. Through this activity, it is expected to provide information on the importance of digitizing the financial recording system for the business. The data collection methods used include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the community service include automated sales reports, cash flow reports, and profit/loss data. After the implementation process, Kwetiaw Liang SME achieved quite positive results and improved its business performance.

Abstract

Inflation and unemployment are the most important performance descriptions in a country's macro economy, the difficulty in overcoming these two problems is not only experienced by developing countries, but also experienced by developed countries. The relationship between the inflation rate and the unemployment rate affects the mix of fiscal and monetary policy decisions of a country to achieve better economic conditions. The existence of a trade-off that occurs between inflation and unemployment is known as the Phillips Curve. However, an interesting phenomenon that often occurs in Indonesia is when the unemployment rate is high, the inflation rate is still high. This study aims to analyze the decision making of the provincial government of DKI Jakarta in terms of responding to the threat of an increase in the unemployment rate after the increase in the inflation rate by using time series data over a span of 5 years, starting from 2017-2021.
