<![CDATA[The area of Majene Regency is dominated by waters and marine areas with many marine tourism destinations so that it is well known in several Majene regency areas but is less explored so that it is not known by some people due to the lack of information facilities, for this reason the implementation of a website in the introduction of marine tourism in Majene Regency is needed. This website application development aims to facilitate users in accessing marine tourism information in Majene Regency. An application designed and invincible with the needs of tourists in order to get information on the tourist destinations you want to visit. The design of this website is carried out using the Waterfall method, built with the Sublime Text 3 script language, PHP and Xampp 7.1 as the database, and the testing system uses a blackbox testing so as to produce a special marine tourism application that is feasible and can be accessed online.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to develop an information system that is used to improve the marketing of mandar silk sarong products, as well as to determine the practicality and effectiveness of the software in implementing e-commerce-based marketing of mandar silk sarongs. This research is a type of R & D (Research and Development) research using a prototype development model. The results of system design include two parts, namely: a page that can be accessed by visitors and customers and an admin page that is used to manage detailed information in storing information related to the product being marketed. <![CDATA[Limited information on typical Mandar culinary in Majene Regency, such as types of food, location of food, operating hours, and transportation are references to provide complete information to tourists. Information about typical Mandar food requires the role of technology in it, considering that it plays a very important role in helping tourists or local people to find information about Mandar specialties, it is requires a media capable of providing information about the address of the place to eat, the type of food served, the hours of operation, and transportation used. The purpose of this research is to design website information media on Mandar culinery touris in Majene regency that can help tourist or local communities. Based on a series of research it can be conclude that the website information media on typical Mandar culinary tours in Majene Regency can make it easy for tourist or local people to get information about the Mandar culinary tours and decide which restaurant wiil they choice.]]>

<![CDATA[The spread of Covid-19 is very fast, various efforts are being made to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and provide information about it. Especially in the area of West Sulawesi Province, information about the development of Covid-19 can be accessed through a website that has been provided by the government, namely Covid Sulbar. There is a development of a Geographic information system for Covid-19 mapping with the implementation of Location based services and open source maps. This study aimed to build and implement a system as a solution to the problems currently being faced by the community related to the Covid-19 pandemic and the new normal era. The method used was literature study, observation, and interviews. The device development model used in this research was the Waterfall development model. The results showed that the results of the system development which had been carried out could be drawn from several conclusions that this research produces a Geographic Information System (GIS) regarding the distribution map and status of the Covid-19 zone. Geographical Information Systems (GIS) are easily accessible by users simply by using a web browser. With the GIS-COV website, it could help the public to see and find out information on the condition of an area related to the number of cases and the status of the level of the spread of Covid-19. With the GIS-COV website, the public could find out the number of spread of Covid-19 and certain zones with the highest and lowest levels of spread.]]>

<![CDATA[The Bank Indonesia Scholarship is a Bank Indonesia social program in the form of tuition assistance for undergraduate students (S1) at various State Universities (PTN). However, often in terms of determining scholarship recipients it is not right on target, this is caused because the scholarship award has not used the tools or methods used to determine scholarship recipients, for that a system is designed to determine scholarship recipients. The selection process for Bank Indonesia Scholarships requires accuracy and a long time because each student data will be compared one by one according to predetermined criteria and is also prone to accidental human errors. Meanwhile, Bank Indonesia has not determined a method to help select prospective scholarship recipients and the selection process is still carried out manually by comparing the student data of prospective scholarship recipients one by one, for this reason, the application of the algorithm in this study is to combine the Fuzzy Multiple Decision Making (FMAM) method and Simple Additive Weighting (Saw) with provisions and criteria that have been determined by Bank Indonesia. The FMADM method is used to find alternatives from a number of alternatives with predetermined criteria and the SAW method is used to rank the existing alternatives. The results of this study are used as a tool in making decisions to recommend scholarship recipients.]]>

<![CDATA[Aplikasi Pembelajaran Universitas Sulawesi Barat atau biasa disebut e-learning adalah aplikasi yang melaluinya proses belajar mengajar dilakukan secara online khusus civitas akademik universitas Sulawesi barat, dimana mahasiswa dapat menerima materi, mengerjakan tugas dan mengerjakan ujian secara langsung pada aplikasi ini. Aplikasi pembelajaran ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemograman web sehingga hanya butuh jaringan internet saja untuk mengaksesnya, guna menguji tingkat penggunaan sistem terhadap user, maka perlu diadakan evaluasi human computer interaction pada aplikasi pembelajaran universitas Sulawesi barat ini yang dilakukan menggunakan metode usability testing. Evaluasi ini diharapkan dapat mengukur dan mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan antar muka sistem pembelajaran dengan cara memberikan kuesioner kepada dosen dan mahasiswa yang seluruhnya berjumlah 40 responden. Hasil evaluasi dari responden akan di ukur menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) dan menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi pembelajaran universitas Sulawesi barat telah memenuhi beberapa aspek usability diantaranya efficiency, learnability, satisfaction dan memorability. Adapun Hasil analisis terhadap beberapa aspek tersebut dari responden baik dosen maupun mahasiswa yang menggunakan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS) mendapatkan hasil bahwa aplikasi pembelajaran universitas Sulawesi barat tersebut dapat diterima dengan hasil akhir yang layak untuk di gunakan atau GOOD.]]>

<![CDATA[Children or parents need to understand hijaiyah letters more quickly, and we can see this from the many children and parents who do not understand the correct pronunciation of hijaiyah letters, especially for the Bugis community in South Sulawesi. For the Bugis community who want to learn to recognize hijaiyah letters correctly, anywhere and anytime, without having to think about coming to the recitation area or waiting for the recitation teacher to come to their house. Therefore, research was carried out by making an Android-based Buginese language learning media application with the aim of making it easier for dominant users to understand more about using the Bugis language so they can learn hijaiyah letters. The research method used is observation, literature, documentation and interviews. This application analysis and design tool uses the HTML, JavaScript, CSS and Apache Cordova programming languages as the framework. While the application testing method is divided into two, namely BlackBox to test the functional application according to the algorithm and Whitebox to find out the logic of thinking according to the application flowchart. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for someone to learn hijaiyah letters, a Bugis version is also available so that it makes it easier to understand hijaiyah letters, especially for the Bugis people.]]>

<![CDATA[Writing of scientific paper is done by following specified rules and regulations. In reality there are many students at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Sulawesi Barat who do not understand this well, for example: not paraphrasing quotations and not including reference sources correctly. Mendeley application can help students in writing scientific papers or final assignments but it still underutilized by students. This shows the importance of reference citing skills and utilizing the Mendeley application. So, it is necessary to conduct scientific paper citation training. The training was done through planning, training and evaluation activities. Planning aims to prepare and determine the needs during the training. The main activity, training, was organized for two days using a webinar concept on the first day which focused on providing material for preparing scientific work references and a training concept on the second day which focused on practice using Mendeley and coaching research proposals. Last activity, an evaluation was carried out to measure the successfulness of the training and further plans related to similar activities. The results of the training activities showed the participation of 68 students on the first day and 36 students on the second day. The results of the survey showed 100% of students who participated in training felt the benefits of the training therefore they hoped similar activities could be held every year. Another evaluation result is that student supervision should be done in small groups, so the reception of material more effective regarding how to cite scientific papers.]]>

<![CDATA[Public service is one of the activities carried out to fulfill the need for services to the community or individuals. With the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus some time ago, it demands public service delivery to innovate so that public services can run well and optimally even in a situation of physical distancing. One of the innovations was utilizing technology or digital transformation in public services. The aim of this study is to analyze the role and influence of digital transformation in improving licensing services in Majene Regency through the use of the Online Single Submission (OSS) application and the SiCantik Cloud application. The method used in this study is explanatory research with analytical techniques using Gartner Analytic Ascendency. The results of this study indicate that the Regional Government of Majene Regency needs to take persuasive approaches to remove existing obstacles to the use of digitalization in licensing services, such as regulating the use of regional digital-based licensing services in a binding regulation, conducting thorough education for users of licensing services, conduct outreach regarding the importance of this digital-based licensing service and expand the reach of fixed broadband and mobile broadband networks in Majene Regency. These things can be done by involving the cooperation of related agencies such as the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) and Communication, Information, Statistics and Coding Services (Dinas Kominfo) of Majene Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[Dalam menentukan siapa yang layak menerima bantuan pemerintah memiliki peranan yang penting yaitu memberikan kriteria yang akan dijadikan acuan sebagai syarat untuk mendapatkan bantuan diantaranya jumlah penghasilan, jenis pekerjaan, jumlah tanggungan, kondisi rumah, kepemilikan rumah, sumber air, dan umur. Kriteria-kriteria tersebut yang nantinya akan dijadikan pertimbangan untuk menentukan penerima bantuan yang akan menjadi priorotas. untuk itu diperlukan suatu system pendukung keputusan (SPK) yang dapat memperhitungkan segala kriteria yang mendukung keputusan untuk membantu, mempercepat, dan mempermudah proses pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan masyarakat miskin. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode Weighted Product ( WP ). Dimana metode WP akan melakukan perbaikan bobot atau normalisasi dan kemudian menghitung preferensi untuk mendapatkan hasil akhir yang akan menjadi pedoman untuk memberikan bantuan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu dalam menentukan calon penerima bantuan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem dengan blackbox menunjukan bahwa SPK tidak memiliki defect atau kesalahan berarti, sistem yang dibuat sudah memenuhi persyaratan fungsional , dan berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan pemerintah desa bukit samang.]]>
