Abstract

The quality of service at the Community Health Center (Puskesmas) is an important factor in creating patient satisfaction. The results of measuring patient satisfaction that are objective and accurate can assist the health center in formulating a better form of service. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of health service quality on outpatient satisfaction. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach using primary data with questionnaires and secondary data from Community Health Center (Puskesmas) reports. The population in this study were patients who had outpatient visits from January to July 2020 with a total sample of 99 people who were determined using the accidental sampling method. The analysis used univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Chi square test results showed that technical competence (p = 0.001 <0.05), effectiveness (p = 0.002 <0.05), human relations (p = 0.000 <0.05), comfort (p = 0.099> 0, 05) and timeliness (p = 0.001 <0.05). The logistic regression test shows that the variable that most influences patient satisfaction is the relationship between humans with an Exp (B) value of 4.195. The conclusion of this research is that technical competence, effectiveness, human relations and timeliness have a relationship with patient satisfaction, while comfort has no relationship with patient satisfaction. Efforts are needed to improve the quality of outpatient services by establishing a harmonious relationship between health workers and patients in order to achieve services that are able to satisfy patients.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the variables that affect the use of medical services. At the Putri Hijau Level II Hospital, you may get checked out. It was decided to employ a kuantitatif research design with a cross sectional design for this particular investigation. Patients who came in for a medical check-up at the Putri Hijau Level II Hospital were included in the research study. According to the results of the first survey, the total number of patients who had medical examinations in 2019 was 2135 individuals. We needed to look at 100 different individuals for our experiment. The chi square test and multiple linear regression were the statistical tests that were used. The results of the chi square test study revealed that the variable service quality (reliability p-value = 0,000, responsiveness p-value = 0,000, assurance p-value = 0,036, empathy p-value = 0,003, physical evidence p-value = 0,026) obtained a p-value less than 0.05, the variable facility p-value = 0.000, the variable rate / price p-value = 0.000, and the variable patient perception obtained a p-value Patient views of the use of Medical Check Up services are associated with service quality (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, physical evidence) as well as medical facilities, rates / pricing and patient perceptions of the usage of Medical Check Up services (p-value = 0.039 0.05). Using multivariate analysis, it was discovered that one of the variables in this research, the Facility variable, had the most influence on the outcome.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between workload and job satisfaction of nurses in the Young Inpatient Installation available for surgery at the Aceh Tamiang Regional General Hospital. This research is a cross sectional analytic survey type where the independent variable and the dependent variable are examined simultaneously. The population in this study were 30 nurses in the Young Inpatient Installation available for surgery at the Aceh Tamiang Regional General Hospital. The results of the bivariate analysis with the chi-square statistical test showed that there was a relationship between qualitative workload and job satisfaction of nurses with a p-value of 0.005 (p <0.05), there was a relationship between quantitative workload and job satisfaction of nurses with a p-value of 0.019 ( p <0.05) after the chi-square statistical test was performed. It is recommended to the Aceh Tamiang Regional Hospital for the placement of the need for nurses to be adjusted in quantity and quality to increase job satisfaction of the nurses in charge, to conduct surveys and analysis of job satisfaction periodically for evaluation as a basis for improving and improving employee performance from the aspect of job satisfaction of nurses, and for other researchers. It is hoped that they can carry out more specific research with other factors that can lead to job satisfaction of nurses related to different methods and data analysis.
