Abstract

This research aims to formulate a strategy that will be used by PT. Cepa in developing its business in the Operation & Maintainance Power Plant and Mini LNG Plant service industries. This study uses a corporate strategy formulation to be able to develop and be sustainable by formulating its business strategy. In the input stage using the IFE and EFE Matrix method and continued with the analysis phase using the SWOT Matrix and IE to generate alternative strategies. Then the results are processed using the QSPM matrix, so an alternative strategy is right for the company. The results of the total attractive score (TAS) research based on the QSPM method show that alternative strategies in accordance with the current condition of the company are the development of O&M products / services with the highest score of 5.552 higher than the O&M market development with a score of 5.280 and backward integration is carried out by making special contracts to the OEM supplier (original equipment manufacture) with a score of 5.202. Abstract

This research is designed to compile and try out appropriate strategy formulations to be applied to the gold crocodile skin craft business. The research method used is qualitative and quantitative methods. The results showed that the SWOT matrix analysis results obtained six alternative strategies, namely: (1) taking various exhibitions in the city or outside the city, (2) Promotion through social media, (3) Obtained from a network of raw material providers, (4) make your own crocodile breeding, (5) offer cooperation with local governments, (6) attend seminars or training which is held as a means of promotion. Based on QSPM analysis, alternative strategies that are appropriate and can be carried out by the business of kullit crocodile skin crafts are (1) Following various exhibitions in the city or outside the city (STAS: 9,20), (2) Promotion through Social Media (STAS: 7,15), (3) Making Own Crocodile Breeding (5,32), (4) Expansion of Collaboration Network of Raw Material Providers (STAS: 5.14), (5) Taking seminars with the help of training which is held as a promotional tool ( STAS: 5,06) (6) Cooperation visit with local government (STAS: 4,48) Keywords : Formulasi Strategi, SWOT,QSPM

Abstract

Kelurahan Kamundu, merupakan wilayah administratif yang terletak di pusat Kabupaten Merauke, Papua. Penduduk di kelurahan ini didominasi oleh orang asli Papua yang sebagian besar termasuk dalam kelompok masyarakat pra sejahterah. Sektor pertanian menjadi salah satu sektor yang berpotensi meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Papua, namun hal ini menghadapi sejumlah kendala. Kendala tersebut antara lain kondisi lahan yang sebagian besar termasuk lahan marginal miskin hara dengan iklim yang cenderung kering, serta masih rendahnya pengetahuan masyarakat asli Papua terkait praktik budidaya tanaman. Salah satu metode yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengatasi kendala lahan dan iklim tersebut adalah budidaya tanaman secara hidroponik. Dibutuhkan pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat mengenai budidaya tanaman secara hidroponik. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah kelompok masyarakat asli Papua di Kelurahan Kamundu Merauke. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat asli Papua di Kelurahan Kamundu mengenai budidaya tanaman khususnya cabai secara hidroponik dengan metode Dutch Bucket System (DBS), dan menyediakan satu unit instalasi hidroponik DBS dengan kapasitas 20 tanaman sebagai wadah pembelajaran masyarakat. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan meningkatnya animo masyarakat asli Papua terhadap kegiatan bercocok tanam secara umum dan hidroponik secara khusus, dan meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai hidroponil metode DBS.
