Abstract

Tea Powder is a delicious beverage powder in Bandung. In developing the business, the company will expand the sales area in each sub-district. The company chooses the low end segment, which is considered to be at low cost, and determines product positioning only in the sweet bread market. Management has conducted the marketing mix strategy. But, the effectiveness is still being debated, especially regarding the problems of the expansion of sales area. Thus, the scientifically conducted study is needed to measure the marketing mix and its influence on the decision, statistics, and the loyalty of customers. The results of the study showed that the overall hypothesis was acceptable and there were significant influences of the product, distribution and promotion on consumers' decisions; there were significant influences of product and price on consumers' satisfaction; there were significant influences of consumers' decision on consumers' satisfaction and loyalty, and there was a significant influence of consumers' satisfaction on consumers' loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the effectiveness of selling Daihatsu cars using Facebook and brochure media. The research method used is a descriptive method using the EPIC dimension test and the difference test. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a sample of 60 Daihatsu Sangatta consumer respondents. From the results of the analysis of the discussion carried out by the author, the results of this study indicate that if Daihatsu car sales using Facebook media have an average score on a scale of 4.07, which means that sales effectiveness and effectiveness using brochures media have an average score on a scale of 4.06. which means it is effective and the results of the independent sample t-test (general difference test) with sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 is smaller than the value of of 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the application of accounting at the aqsa cloth shop in the North Sangatta district was in accordance with the financial accounting standards of entities without public accountability (SAK ETAP). This research is quantitative reserch. With the data used in the study, namely the documentation of the financial statements of the Aqsa Fabric Shop. The results of the research at the Aqsa Fabric Shop show that the financial statements used still use simple financial statements by only recording cash in and cash out. There are still many errors in the recording. Therefore, the Aqsa Fabric Shop is still not in accordance with SAK ETAP

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of capital on the income of South Sangatta market traders. To apply these objectives, a descriptive method is used with the help of the SPSS version 20 program with the formulas, namely simple regression analysis, t test and r test. And the sample in this study were 67 traders. The hypothesis which states that working capital has a significant effect on the level of income is accepted. After calculating the value of the determinant coefficient (R2) of 0.162 or 16.2%. This means that the capital variable on income contributes quite effectively while the remaining 83.8% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether Dian Laundry Sangatta implemented the preparation of financial statements based on SAK EMKM. This research is a comparative descriptive study, with more of a description of the results of interviews and documentation studies as well as comparing theory and reality in the field. The data that has been obtained will be analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form. Based on the research that has been done, Dian Laundry has not carried out journal recording and summarization activities in accordance with existing accounting standards, so there needs to be improvements and additions to the activities of this stage and Dian Laundry also does not have and prepare financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee discipline at IPDN Sumedang Regency. Based on the research results, it is known that there are problems with employee work discipline, namely disobeying time regulations and disobeying behavioral rules at work. The research method used by researchers is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The number of respondents in this study was 30 people. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used consist of validity tests, reliability tests and simple linear regression tests. Based on the results of research and observations made by researchers regarding the influence of organizational culture (X) on employee discipline (Y), it is 0.627 if the percentage is 62.7%. Based on these analyses, the hypothesis that the author proposes is that there is a positive influence between the Organizational Culture variable and the Employee Discipline variable at the Institute of Internal Government (IPDN) Sumedang Regency, which can be accepted and proven to be true. After conducting research by distributing questionnaires, observations and interviews, regarding the Influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Discipline at IPDN Sumedang Regency, the researcher has a suggestion, namely that IPDN needs to implement an organizational culture that always prioritizes discipline, productivity and effectiveness.

Abstract

Ekonomi Biru didefinisikan sebagai: berkelanjutan pembangunan yang menggabungkan manfaat sosio-ekonomi dan konservasi ekologi dan pada dasarnya berupaya untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, inklusi sosial, dan pelestarian atau peningkatan penghidupan sekaligus menjamin kelestarian lingkungan danau, sungai,lautan dan wilayah pesisir Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi sektor pendukung ekonomi biru di Pantai kenyamukan di Kutai Timur terhadap perekonomian berkelanjutan dan tantangan yang dihadapi Masyarakat UMKM dalam mengembangkan usahanya dengan basis konsep ekonomi biru dan mencari Strategi yang dapat dilakukan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi untuk UMKM daerah pantai kenyamukan, Metode dengan mengedarkan kuesioner, test, Wawancara terstruktur serta pengambilan teknik sampling dengan menggunakan cluster sampling, Penggunaan metode survei akan memudahkan peneliti untuk memperoleh data untuk diolah dengan tujuan memecahkan masalah, dengan menggunakan Analisa Swot untuk mengetahui strategi model yang akan di menjadi masukan untuk pemerintah Khususnya pada Kabupaten Sangatta di Kutai Timur, Hasil dari penelitian ini pada Strategi Kekuatan-Peluang Peningkatan pengetahuan UMKM yang dapat di kembangkan oleh pemerintah Kutai Timur,Peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat setempat dengan keterpaduan pengelolaan pemanfaatan sumber-sumber daya pesisir berkelanjutan, Strategi Kelemahan- Peluang (W-O) Penyuluhan sadar wisata dengan membuat kelompok-kelompok masyarakat dengan melibatkan elemen mayarakat dan penggiat pariwisata dari lingkungan pemerintah dan swasta, Pemerintah dapat mengatur hubungan kerjasama dengan pemerintah daerah dan stakeholder untuk mengelola kawasan wisata mangrove berkelanjutan, Strategi Kekuatan – Ancaman (S-T) Perlu dukungan pemerintah tentang pengetahuan pengembangan usaha berkelanjutan dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam di sekitar pantai kenyamukan, Memanfaatkan dana CSR perusahaan multinasional dan bekerjasama dengan penggiat lingkungan yang ada di Kutai Timur, Strategi Kelemahan – Ancaman (W-T) Mengoptimalkan Pelatihan dan edukasi pada UMKM yang ada di Pantai Kenyamukan dan sekitarnya, Meningkatkan kesadaran dari seluruh pihak agar kebersihan lokasi wisata tetap terjaga. Abstract

Pembangunan di Desa akan memberikan pelayanan bagi UMKM yang berada di wilayah pedalaman dalam hal ini upaya UMKM dalam meningkatkan kesejateraan baik dari segi Pencatatan pembukuan keuangan sangat penting bagi setiap bisnis. Pencatatan pembukuan keuangan menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang menunjukkan besarnya laba atau rugi dari kegiatan operasional suatu usaha. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas dari pengelolaan keuangan yang kurang baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan. Berdasarkan persoalan tersebut, dilakukan sebuah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan pembukuan sederhana bagi kedua pelaku UMKM di Desa Margo Mulyo Kec Rantau Pulung, Diharapkan dengan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini permasalahan yang dialami pelaku UMKM dapat teratasi dan pelaku UMKM dapat mengaplikasikan apa yang telah diberikan dalam pelatihan ke dalam operasional usaha mereka ke depannya
