Abstract

The readiness of the Province of Sumatera utara in the era of digitalization in the face of free market competition inevitably starts from the transformation of human resources (HR). Digital HR transformation is very important in an era where technological disruption is the usual norm where revolutionary changes occur but also the phenomenon of evolution in organizations. In addition to digitalization, the transition to business with technology at the centre also requires changes in technology, education, skills and organizational innovation. This cannot be denied, including the government in increasing human resources is one way that can be done to be able to compete in the international world. This study is intended to obtain data and information about the transformation of HR in Sumatera utara in order to increase competitiveness in the digital era. The transformation of HR in Sumatera utara in the digital era was shaped by the dimensions of the technology and innovation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji data- data empirik terkait pengaruh persepsi faktor rasional dan emosional terhadap kepuasan orangtua siswa di SDIT Lentera Ilmu. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional dan regresional terhadap data-data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari objek penelitian yaitu orang tua siswa SDIT Lentera Ilmu. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 85 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik angket/kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Jenis analisis yang digunakan adalah analisa korelasi dan regresi yang djabarkan secara deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan persepsi faktor rasional terhadap kepuasan orang tua siswa. Hal ini dapat di lihat dari koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,591 dan koefisien determinasi atau besarnya pengaruh (R2)R square sebesar 34,9%. Arah pengaruh ditunjukkan dengan persamaan regresi sederhana Ŷ = 25,058 + 0,795X1,yang berarti bahwa setiap peningkatan satu unit skor persepsi faktor rasional (X1) akan mempengaruhi peningkatan skor kepuasan orang tua siswa (Y) sebesar 0,795. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan persepsi faktor emosional terhadap kepuasan orang tua siswa dengan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,639 dan koefisien determinasi atau besarnya pengaruh (R2) R square sebesar 40,8%. Persamaan regresi Ŷ = 50,089 + 0,653X2, yang berarti bahwa setiap peningkatan satu unit skor persepsi faktor emosional akan mempengaruhi peningkatan skor kepuasan orang tua siswa (Y) sebesar 0,653. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan persepsi faktor rasional dan persepsi faktor emosional secara simultan terhadap kepuasan orang tua siswa. Koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,693 sedangkan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 48 %. Persamaan regresi Ŷ = 12,269+0,444X1 +0,456X2yang berarti bahwa setiap peningkatan satu unit skor persepsi faktor rasional (X1)dan persepsi faktor emosional (X2) secara bersama-sama, akan mempengaruhi peningkatan skor kepuasan orang tua siswa (Y) sebesar 0,900.

Abstract

Kajian ini membahas tentang nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an terkait karakter moral manusia. Kajian dilakukan pada proses pendidikan di SDIT Tunas Harapan Ilahi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus (case study) berdasarkan praktik pembelajaran di SDIT Tunas Harapan Ilahi. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakter moral Qur’ani telah diparaktikkan pengajarannya di SDIT Tunas Harapan Ilahi. Pengajaran di kelas sebelum masa pandemic Covid-19 dianggap efektif untuk membentuk karakter moral manusia Indonesia. Pengajaran di kelas, pembentukan iklim belajar yang kondusif, dan komuniasi dengan orang tua, telah memiliki tahapan yang lebih jelas dan waktu pendidikan yang terukur. Keberhasilan ini, diperlukan pengembangannya di era kenormalan baru. Kebaikan-kebaikan yang dipraktikkan dimasa pandemic perlu ditingkatkan kembali menyesuaikan kebutuhan di masa kenormalan baru

Abstract

This paper discusses the development of Islamic religious learning policies in educational institutions in Indonesia. The data were obtained by reviewing the literature related to education policy through a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that the state's support for fulfilling the needs of Islamic religious learning was increasing. The Indonesian government establishes an Islamic religious learning policy for every Muslim citizen. This policy leads to educational development services through effective Islamic religious education learning. The needs of Muslim students for the development of spiritual potential receive policy support from the government

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji Model pembelajaran merupakan suatu kerangka konseptual yang melukiskan prosedur secara sistematis dalam mengorganisasikan pengalaman belajar untuk mencapai tujuan belajar tertentu dan berfungsi sebagai pedoman bagi para perancang pembelajaran dan para pengajar dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan aktivitas pembelajaran. Abstract

This paper aims to find a model of togetherness carried out by the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Tunas Harapan Ilahi (THI) Tangerang The togetherness carried out is analyzed in depth in order to obtain concrete data that the togetherness has a positive impact. The analysis is carried out with a phenomenological qualitative approach. The results of this study show that SDIT THI has designed a learning program, the togetherness of stakeholders and made improvements every school year. The togetherness practiced is in line with the teachings of the Qur'an. Happiness and empowerment can be obtained in learning activities and outside of learning. The results of empowered happiness have been felt by educators and education staff who have worked for more than two years. However, it is recognized by the leadership that empowering and happy togetherness needs to continue to be achieved properly. Another finding is that there are two important things that need to be considered so that SDIT THI continues to be the educational institution of choice for prospective parents. First, the developer of activities according to the activities of the learners. Second, periodic evaluation of activities.

Abstract

The Curriculum of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in Madrasah based on Religious Literacy can be referred to as a conceptual reality. This means that this idea is conceptual in nature. Therefore, what is referred to as Madrasah based on Religious Literacy is an attempt to describe how the concept of the PAI curriculum in Madrasah is based on religious literacy. It also explains that due to the conceptual crisis of Islamic Religious Education in Madrasah, which has moved further away from the values and cultural system of Salafi Islamic education, a conceptual solution is proposed that the appropriate Islamic Religious Education should be based on religious literacy. The research method used is a literature study by gathering data. Religious literacy in the PAI curriculum is highly essential for Madrasah students and it should start with research activities. This research aims to determine the implementation of religious literacy in the PAI curriculum in Madrasah. This research employs a qualitative approach. It is hoped that many Madrasahs will implement religious literacy in the PAI curriculum. Innovation, particularly in the PAI curriculum, should also incorporate religious literacy.

Abstract

Education Sustainable Development often also referred to as Education for Sustainability is the main driver of the Sustainable Development Goals which emphasize the need for everyone to have the knowledge and skills to face the challenges of creating a more sustainable world. However, although we can find examples of Education for Sustainable Development all over the world, the potential of its implementation in Islamic Education Management effectively and its impact on achieving sustainable development goals compared to traditional curricula is often discussed.This literature review aims to encourage research and Education for Sustainable Development initiatives on Islamic Education Management in the digital era in maintaining the integrity of Islamic values. To achieve these objectives, researchers (1) describe methods and good practices for assessing the impact of Education Sustainable Development; (2) underscore the specifics of the data to be collected in the context of this assessment method; and (3) outline the conclusions of the Education for Sustainable Development impact study which has served to highlight the limitations and challenges in achieving the goals of change in Islamic education management. This study shows that Education for Sustainable Development will only achieve its goals if the pedagogical approach is updated. The studies that de facto show poor results for Sustainable Development Education allow future researchers to summarize a picture of the endogenous and exogenous factors determining sustainable behavior that must be taken into account, both in the design of impact assessment tools and in real implementation.
