Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3), budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pekerja yang terlibat dalam proyek pembangunan masjid pemerintah provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Pengumpulan data dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada personil yang terlibat dalam proyek pembangunan masjid pemerintah provinsi Kalimantan Timur yang berjumlah 83 orang. Teknik sampling dengan menggunakan non probability sampling dan mengambil semua populasi yang ada untuk dijadikan sebagai sampel. Sehingga penelitian ini termasuk penelitian populasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan bantuan program smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa K3, budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selain itu budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Tetapi K3 tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Dan secara tidak langsung, K3, budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a respiratory tract disease caused by the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The Covid-19 disease was first reported in Wuhan, China, in December 2019. The SARS-CoV-2 virus is primarily transmitted through human contact, and the World Health Organization has proclaimed a global pandemic (WHO). Symptoms of Covid-19 can range from asymptomatic to mild and severe. One way to diagnose Covid-19 disease can be done by examining lung abnormalities on the results of a Computed Tomography Scan (CT-Scan) of the lungs. However, determining the diagnostic results requires high accuracy and a long time. For this reason, an automated system is needed to make it easier for medical personnel to diagnose Covid-19 disease quickly and accurately. One of the automated systems with computer assistance in detecting abnormalities in CT-Scan images of the lungs is to perform pattern recognition

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus can cause complications and become a public health problem which is the most important cause of death, morbidity and disability in the world. The prevalence rate of diabetes mellitus continues to increase in the 2013 Riskesdas, namely 6.9%, in 2018 it increased to 8.5%. In Indramayu itself, based on the profile of the Indramayu District Health Service in 2022, there are 17,868 diabetes mellitus sufferers.The aim of this research is to determine the factors associated with prolanis utilization programs.This research uses quantitative methods with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was 9,332 people, the sample used the Slovin formula with a result of 99 respondents and the sampling technique used incidental sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Using univariate and bivariate design analysis carried out with the Chi-Square Test. The factor that is related to the use of prolanis is support from health workers. It is hoped that the suggestions in this research will help health workers to socialize and motivate the public to take advantage of the prolanis program

Abstract

Solar Power Plants (PLTS) have become one of the solutions to meet the need for clean and sustainable energy. However, like other electrical systems, PLTS is also susceptible to disturbances and problems that can interfere with its performance and reliability. This study aims to design and build a voltage and current protection system at the PLTS inverter output to protect the 1-phase induction motor from damage due to unstable voltage and current. The protection system used is Over/Under Voltage Protector, and MCB for overvoltage and undervoltage protection and load current limitation, in order to protect electrical equipment connected to the PLTS system. The test results show that the protection system implemented on the Inverter Output can protect against overvoltage above 250 V, undervoltage below 185 V, and overcurrent.where if this happens then the electricity supply to the load will be automatically cut off

Abstract

The function and position of humans in this world is as a caliph on earth. The purpose of human creation in this world is to worship. While the purpose of human life in this world is to get the pleasures of this world and the peace of the hereafter. Humans are the subject of education, but also the object of education itself. The relationship between education and humans is very close.Education is a series of efforts to guide, direct the potential of human life in the form of basic abilities and learning abilities, so that changes occur in his personal life as an individual and social being and in his relationship with the surrounding environment in which he lives. The existence of education to develop human potential, towards a better human being.The caliph must have four interrelated sides of character. The four sides are fulfilling the task given by Allah, accepting the task and carrying it out in individual and group life, maintaining and managing the environment for the benefit of all, and making the duties of the caliph a guideline for its implementation.
