Abstract

Utilization of social media technology for business interests has been widely done both in largecompanies and MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise). Utilization of social media forMSMEs is very important to face the competition in this globalization era. This study empiricallyexamines the antecedents of social media usage and its impact on MSMEs performance basedon the Technology-Organization-Environment framework and Resource Based View theory. Thesurvey method by distributing questionnaires was conducted to MSMEs from various industriesin Magelang. Analysis with SEM-Partial Least Square indicates that customer pressure andmobile environment are significant factors affecting the use of social media. Furthermore, thedimensions of the impact on internal operations, sales, marketing and customer service aresignificant and make the value of social media usage for MSMEs. Technological competenceand competitive pressure does not affect the social media usage for MSMEs.Keywords: social media, SMEs, organization perspective, TOE, RBV

Abstract

Latar belakang :Desa Growong terdapat empat dusun diantaranya dusun Growong, Gondang, Moning dan Seneng. Dusun Growong dan Gondang merupakan salah satu dusun yang memiliki perkumpulan dasa wisma tetapi perkumpulan dasa wismanya belum berjalan dengan optimal, Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut maka akan dilakukan kegiatan pendampingan kepada masyarakat Tujuan: memotivasi para kelompok dasa wisma untuk mengoptimalkan kegiatan dasa wisma tersebut dengan melakukan kegiatan antara lain budidaya tanaman obat keluarga dengan memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah sebagai media budidaya, cara melakukan budidaya yang baik atau terstruktur.Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam pencapaian tujuan adalah degan model pemberdayaan masyarakat partisipatif (PRA). Metode ini dipilih berdasarkan pertimbangan bahwa yang mempunyai atau menghadapi masalah adalah mitra. Metode tersebut dibagi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, penyusunan laporan, dan publikasi.Hasil: Hasil Pengabdian ini memberikan manfaat bagi perkumpulan dasawisma tentang pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah untuk tanaman obat keluarga sehingga bisa mendukung dalam nilai tambah pemasukan keluarga yang akan menghasilkan beberapa olahan seperti; jahe instan, sirup jahe dan kunir asem yang mempunyai manfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh manusia.Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan motivasi para kelompok dasawisma untuk mengoptimalkan dalam budidaya tanaman obat keluarga dengan memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah sebagai media budidaya yang baik dan terstruktur.Dengan melestarikan pembudidayaan tanaman obat di Dusun Growong dan Gondang Kecamatan Tempuran Magelang ini juga dapat membuat pekarangan rumah masyarakat menjadi lebih bermanfaat, masyarakat juga secara tidak langsung melakukan penghematan dalam bidang ekonomi serta dalam menghindari efek jangka panjang pengkonsumsian obat-obatan kimia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate factors that influence social media usage among small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and the impact on financial and non-financial performance. Convenience sampling was used to collect data. The respondent in this study are owner of SME that use facebook and instagram on their business activities. Based on SEM-PLS analysis, this study revealed that interactivity, cost effectiveness, and trust was identified as factors that motivate the usage social media. Meanwhile, compatibility has no significant effect on social media usage. Social media usage has a strong positive impact on financial performance (sales) and non-financial performance of SMEs in terms of customer service, internal operations, and marketing. In addition, this study indicate that social media usage has no positive effects on perceived impact on innovation.Keywords: social media, SME, performance, inovation,social commerce

Abstract

The current adoption of fintech payment technology by MSMEs is motivated by the trend of using digital money. This study presents an investigation the factors that influence the intention to use fintech payments (e-money, e-wallet and Electronic Data Capture) in micro-enterprises. Furthermore, this study will explore more specifically the role and perceived trust and risk in fintech payment adoption. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing surveys to 136 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises using convenience sampling technique. The results indicated that perceived usefulness, risk and trust are the important drivers of the adoption fintech payment among the micro-enterprises. The results of this study reveal interesting findings, risk perception has a significant positive effect on intentions to use fintech payments.

Abstract

This integrated community service program (PPMT) was carried out in Mendak Hamlet, Banyuwangi Village, Bandongan District, Magelang Regency, Central Java in the form of developing and marketing organic local rice and utilizing yard land. The purpose of the program is to increase public awareness of organic local rice processing and make mothers aware of the use of home gardens to meet the healthy food needs. The implementation of this program is in the form of socialization, training for seeding vegetable seeds, practicing vegetable planting and catfish care, assistancing in making organic fertilizers and making cakes with local ingredients, and branding on organic rice (logos and packaging). The result of the training is that members of KWT Putri Sejahtera know how to seed and plant vegetables properly. Furthermore, through mentoring, farmer group members understand better how to make organic fertilizers and good cake processing. Another result of this program is that members of farmer groups become more aware of the importance of organic rice processing and have used the land in their home gardens to grow healthy vegetables.

Abstract

This Integrated Community Service Program (PPMT) was implemented for tempe chips SMEs in Manggoran Hamlet, Bondowoso, Mertoyudan. The purpose of this activity is to increase product competitiveness in the form of digital marketing training and labeling, as well as packaging assistance. The methods used in this programs are training and mentoring. From the program, the partner can optimize sales through social media and there is an increase in competitiveness in the form of business branding into Mugi Abadi Tempe Chips, labeling by making business logos and packaging. This service has received a good response from owners with the hope that the business being run can continue to grow.

Abstract

Era globalisasi menjadi tantangan bagi UKM untuk terus bertahandan memiliki keunggulan bersaing.Perkembangan teknologi informasiterutama media sosial menawarkan berbagai manfaat bagi UKM,diantaranya meningkatkan pangsa pasar, penjualan, dan menjalinhubungan dengan pelanggan.Penelitian ini mengkaji motivasipenggunaan media sosial bagi UKM dan menganalisis dampaknyaterhadap kinerja UKM.Metode surveidengan teknik conveniencesampling digunakan untuk pengumpulan data. Kuesioner disebarkankepada pelaku UKM yang telah menggunakan media sosial facebookdan instagram. Berdasarkan analisis dengan SEM-PLS, penelitian inimenemukan bukti empiris bahwa interaktivitas, efektivitas biaya dankompatibilitas merupakan faktor yang memotivasi UKM untukmenggunakan media sosial.Lebih lanjut, penggunaan media sosialbagi UKM memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja UKM yaitukinerja pelayanan pelanggan, penjualan, pemasaran dan operasiinternal.

Abstract

The success of an organization can be portrayed by the employee turnover intention rate each month. Employee turnover intention can be influenced by compensation, job satisfaction, and work stress. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the relationship among compensation factors, job satisfaction, and work stress on employees at PT. Tanjung Kreasi Parquet Industri (TKPI). This study was conducted in a Quantitative research method with multiple regression analysis. The population of this study was all production employees. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 201 employees. The results of the study prove that compensation and job satisfaction have a negative effect on turnover intention, while work stress has a positive effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of green products, green advertising, and green prices on purchasing decisions for tupperware products. The sample of this research is consumers who have bought Tupperware products. The sampling method used purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 24.0. The results show that green products and green price have an positive effect and significant on purchasing decisions, green advertising have an positive effect but not significant on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze financial literacy and social capital on business continuity. The sample in this study was 100 respondents with purposive sampling method. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive test analysis, validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS version 18 program. The results of this study state that Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on business continuity, Social Capital has a positive influence. and significant to Business Continuity, and Financial Literacy and Social Capital together have a positive and significant impact on Business Continuity.
