Abstract

Human Resources (HR) assets and capital in the company and organization the purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the Style of Leadership and Talent Management of Employee Performance at PT. Marsyavin Jaya Merauke Regency. This research is a quantitative research using survey, interview, and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, with the results of the X1 variable test the t-test leadership style is 5.720 and the talent management X2 variable is 4.236 with the f-test 432.278 which explains that the variables X1 and X2 have a positive effect on the Y variable. multiple linear variable X1 leadership style 0.365 and X2 talent management variable 0.240. Simultaneous tests with a value of 0.973 and the rest are influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and measure the effect of providing incentives on employee job satisfaction, by taking the Implementation of certain Non-Vertical Work Units from the Papua Water Utilization Network in Papua - Merauke Province as the object of research. The population in this study amounted to 44 respondents and a sample of 44 respondents using nonprobability sampling or census sampling techniques. This research uses a quantitative approach with a simple regression analysis technique. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale and processed using SPSS version 22. The results of the calculation of the data using a simple regression analysis regarding the provision of incentives that affect employee job satisfaction Certain Non-Vertical Units Implementation of Papua Papua - Merauke Water Utilization Network, that the provision of incentives affects employee job satisfaction Specific Non Vertical Units Implementation of Papua Water Utilization Network Papua - Merauke Province, Judging from the results of the SPSS 22 output, the incentive variable (X) is obtained tcount = 4,589 while t-table = 1,682 and sig = 0,000 so Ha is accepted, because t-table <t-count. This means that the incentive independent variable (X) has a statistically positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of job satisfaction. Keywords: Incentives, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This article aims to find out how the evaluation of employee performance appraisals in Malind district, Merauke Regency using the Employee Performance Target (SKP) system in terms of work behavior. This research is presented in descriptive qualitative form by describing and explaining in sentence form all the results contained in this research. Types of data used are primary data and secondary data sourced as well as literature studies. Data collection was carried out using field observations and in-depth interviews with the Head of Malind District as informants. The results obtained are that in Malind district, Merauke Regency, the implementation of performance appraisal evaluations has generally been running according to established procedures, but there are still some weaknesses, including in terms of discipline from the employees themselves which have an impact on service orientation to the public. Then the weak attitude of integrity shown by employees so that in determining work targets has not shown maximum results. The conclusion of this research is that performance appraisal evaluation is a mandatory procedure that must be done so that employees can know their job duties and responsibilities. The process of determining performance measures must be considered and adjusted, because performance indicators will be used to measure the level of progress of employees in their work, individually or in teams.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the entrepreneurial spirit of the Marind community on the Lampu Satu coast of Merauke. The focus of this research is to measure the level of entrepreneurial spirit possessed by the Marind community, which is the population of this study, the entire Marind community on the coast of Lampu Satu Merauke. This research is a quantitative research with sampling technique using simple random sampling as many as 30 people at random. The method of data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires then after the data was collected it was continued with data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis with validity and reliability tests using SPSS 22. The results of research on 30 respondents showed that r count > r table. The validity test was carried out using SPSS with 22 being declared valid for all questions and the reliability test results were declared reliable because the Cronbach alpha value 0.60 was 0.956. For respondents' level of achievement of 5 indicators above the average of 80%. There is a need for further government intervention in training and socializing the importance of entrepreneurship by seeing the potential possessed by the Marind community to provide change and input for long-term survival to meet their daily economic needs.

Abstract

Likuiditas merupakan suatu kemampuan perusahaan di dalam memenuhi kewajiban-kewajiban jangka pendek yang dimiliki. Likuiditas di proyeksikan dengan CR. Profitabilitas merupakan salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Salah satu indikator penting yang dilihat oleh para investor dalam hal prospek perusahaan di masa yang akan datang adalah dengan melihat sejauh mana pertumbuhan profitabilitas dari sebuah perusahaan. Profitabilitas diproyeksikan dengan ROE. Ukuran perusahaan menggambarkan besar kecilnya suatu perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan diproyeksi dengan total asset. Semakin tinggi nilai perusahaan semakin sejahtera para pemegang saham. Nilai perusahaan diproyeksi dengan PER. Pendekatan Penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. (1) Pengaruh likuiditas (CR) terhadap nilai perusahaan (PER). Dari hasil yang diperoleh terlihat bahwa koefisien jalur likuiditas (X1) terhadap nilai perusahaan (Y) memiliki nilai 0.089. Artinya berparuh positif dan tidak signifikan karena > 0.05. (2) Koefisien jalur profitabiltas (X2) terhadap nilai perusahaan (Y) mempunyai nilai 0.811. Artinya berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan karena > 0.05. (3) Pengaruh ukuran perusahaan (total asset) terhadap nilai perusahaan. Berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. (4) Pengaruh likuiditas, profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan secara parsial terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas (X1), profitabilitas (X2) dan ukuran perusahaan (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (Y)

Abstract

UMKM in Kampung Kamangi face the problem of a lack of good entrepreneurial management skills. This has an impact on the low ability to produce, market and manage business finances. The problem is further complicated due to limited knowledge of access to capital, which has resulted in MSME actors borrowing business capital from brick collectors, which has an impact on controlling selling prices below market prices. This service activity aims to carry out an entrepreneurial management socialization activity, with lecture and discussion methods. The benefits achieved are an increase in understanding related to good entrepreneurial management and creating strong entrepreneurs, so that it can have an impact on the economy of the Kamangi village community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, and Return On Equity on Financial Distress in Food & Beverage Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The research method used is quantitative research. The population used was 26 companies with purposive sampling technique so that a sample of 50 data was obtained. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of company financial statements. The financial distress calculation method uses the Zmijewski method where if the calculation results are positive, then the company is considered unhealthy and vice versa. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that the net profit margin (NPM) variable has no partial effect on financial distress in food & beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The variable return on assets (ROA) has a partial effect on financial distress in food & beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The return on equity (ROE) variable has a partial effect on financial distress in food & beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The variables net profit margin (NPM), return on assets (ROA), and return on equity (ROE) simultaneously affect financial distress in food & beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020.
