Pengaruh Budaya Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan pada PT Pelindo IV (Persero) Cabang Samarinda, dibawah bimbingan Bapak Suramli, MM sebagai pembimbing I dan Ibu St. Nurhasanah, SE.,MM sebagai pembimbing II. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada PT Pelindo IV (Persero) Cabang Samarinda.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja pada PT Pelindo IV (Persero) Cabang Samarinda. Metode pengumpulan data adalah teknik atau cara-cara yang dapat digunakan oleh peneliti untuk pengumpulan data. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Budaya Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja mendapat perhatian dari responden. Dapat diartikan bahwa Motivasi Kerja karyawan sangat dipengaruhi oleh variabel Budaya Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara budaya kerja terhadap motivasi kerja yang ditunjukkan dari hasil uji t hitung sebesar 3,795 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 , lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja yang ditunjukkan dari hasil uji t hitung sebesar 11,629 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 , dan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara budaya kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap motivasi kerja, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai F hitung sebesar 74,010 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan dapat ditulis dengan persamaan regresi Y = 5,369 + 0,117 + 0,631. Dengan besar pengaruh sebesar 57,8 %, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42,2 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian. Kata kunci : budaya kerja, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Food Quality, Price Fairness, Product Variety, Servicescape, and Store Brand Image on Repurchase Intention Mediated by Purchase Decision and Customer Satisfaction among Pizza Hut visitors in Samarinda City. In the increasingly competitive fast food restaurant industry, understanding the factors that drive purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction is crucial to foster customer loyalty. Through a quantitative approach, this study examines marketing variables such as product quality, fair prices, menu diversity, restaurant atmosphere, and brand image that can influence customer decisions and satisfaction which ultimately impact repurchase intentions. The results of this study are expected to provide theoretical contributions in the study of consumer behavior, as well as practical benefits for restaurant managers in developing more effective marketing strategies to retain customers and improve business performance. The results of the study indicate that price fairness, product variety, and store brand image have a significant effect on purchase decisions, while food quality and servicescape have no significant effect on purchase decisions. Furthermore, food quality, price fairness, product variety, and servicescape have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while store brand image has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. In the final stage of the model, it was found that purchase decisions, customer satisfaction, and servicescape have a significant effect on repurchase intentions, while food quality, price fairness, and product variety have no significant direct effect on repurchase intentions. These findings indicate that purchase decisions and customer satisfaction play an important mediating variable in explaining the formation of Pizza Hut consumers' repurchase intentions.

Abstract

The community partnership program was designed to revitalize the greenhouse at the Taman Teknologi Pertanian (TTP) Kutai Kartanegara through the integration of Internet of Things (IoT)-based automation and frugal innovation. The initiative was implemented collaboratively by Politeknik Negeri Samarinda using a participatory action approach that actively involved local farmers throughout the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes. The program was executed in four structured phases: (1) Preliminary Assessment and Consultation, which identified inefficiencies in the existing sprinkler irrigation system; (2) Design and Prototyping, which developed a low-cost screw-adjusted drip irrigation model allowing precise water control; (3) IoT System Development, which incorporated DHT sensors, relay switches, and smartphone-based control for real-time monitoring; and (4) Installation and Training, which ensured full system implementation and capacity building among participating farmers. The results showed a successful transformation of the greenhouse into an automated and efficient agricultural environment. The new system allowed both manual and automatic operation, improving water-use efficiency and reducing maintenance efforts. Moreover, the participatory training strengthened farmers’ digital and technical competencies, enabling them to manage and maintain the IoT-based system independently. The program’s outcomes highlight how affordable, context-appropriate technology, when supported by community participation and institutional collaboration, can contribute to sustainable and inclusive agricultural innovation. Ultimately, this initiative serves as a model for integrating low-cost digital technology into smallholder farming systems, promoting productivity, resilience, and the digital transformation of rural agriculture in Indonesia.
