Abstract

Pada suatu materi operasi perkalian masih kerap ditemukan siswa yang tidak tuntas sebab minimnya pengetahuan siswa terhadap pelajaran operasi perkalian dan menjadikan siswa kurang berminat mengikuti proses pembelajaran karena kurangnya media pembalajaran yang digunakan saat proses pembelajaran. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan upaya yaitu menggunakan media Dakon supaya siswa menjadi semangat untuk belajar dan memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa tentang pelajaran operasi perkalian. Penelitian ini memakai metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) serta dilaksanakan dua siklus. Dari hasil penilaian, refleksi, serta revisi yang dicoba pada akhir siklus, diperoleh deskripsi pemakaian media dakon dalam empat langkah, ialah 1) Guru mencontohkan langkah pemakaian media dakon secara perlahan serta terperinci selama menerangkan materi operasi perkalian beserta contoh soal serta gimana mengerjakan soal operasi perkalian memakai media dakon; 2) Sebagian siswa maju ke depan kelas buat mengerjakan soal memakai media dakon; 3) Siswa bersama kelompoknya mengerjakan soal yang sudah dibagikan oleh guru dengan memakai media dakon dan biji dakon yang berukuran besar; 4) Masing-masing kelompok memaparkan hasil dari dialog bersama kelompoknya di depan kelas serta dibuktikan kebenarannya dengan menggunakan media dakon dan biji dakon.

Abstract

Pada pembelajaran menulis karangan sederhana terdapat permasalahan yang muncul pada siswa kelas III yaitu, siswa masih sulit dalam memilih kata ataupun merangkai kalimat, siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam menuangkan ide, siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam pemahaman paragraf, dan siswa sering tidak sesuai penggunaan huruf kapital, penggunaan ejaan dan tanda baca. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan menulis karangan sederhana pada siswa kelas III MI Al-Jauharotunnaqiyyah Priuk dengan penerapan model pembelajaran tipe kooperatif concept sentence. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kualitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk memperoleh data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan instrumen pengumpulan data yaitu, observasi, wawancara, teknik tes. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilaksanakan oleh peneliti bahwa melatih kemampuan menulis karangan sederhana pada siswa dapat dilakukan dengan 2 kegiatan yaitu, berlatih membuat kalimat dengan satu kata dasar dan berlatih membuat cerita pengalaman yang pernah dialaminya dengan diberikan kata kunci. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran menulis karangan sederhana dengan model pembelajaran concept sentence dapat meningkatkan kreatifitas dan pola pikir siswa dalam berfikirnya meningkat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the effectiveness of hypnoteaching method reducing speaking anxiety in eleventh graders at SMA Al-Asmaniyah. The research question of this study is “How is the effectiveness of hypnoteaching method in reducing students' speaking anxiety for eleventh graders in middle school Al-Asmaniyah and the purpose of this study was "To measure the effectiveness of hypnoteaching method in reducing students' speaking anxiety ". Researchers used Pre-Experimental method and involved one class, as research the experimental class. In the experimental class, the researcher applied the hypnoteaching method. The population in this study were students of class X SMA Al-Asmaniyah, participant sample 62 students. The sample of this research was taken using purposive sampling technique, which only took 20 of X IPS as the experimental class. To obtain data, researcher distributed questionnaires and interviews. Questionnaires were distributed before and after treatment. Questionnaires were used to obtain data about psychological research. Researchers used a Likert Scale to measure the results of the questionnaire. The questionnaire used by the researcher was adopted from by Horwitz at al (1986). The use of hypnoteaching in this study can reduce students' speaking anxiety. The mean score of the questionnaire before and after treatment was different. The mean score before treatment was 94.25 and the mean score after treatment was 51.45. This shows that there is a decrease in students' speaking anxiety. This can be seen from the students' answers in the questionnaire. There are 60% students with low anxiety levels, 35% students with moderate anxiety levels, and 5% students with high anxiety levels.The results showed that there were differences in scores between the pre and post questionnaires. The pre-questionnaire score was higher than after the questionnaire. The higher the score, the higher the anxiety level and the lower the score, the lower the anxiety level. This study succeeded in reducing students' anxiety in speaking, but students' anxiety was still high.

Abstract

The research is conducted based on the statement of problems. The question of this research is how the effectiveness of the quantum teaching method in teaching reading comprehension at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sabilu El-Muhtadin? to answer the question, the researcher used quantitative research by implementing quasi experimental design as the research method. The population of this study was the students of ninth grade of MTS Sabilu El-Muhtadin Pandeglang. The sample was divided into two groups, namely control group and experimental group. There were 30 students in control group and 30 students in experimental group. The experimental group was taught by using Quantum teaching method and control group was taught without using Quantum teaching method. After conducting the treatments and evaluating both pre-test and post-test have given, the researcher found that there was significant influence of using quantum teaching method to improve reading comprehension. After collecting and calculating the data, the value of tobservation is bigger than ttable. tobservation = 4.5> ttable = 1.67 (5%), so Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. In other words, there is significant difference between group which use Quantum teaching method and group which did not use Quantum teaching method.

Abstract

The importance of educational program evaluation lies in its function as a tool to assess the effectiveness and impact of the program being implemented. Evaluation covers not only academic aspects but also social, psychological, and life skills aspects of students. Success indicators are the key to the evaluation process because they help educators and stakeholders assess the extent to which program objectives have been achieved. Several indicators discussed in this study include academic achievement, quality of the learning process, student learning outcomes, learning environment, and evaluation of the learning process itself. Academic achievement is measured through various assessment methods. At the same time, the quality of the learning process includes not only the interaction between teachers and students but also the teaching methods applied. In addition, internal and external factors, including the social and family environment, also affect student learning outcomes. A supportive learning environment is an essential component that can increase student motivation and learning outcomes. This study confirms that evaluation is a crucial component in education because it allows for the assessment of the effectiveness of the teaching strategies and methods used. Educational organizations can conduct regular evaluations to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the program and make necessary improvements to improve learning outcomes. In conclusion, the application of appropriate indicators in educational evaluation is critical in creating an optimal learning environment that is responsive to student needs.
