Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of employees maturity on employees performance and that to investigate the influence employees maturity which is moderated by situational leadership style on employees performance. In this study using sample of several members of IWAPI DIY. Data collected by questioner and the analysis technique by moderating regression analysis. The result of this study is employees maturity has significant influence on employees performance and situational leadership style didnt moderated correlation between employees maturity with employees performance.

Abstract

Abstract

One of the most worrying forms of juvenile delinquency is bullying. Heart communication integrated with digital literacy is a solution to overcome bullying. This study aims to analyze the effect of heart communication digital literacy on reducing bullying behavior in 30 Senior High Schools and Vocational High Schools (Jogja Smart School) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and to find a Heart Communication Digital Literacy model to reduce bullying. The theories used are Heart Communication Theory, Digital Literacy Theory, and Cognitive Theory. This study uses mixed methods sequential explanatory, which begins with quantitative methods and then qualitative methods. Quantitative methods with surveys on a sample of 400 students as research subjects. Quantitative data analysis techniques use regression analysis. Qualitative methods include interviews and FGD techniques, and data analysis is done using the Miles and Huberman method. The results of quantitative research show that the heart communication digital literacy variable with the dimensions “Tahu Komunikasi Hati,” “Tanggap Komunikasi Hati,” and “Tangguh Komunikasi Hati” has a significant contribution to reducing bullying behavior, with an R Square value of 28%. This study concludes that the Heart Communication Theory has been proven to reduce bullying in Jogja Smart School Senior High School and Vocational High School students in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The results of qualitative research found a novelty in the form of a digital literacy of heart communication to reduce bullying model.

Abstract

The Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in Sleman Regency now uses its website for quick and accurate disaster communication. However, the website content needs improvement to play its crucial role effectively. This study assesses the management of disaster news content on the BPBD Sleman Regency website by employing a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods. Data was collected through a variety of methods including FGD, simulations, interviews, and website observations. Analysis encompasses data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Quantitative data includes percentage scoring from questionnaires distributed to website managers, contributors, BPBD secretariat, and the public. Qualitative data comprises descriptions from FGD, observations, and interviews conducted on August 2, 2022. The result showed that BPBD Sleman Regency has two websites, managed separately by the secretariat and TRC teams. The evaluation revealed that 51.8% of the community need the website for disaster information, and 87.1% find it easy to access the website. However, improvements are needed to optimize the website for quality information delivery and disaster communication. This study offers recommendations including  enhancing HR competence for website management and community socialization to enhance disaster information services.

Abstract

Impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange varies widely. Some companies are trying to survive while others are experiencing a decline, and some are experiencing an increase. This study aims to determine the differences in the company's financial performance before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The object of this research is 27 food and beverage companies. Wilcoxon test is used to determine differences in the company's financial performance. The test results showed that there were no differences in financial performance as measured by: CR, DR and PE before and during the Covid-19 pandemic and there were differences in financial performance: TATO and ROE before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to determine the effect of Information Sharing and Product Quality with the mediation of Conformance Quality. The type of this research is observatory research, with a quantitative method approach. The research took place at Sleman, Yogyakarta. The size of the samples 65 coffee shops. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. The data analysis techniques used in this research are path analysis and linear regression. The results of this research show that there is a significant effect of information sharing and conformance quality on product quality. There is a significant effect of information sharing on conformance quality. There is a significant effect of conformance quality as the mediation of information sharing and product quality. The result of this research demonstrated there is an effect on each other variables.
