Abstract

Provinsi Papua Barat memiliki beragam tempat pariwisata. Namun, sebagian masyarakat Indonesia yang berkunjung ke Papua Barat hanya mengenal Raja Ampat sebagai tempat wisata. Padahal masih banyak tempat yang belum dikenal secara luas untuk menjadi tujuan wisata. Selain itu, belum adanya aplikasi yang berbasis Android yang dapat mendukung dalam promosi pariwisata di Papua Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi bergerak agar dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana melakukan promosi wisata. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada penduduk untuk mengakses informasi tentang lokasi wisata di Provinsi Papua Barat secara tepat dan mudah. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Design Science Research (DSR) merupakan model yang bisa difungsikan sebagai solusi untuk membangun dan mengevaluasi jejak digital secara waktu nyata, melibatkan variabel yang mempertimbangkan desain, utilitas desain dan menentukan karakter variabel yang dievaluasi. Aplikasi yang dibangun berbasis Android dengan memanfaatkan layanan cloud PaaS serta layanan google maps dalam mempermudah mencari lokasi wisata. Evaluasi akhir yang lakukan dilihat dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden untuk tingkat kepuasan pemanfaatan aplikasi yang dibangun. Hasil menyatakan 36,9%  responden sangat setuju, 51,6% menyatakan setuju, 10,3% menyatakan cukup dan 1,2% menyatakan kurang. Sehingga diketahui mayoritas responden setuju apabila aplikasi ini dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk promosi dan mencari informasi pariwisata di Provinsi Papua Barat Abstract Papua Barat Province has various tourist attractions. However, even Indonesians who visited Papua Barat only know Raja Ampat as a tourist destination. The fact is, there are still many places that are unknown to the general public. Beside that, there is no Android-based application that can support tourism promotion in Papua Barat. This research aims to design and build a mobile application to promote tourism. This research contributes to the population by providing precise and easy access to information about tourist sites in Papua Barat Province. This research used The Design Science Research (DSR) model which is a model that can function as a solution for building and evaluating digital trace in real-time, involves variables that consider the design, utility design and determine the character of the variables evaluated. The application is Android-based, utilizing the PaaS cloud service as well as the Google maps service for making it easier to find tourist sites. The final evaluation is seen from the results of the questionnaires distributed to respondents to find out their level of satisfaction of the application. The results show that 36.9% of respondents strongly agreed, 51.6% agreed, 10.3% said fair, and 1.2% said less. So it is known that the majority of respondents agreed that this application can be used as a tool for promoting and searching for tourism information in Papua Barat Province.

Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 is very fast, various efforts are being made to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and provide information about it. Especially in the area of ​​West Sulawesi Province, information about the development of Covid-19 can be accessed through a website that has been provided by the government, namely Covid Sulbar. There is a development of a Geographic information system for Covid-19 mapping with the implementation of Location based services and open source maps. This study aimed to build and implement a system as a solution to the problems currently being faced by the community related to the Covid-19 pandemic and the new normal era. The method used was literature study, observation, and interviews. The device development model used in this research was the Waterfall development model. The results showed that the results of the system development which had been carried out could be drawn from several conclusions that this research produces a Geographic Information System (GIS) regarding the distribution map and status of the Covid-19 zone. Geographical Information Systems (GIS) are easily accessible by users simply by using a web browser. With the GIS-COV website, it could help the public to see and find out information on the condition of an area related to the number of cases and the status of the level of the spread of Covid-19. With the GIS-COV website, the public could find out the number of spread of Covid-19 and certain zones with the highest and lowest levels of spread.

Abstract

The development of technology has changed the writing and data storage media from physical to digital form. This is also supported by the development of the world of engineering software which is now able to create and facilitate various human needs through computer applications. The Informatics Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, University of West Sulawesi, through a community service program, carried out computer application training activities to operate the two applications. This service activity aims to add insight and knowledge to the community, especially Vocational High School students on the use of computer applications, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. The activities carried out can be said to be successful based on the achievements of the activities evaluated by looking at the abilities of the participants. As a result, this activity was able to help participants gain additional knowledge about Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel applications, as well as provide opportunities for students to gain experience being involved in training activities according to their field of knowledge.

Abstract

Budaya dan kearifan lokal cerita rakyat mandar sekarang ini sangat memprihatinkan, dimana cerita rakyat mandar sangat langkah ditemui, buku yang menceritakan cerita rakyat mandar tidak ditemukan ditoko buku, buku cerita rakyat mandar yang ditemukan di rumah baca sangat sedikit, tidak bertahan lama, dan kurang menarik. Oleh karena itu, dalam rangka menumbuh kembangkan minat baca, sekaligus memperkenalkan dan melestarikan kearifan lokal cerita mandar menuju literasi digital maka melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bermitra dengan salah satu rumah baca (PULPEN) melakukan sosialisasi mengenai cerita rakyat mandar yang di kemas dalam bentuk digital. Tujuan kegiatan ini memunculkan kembali kebudayaan, kearifan lokal cerita rakyat mandar yang sudah mulai terasingkan serta menjaga warisan bahasa daerah Mandar yang berada pada ambang kepunahan. Hasil sosialisasi ini memperkenalkan aplikasi cerita rakyat mandar berbasis android yang praktis dan menarik, disamping diskusi dan bedah buku cerita rakyat mandar bersama penulisnya untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalamnya

Abstract

Pandemi covid19 sekarang ini menuntun semua elemen masyarakat, termasuk elemen pendidikan wajib berdamai dan menyesuaikan diri dengan protocol kesehatan. kesehatan masyarakat dan peserta didik harus diutamakan dalam segala hal sehingga pemerintah Indonesia menerapkan work from home dan untuk layanan pendidikan menerapkan pembelajaran dalam jaringan. Hal tersebut berlaku juga pada layanan bimbingan konseling (BK), oleh sebab itu metode e-counseling akan membawa dampak dalam pemberian layanan dan bimbingan ke peserta didik. Oleh karena itu kami bermitra dengan SMA Neg. 1 Campalagian mengadakan pelatihan e-counseling dengan tujuan agar konselin tetap dapat terlaksana meskipun jarak jauh.

Abstract

Puskesmas Banggae II Kabupaten Majene Provinsi Sulawesi Barat saat ini masih memiliki kendala dalam memprediksi kesesuaian stok obat yang dibutuhkan dengan ketersediaan stok yang ada. Hal ini disebabkan sistem pemesanan obat tersebut masih bersifat konvensional dimana pengecekan data persediaan obat dilakukan satu persatu kemudian di rekap dalam sebuah buku lalu dipindahkan kembali ke dalam laporan permohonan obat untuk selanjutnya diajukan ke Gudang Farmasi Majene atau Dinas Kesehatan Majene untuk dilakukan permintaan obat. Proses Data Mining menggunakan Algoritma Apriori ini di implementasikan menggunakan data transaksi obat pada Apotek Puskesmas Banggae II. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan kecenderungan pola kombinasi pembelian obat atau produk. Hasil dari sistem tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai informasi dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk mempersiapkan stok obat apa yang kosong dan harus diperhatikan ketersediananya dan obat apa yang kerap dibutuhkan oleh pasien. Algoritma apriori ini menggunakan nilai minimum support dan minimum confidence untuk jumlah frekuensi itemset dan rule yang akan dihasilkan. Output dari sistem ini dapat menemukan kecenderungan pola kombinasi pembelian obat yang kerap di lakukan dan dibutuhkan oleh pasien. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan pengambilan keputusan terkait stock obat yang harus tersedia sehingga tidak mengganggu pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Banggae II Kabupaten Majene.

Abstract

Community Service Activities (PKM) were carried out by the Lecturer Team of the University of West Sulawesi Informatics with the aim of educating students of SMAN 1 Campalagian about digital literacy. This PKM activity is packed with the theme of smart generation in digital literacy. Digital literacy activities contain the provision of knowledge regarding the introduction of digital literacy, social media ethics and the Information Law and the ITE Law. In addition, there is also a provision in the field of skills by using a poster-making application, namely Canva. Posters are made with the theme of education about digital literacy. The method used in this PKM is lectures and discussions for knowledge of digital literacy concepts. While poster training with lectures, discussions and hands-on practice of making educational posters. This PKM activity is expected to play an active role in the socialization of digital literacy at SMA Negeri 1 Campalagian. Digital literacy education at SMAN 1 Campalagian began in the scouting movement to form noble character/personality and morals for the younger generation in the field of digital literacy. With this workshop, it is hoped that members of the scout movement can become the driving force in the digital literacy movement at SMAN 1 Campalagian. The target achievement in this training is that participants are able to explain the basic concepts of digital literacy and create digital literacy education posters. Participants were very enthusiastic in this Digital Literacy Activity as seen in the discussion between the presenters and participants. There is an exchange of information and experiences between participants and speakers involved in digital literacy. This is to maximize the positive impact of the development of information in terms of the ability to review and select the right information. And minimize the negative impact in facing the challenges of the digital world.

Abstract

Technological development is needed for a better development system. Technology can provide basic changes for society, especially in the context of improving the quality of life in society. In general, the hydroponic method is carried out using water as a medium, where the water conditions that need to be considered are the supply of water, oxygen, nutrients, pH, and light intensity. UV light replaces sunlight which can help plants need the photosynthesis process which produces food substances such as carbohydrates so that plants grow faster. From the situation analysis, it is known that most of the people in Puccadi Village. Cultivating plants using a hydroponic system on a household scale by utilizing yards or yards has quite a large potential. Based on this background, IoT-based hydroponic training and assistance were carried out for the people of Puccadi Village, Luyo District. This service activity is implemented in the form of training and mentoring with the aim of participants being able to directly practice applying IoT to hydroponic plants for monitoring plants. The conclusion of the IoT-based hydroponic training activities in Puccadi Village, Luyo District, is that the implementation of IoT-based hydroponic training and mentoring went well and was able to provide knowledge related to the application of IoT technology to the Puccadi village community, Luyo District.

Abstract

In this digital era, information technology is growing rapidly so that it is used to market various things, including homes. There is a lot of information technology about houses being marketed, but it takes a long time to collect information and compare one house to another. However, some of the housing marketed no longer prioritizes comfort, but rather cheap or economical prices. Due to the fact that sometimes unclear data is needed to solve problems, the fuzzy method is a decision-making approach that uses standard relationships but applies fuzzy set theory to the database. Decision making regarding the selection of comfortable housing criteria according to consumers is carried out using the fuzzy Tahani model approach. The fuzzy holdi technique uses house data that has been processed to produce output in the form of house data that is recommended for customers.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penerapan konsep kerja dari Algoritma Naive Bayes dalam memprediksi persediaan bahan baku mebel pada Mebel Usaha Bersama Palipi Soreang. Industri Mebel Usaha Bersama Bersama Palipi Soreang selama ini masih terdapat masalah dalam penyetokan bahan baku yang berupa kayu, diantaranya yaitu masih sering terjadi kehabisan bahan baku sebelum waktu yang sudah ditentukan yaitu selama satu tahun. Hal ini memunculkan kemungkinan pembeli barang (konsumen) kecewa bahkan beralih ke mebel lainnya, di karenakan ketersediaan bahan baku yang diinginkan sudah habis, maka dari itu diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat memprediksi stok bahan baku mebel, yang sesuai dengan pola data penjualan dan pemesanan. Algoritma yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah algoritma Naive bayes dengan bahasa pemrograman Python. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian tersebut yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan untuk analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil pada penelitian ini pada tahap pengujian ketiga diperoleh hasil bahwa, dari 10 data testing yang di uji diperoleh hasil dimana terdapat 2 data yang Failed atau salah prediksi saat pengujian. Akurasi yang diperoleh pada percobaan ini sebesar 0,80 atau sebesar 80%.
