Abstract

Communication between patient and doctor involves deep interaction between the two parties. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of doctor communication on the satisfaction of outpatients at the General Hospital. Imelda Medan Indonesian Workers. This study is an analytic survey with a cross sectional study design conducted at the General Hospital. Imelda Medan Indonesian Workers Years from May to June 2020. The population in this study is the population in this study were all patients who visited as many as 76 people. Sampling was done in total sampling. Research data were analyzed using the Chi Square formula and logistic regression. Based on the results of the study note that there is an influence of openness (openess) of doctors on the satisfaction of outpatients in public hospitals. Imelda Medan Indonesian Workers, there was the influence of Emphaty (empathy) doctors on the satisfaction of outpatients in the General Hospital. Imelda Medan Indonesian Workers, there is an influence of the attitude (supportiveness) of doctors on the satisfaction of outpatients in the General Hospital. Imelda Medan Indonesian Workers, there is an effect of the equality of doctors on the satisfaction of outpatients in the General Hospital. Imelda Medan Indonesian Workers. This study suggests that doctors can continue to improve their communication skills or abilities so as to make patients open, have a supportive, positive attitude and equality so that doctors can get the information needed and provide appropriate treatment to patients and patients recover.

Abstract

Satisfaction is an important thing in improving services to the patients. The patient will feel satisfied if the service is acceptable according to the standard or in excess of that expected. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence communication of health workers to the satisfaction of outpatients. This type of research was a quantitative with cross sectional design. Research carried out in the Pratama Clinical of Siti Rahmah in Tanjung Morawa. The study population of 130 people, and a sample of 98 respondents. A sampling technique that is purpose sampling. Data analysis for univariate, bivariate using simple linear regression at 95% confidence level. The results showed that the communication of health worker was, and outpatients feel satisfied but the service of the hospital was still far from the minimum service standards of the hospital. Communication health workers affect patient satisfaction in the outpatient Pratama Clinical of Siti Rahmah with medium strength and the direction is positive, which means if communication health workers increases, the satisfaction of outpatients also increased. Conclusion this study that the better the communication of health workers on an outpatient basis it will further improve patient satisfaction with outpatient care. The Clinic need to create a questionnaire, the level of satisfaction of patients and evaluated routinely to find out the extent of the level of satisfaction felt by the patient after getting the service.

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan gambaran mengenai tingkat pencapaian pelaksanaan suatu program kegiatan atau kebijakan dalam mewujudkan sasaran, tujuan, visi, dan misi organisasi yang dituangkan melalui perencanaan strategis suatu organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kinerja petugas program gizi di Puskesmas Padang Bulan Medan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan mulai Juli 2018 sampai dengan Januari 2019. Informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 3 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja informan pada program gizi baik kegiatan di dalam gedung maupun di luar gedung sudah cukup baik; informan juga mempunyai kemampuan cukup baik dalam melaksanakan tugas ataupun kegiatan-kegiatan sehari-hari baik dalam pembuatan laporan dan juga pelaksanaan kegiatan; informan mempunyai motivasi yang tinggi dan kinerjanya cukup baik. Permasalahan dalam kinerja petugas adalah kurang dukungan dari pimpinan puskesmas dalam pelaksanaan program gizi di puskesmas. Disarankan kepada kepala puskesmas agar memberikan perhatian terhadap program gizi, baik dalam pelaksanaan dan juga dalam perencaan yang sudah disusun oleh petugas program. PERFORMANCE OF NUTRITION PROGRAM OFFICERS IN PUSKESMAS PADANG BULAN MEDAN IN YEAR 2019Performance is a description of the level achievement of the implementation of an activity program or internal policy realizing the organization poured through strategic planning of an organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of program officers nutrition at Padang Bulan Medan Health Center. The type of research used in this research was qualitative research with a case study. Research conducted from July 2018 to January 2019. Informants in the study this were 3 people. The results showed that the performance of informants in the nutrition program both inside and outside the building was good enough, the informants also had sufficient ability to carry out activities, informants were highly motivated and its performance was quite good, but who being a problem in the performance of officers was a lack of support from the head of the puskesmas in impleminting the nutrition program at the puskesmas. It was suggested to the head of the puskesmas to give attention towards nutrition programs, both in implementation and also in planning already arranged by program officers.

Abstract

Menurut American Heart Association atau AHA dalam Kemenkes , Hipertensi merupakan Silent Killer, dengan gejala yang dapat bervariasi pada masing masing individu dan hampir sama dengan gejala penyakit lainnya, Kemudian menurut Riskesdas Sumatera Utara 2018 data penderita hipertensi pada usia 55-64 sebanyak 13.02%, usia 65-74 tahun sebanyak 18,07% dan usia 75 tahun keatas sebanyak 16,21%. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan survei analitik deskriptif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh lanjut usia  (≥60 tahun) penderita hipertensi di Wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Sigumpar sebanyak 102 orang.sedangkan sampel berjumlah 102 orang dengan cara total sampling. Analisa data dilakukan dengan analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Berdasarkan hasil uji chi-square diketahui bahwa kejadian hipetensi berpengaruh terhadap riwayat Keluarga, merokok, obesitas, pola makan, aktivitas fisik dan etnis p = 0,000, artinya ada pengaruh  Riwayat Keluarga, merokok, obesitas, pola makan, aktivitas fisik dan etnis terhadap kejadian hipertensi. Dari hasil analisis multivariat diketahui variabel yang paling berpengaruh dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel obesitas dengan nilai OR 83. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah obesitas  merupakan faktor yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kejadian hipertensi di UPT Sigumpar. Untuk dapat menekan prevalensi kejadian hipertensi diharapkan kerjasama Dinas Kesehatan, puskesmas dan petugas kesehatan. Disarankan kepada petugas kesehatan diharapkan dapat melakukan penyuluhan cara mengatasi  masalah hipertensi

Abstract

Usaha sektor informal merupakan salah satu usaha yang memiliki risiko kesehatan yang cukup tinggi. Salah satu usaha informal yang banyak terdapat di Indonesia dan memiliki risiko kesehatan yang cukup tinggi adalah usaha menjahit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor individu dan postur kerja dengan keluhan low back pain penjahit Kecamatan Medan Baru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectionalstudy. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua penjahit diKecamatan Medan Baru yang berjumlah 68 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 62 orang yang ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisa menggunakan analisis univarat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil uji chi square menunjukkan bahwa usia (p= 0,001<0,05), jenis kelamin (p= 0,021<0,05), masa kerja (p= 0,084>0,05), lama kerja (p= 0,000 <0,05) dan potur kerja (p= 0,002<0,05). Uji regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keluhan low back pain adalah lama kerja dengan nilai Exp (B) 17,170. Kesimpulan penelitian ini usia, jenis kelamin, lama kerja, postur kerja memiliki hubungan dengan keluhan low back pain, sedangkan masa kerja tidak memiliki hubungan dengan keluhan low back pain. Diperlukan upaya untuk mengurangi risiko keluhan low back pain pada pekerja dengan melakukan stretching, perbaikan terhadap keadaan duduk dan melakukan senam punggung untuk terciptanya hasil kerja yang lebih maksimal.

Abstract

The fishing community in the working area of Sukakarya Health Center often experiences various types of diseases due to occupational accidents while fishing. To solve the problem of fishermen's work accidents, the government provides a UKK Post. However, the implementation of the fishermen's UKK Pos work health program has not run optimally. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the occupational health program in the occupational health efforts of fishermen. The type of this study was a qualitative study with a descriptive approach which is carried out in the working area of Puskesmas Sukakarya, Kota Sabang. Informants of this study were 7 people. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out descriptively using the data analysis technique model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the implementation of promotional, preventive, curative and rehabilitative activities for the occupational health program at Pos UKK was not optimal because the activities were only carried out 4 times a year, limited funds/budget for organizing Pos UKK activities, there was no training for program managers and cadres. Supporting factors for the implementation of the Pos UKK occupational health program are the demographic location of Sabang City, the support of the village head, the low health of fishermen. The inhibiting factors for activities are the location of Pos UKK which was not permanent (often moved), the lack of budget, the absence of training on occupational health for program officials and cadres. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the occupational health program at the fishermen's UKK post is not optimal because of inhibiting factors. It is recommended that the Health Office of Sabang City collaborates across sectors (Marine Service) to make training and seminars on occupational health for the person in charge of the Puskesmas occupational health program and the cadres of Pos UKK in the Sabang City area
